本发明公开了一种空心楼板施工方法,它包括如下步骤:先支好模板,将预制空心箱体纵横排列安置在模板上,在纵横排列预制空心箱体的间隙处布置钢筋或钢筋笼,将预制盖板盖在预制空心箱体上,再在预制空心箱体的间隙处浇筑混凝土成为钢筋混凝土密肋,待预制空心箱体与密肋结成整体,预制空心箱体受密肋支承,形成空心楼板,再撤除模板。该施工方法,直接将预制空心箱体、钢筋或钢筋笼安置在模板上,不需浇筑底层、面层钢筋混凝土,省去了二道工序,空心楼板一次浇筑而成,钢筋、混凝土耗料少、降低了施工难度、节约了施工时间、提高了施工效率。

本发明涉及建筑施工方法,具体指一种空心楼板施工方法。
背景技术:
现有的钢筋混凝土空心楼板施工方法,通常是支好模板,浇筑底层钢筋混凝土板,将密闭的预制空心箱体固定在底层钢筋混凝土上以克服浇筑混凝土浆时,密闭的预制空心箱体产生的浮力,然后在纵横排列预制空心箱体间隙处及上面配置钢筋,再浇筑混凝土成为密肋和面板,形成空心楼板。这种空心楼板施工方法有以下不足:先浇筑底层钢筋混凝土、后置放预制空心箱体,再浇筑密肋和面板的钢筋混凝土的方法,工作量大、钢筋、混凝土耗料也多;在底层钢筋混凝土上固定密闭的预制空心箱体工序复杂、都增加了施工的时间和施工难度,致使施工效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢筋、混凝土耗料少、降低施工难度、节约施工时间、提高施工效率的空心楼板施工方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,该空心楼板施工方法,它包括如下步骤:先支好模板,将预制空心箱体纵横排列安置在模板上,在纵横排列预制空心箱体的间隙处布置钢筋或钢筋笼,将预制盖板盖在预制空心箱体上,再在预制盖板、预制空心箱体的间隙处浇筑混凝土成为钢筋混凝土密肋,待预制盖板、预制空心箱体与密肋结成整体,预制盖板、预制空心箱体受密肋支承,形成空心楼板,再撤除模板。
由于该空心楼板施工方法,直接将预制空心箱体、钢筋或钢筋笼纵横排列安置在模板上,现场施工,不需浇筑底层钢筋混凝土,同时,将预制盖板盖在预制空心箱体上,预制盖板作为空心楼板一部份,也不需浇筑面层钢筋混凝土,省去了二道工序,使得空心楼板能一次浇筑而成,降低了施工难度、节约了施工时间、提高了施工效率,钢筋、混凝土也耗料少。

具体实施方式:
参考图1、图2、图3,该空心楼板施工方法,它包括如下步骤:先支好模板1,将预制空心箱体3纵横排列安置在模板1上,在纵横排列预制空心箱体3的间隙处布置钢筋8或钢筋笼,将预制盖板5盖在预制空心箱体3上,再在预制盖板5、预制空心箱体3的间隙处浇筑混凝土成为钢筋混凝土密肋2、4,待预制空心箱体3、预制盖板5与密肋2、4结成整体,预制盖板5、预制空心箱体3受密肋2、4支承,形成空心楼板,再撤除模板1。
模板1可以是条形模板,将多个预制空心箱体架空支承在模板1上,也可以是满模板,在模板1上可先放预制空心箱体3,后布置钢筋8或钢筋笼,也可在模板1上先布置钢筋8或钢筋笼,后放预制空心箱体3,都在本发明的保护范围内。
所述的预制空心箱体3的材料可以是钢筋混凝土或其它硬质材料,外侧壁设有受力凸块6,浇筑混凝土形成密肋2、4后,受力凸块6受力面7受纵横密肋2、4的支承。
所述的预制空心箱体3、预制盖板5上设置有连接钢筋9,在间隙处与纵横钢筋8或钢筋笼、现浇混凝土结成密肋2、4,成为整体,增加空心楼板整体性和抗裂性。

1,一种空心楼板施工方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:先支好模板,将预制空心箱体纵横排列安置在模板上,  在纵横排列预制空心箱体的间隙处布置钢筋或钢筋笼,将预制盖板盖在预制空心箱体上,再在预制盖板、预制空心箱体的间隙处浇筑混凝土成为钢筋混凝土密肋,待预制盖板、预制空心箱体与密肋结成整体,预制盖板、预制空心箱体受密肋支承,形成空心楼板,再撤除模板。
