Abstract

细纱机用的牵伸装置
本发明涉及一用于细纱机的牵伸装置,细纱机具有一气动加压的上罗拉支架和加压棒,它以其托架固定在机器的支座上。
在这种牵伸装置中,输出上罗拉和输出下罗拉一般是互相气动加压的。为此必需有一压缩空气源。所需的压缩空气来自一细纱机的中央压缩空气源通过一设在上罗拉支架和加压棒上的供应管输送到一气缸内。供应管线有一部分经过没有保护的支架的外部。因此它处于可能损坏的危险下,从而会导致不希望有的对工作的干扰。
本发明的目的是改进开头所述类型的牵伸装置,从而使供应管线损坏的危险在今后予以消除。
本发明对所提出的目的是通过开头所述类型的一种牵伸装置实现的。其中支架内部是中空的并用作压缩空气导管,并在上罗拉支架和加压棒中安装一旋转节气门,它根据其旋转位置来使上罗拉支架和加压棒的压缩空气通道与设计成压缩空气导管的支架相接通或断开。通过这完全设在支架内部的旋转节气门,今后可消除供应管线的损伤,从而使细纱机的工作更为安全,通过把支架设计成中央压缩空气源便能取消到目前为止所用的软管。
旋转节气门在上罗拉支架和加压棒的抬起时处于关闭位置,而在上罗拉支架和加压棒压下时则处于通行位置。以此方式,在支架抬高时能使供气导管自动放气,而在支架放下时自动使上罗拉加压。
如果旋转节气门与所连接的压缩空气通道的交接处各设置一密封的话,便能安全地防止压缩空气的泄漏。
为了能马上识别牵伸装置中有压缩空气的泄漏,可在支架与旋转节气门之间安装一泄漏指示器。
从费用理由出发和鉴于在支架与泄漏指示器之间简单实现密封的过渡起见,将支架设计成一多边形的管子。
下面借助于附图对本发明所设计的牵伸装置的一个实施例进行详细说明。
唯一的图表示一个具有一支座11,一托架12,一泄漏指示器13,一旋转节气门14以及一上罗拉支架和加压棒15的牵伸装置10。支座11设计成内部中空的,并用作压缩空气通道。压缩空气从支座11流经泄漏指示器13。在泄漏指示器13与支座11之间设有一密封16。压缩空气从泄漏指示器13流过一通道19而到达旋转节气门14,它在图中是处于封闭位置,然而在通行位置则与泄漏指示器13连接。在旋转节气门的过渡位置上分别设置有密封17和18。按照旋转节气门14或上罗拉支架和加压棒15的位置,旋转节气门14可对上罗拉支架和加压棒15内的压缩空气通道20的压缩空气供应予以封闭和放行。

Claims (5)

1.细纱机用的牵伸装置(10)具有一气动的上罗拉支架和加压棒(15),它以其托架(12)固定在机器的支座(11)上,其特征在于,支座(11)内部是中空的并用作压缩空气的导管,在上罗拉支架和加压棒(15)中装有一旋转节气门(14),根据它的旋转位置可使上罗拉支架和加压棒(15)的压缩空气通道(20)与设计成压缩空气导管的支座(11)接通或断开。
2.根据权利要求1的牵伸装置(10),其特征在于,旋转节气门(14)在上罗拉支架和加压棒(15)开启时处于封闭位置,而在上罗拉支架和加压棒(15)闭合时处于通行位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2的牵伸装置(10),其特征在于,旋转节气门(14)与所连接的压缩空气通道的交接处分别设有一密封(17,18)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中之一的牵伸装置(10),其特征在于,在支座(11)与旋转节气门(14)之间装有一泄漏指示器(13)。
5.根据权利要求1-4中之一的牵伸装置(10),其特征在于,支座(11)设计成多边形的管子。
