Description

旋转印刷机转动构件的驱动装置
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序所述的旋转印刷机转动构件的驱动装置。
DE4322744A1和DE9422044U1分别描述了一种旋转印刷机的直接驱动式滚筒。该滚筒位置可变地支承在偏心套内并且分别由同样位置可变的电动机驱动。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于旋转印刷机转动构件的驱动装置。
根据本发明,该目的是通过权利要求1的特征实现的。
本发明可获得的优点尤其是,在转动构件中,其转轴是位置可变的,构件与驱动马达之间的接轴的倾斜角的变化最小。因此,减少了补偿离合器的负荷。
在图中示出了本发明的实施例,以下将具体描述该实施例,其中:
图1是第一实施例中的转动构件驱动装置的示意图。
图2是第二实施例中的转动构件驱动装置的示意图。
转动构件2如印刷机着墨辊或加湿辊的轴径1或印刷部分的或折页装置的滚筒2的轴颈1借助偏心套4位置可变地支承在侧架3中。另外,滚筒2的轴颈1借助轴承6支承在偏心套4的孔7中。偏心套4的孔7的纵轴8相对外周面11的纵轴9错开了一个偏心度e4。偏心套4借助未示出的驱动机构可摆动地安置在侧架3中。
在轴颈1的远离滚筒端上,离合器14如弹簧盘式离合器的第一半离合器组件13固定在位于在轴颈上固定的法兰12上。在第一半离合器组件13上,借助一个螺栓16安装了一个抗转动的传送件17如一个由弹簧钢制成的圆盘。传送件17也借助螺栓与第二半离合器组件18抗转动地相连。
为保证精确地径向调节这两半离合器组件13、18,在第一半离合器组件13的孔中设置了滚动轴承如具有凹形内表面的定位轴承19的外圈。具有凸形外表面的定位轴承19的内圈固定在第二半离合器组件18的轴颈上。在第二半离合器组件18的远离滚筒端侧上,拧上了一个接轴22的法兰21如抗转动轴22的法兰。轴22的第二远离滚筒端例如借助夹紧件与第二离合器24的半离合器组件23相连。第二离合器24与第一离合器14相似为补偿角偏量的离合器14、24。在第二离合器24中,第一半离合器组件23借助传送件26和定位轴承27与第二半离合器组件28相连。
离合器24的第二半离合器组件28与马达32如位置和/或转数受控的马达的转子31的滚筒远离端29相连。马达32将转矩传给轴颈最好只从转子31的远离滚筒端29开始,即转子31的靠近滚筒端不与轴颈1可传递转矩地相连。
在此实施例中实施的空心轴马达32的转子31具有一个空心轴33。空心轴33的长度133短于接轴22的长度122。
转子31借助轴承34如滚动轴承相对马达32定子36可转动地支承。
定子36通过其法兰被拧在侧架固定的底座38上。就是说,马达32位置固定地固定在侧架3上。只能微调马达32以便安装。
在第一位置上,滚筒2转轴43和转子31转轴44以及轴22的转轴布置成相互平行且对齐。通过偏心套4的转动,滚筒2进入第二位置。由此改变了滚筒2转轴43的位置。现在,转轴43例如可以相对马达32转轴44平行地横错开(这是当滚筒2轴颈1的两个偏心套4略微同时转动时的情况),或者相对马达32转轴被调节成倾斜一个角度(例如只有一个偏心套4转动)。
在实施例中,滚筒2转轴43相对马达32转轴44平行地横错开。由此移动了接轴22的靠近滚筒端,而与转子31相连的远离滚筒端保持位置不变。现在,接轴22转轴46相对转子31转轴44倾斜一个角α。
在第二实施例中,马达47例如位置和/或转数受控的马达借助万向轴48与滚筒2轴颈1相连。马达47位置不可变地固定在侧架3上。万向轴48主要由两个铰接的、抗转动的离合器49、51构成(补偿角偏差),它们借助接轴52如一个轴相连。离合器49、51在本实施例中被设计成圆弧齿型离合器并且分别借助法兰53、54与马达47和轴颈1相连。例如也可以采用十字接头。
优选地将本发明的驱动装置用于直接驱动式滚筒(无需转换传动装置)。可以单独驱动滚筒,或者例如也可以如通过齿轮驱动其他滚筒。

Claims (12)

1.一种借助马达(32;41)来驱动旋转印刷机转动构件(2)的驱动装置,其中转动构件(2)的转轴(43)的位置是可以改变的,其特征在于,位置固定地设置马达(32;41)并且马达(32;41)的转子(31)借助至少一个补偿角偏差的离合器(14;24;49;51)与转动构件(2)的轴颈(1)相连。
2.一种借助空心轴马达(32)来驱动旋转印刷机转动构件(2)的驱动装置,其特征在于,空心轴马达(32)转子(31)的一个远离驱动构件(2)指向的端部(29)与转动构件(2)相连。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,转动构件(2)的一个轴颈(1)的位置是可以改变的。
4.如权利要求3所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,转动构件(2)的轴颈(1)支承在一个偏心套(4)内。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,马达(32;41)的转子(31)与转动构件(2)轴颈(1)之间设置了两个补偿角偏差的离合器(14;24;49;51),这些离合器(14;24;49;51)借助一个接轴(22;52)相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,一个空心轴马达(47)被指定用作马达(47)。
7.如权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,马达(32)转子(31)远离转动构件(2)的轴颈(1)。
8.如权利要求2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,轴颈(1)穿过空心轴马达(32)的空心轴(33)地与远离轴颈(1)的空心轴(33)端部(29)相连。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,转动构件(2)被设计成着墨辊或加湿辊。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,转动构件(2)被设计成印刷机的滚筒(1)。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,转动构件(2)被设计成折页装置中的滚筒(1)。
12.如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,此外,位置固定的马达(32;41)的位置可以细微调节的。
