本实用新型涉及一种预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板,一种应用于单层或多层混凝土框架结构、钢结构等建筑外墙的围护墙板,其在原来只在板底部配有预应力钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝的基础上,增加了上层预应力钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝,墙板中部有空心部分,保温夹层可以大大提高板的保温性能,达到节能效果,板面可根据需要做成普通混凝土面层或者不同的装饰面层,根据节点连接需要,可在板底、板面分别设置预埋铁件,为了改善连接效果,墙板分为平口、企口、销键口等形状,预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板,具有跨度大、强度高、节能性好的优点,其安装工艺简单,施工速度快,机械化程度高,既节约土地、又促进建筑节能,符合建筑进步的发展方向。

本实用新型涉及一种预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板。
背景技术
为了节约土地资源,国家已经逐步限制粘土砖的使用直至禁止。在节约能源方面,国家积极提倡绿色节能建筑构件,建筑构件预制化、节能性则一直是建筑发展的方向。采用普通砌块砌筑建筑围护墙体,施工场地占用面积较大,工艺复杂,质量较难控制,特别是施工速度慢,机械化程度很低。采用普通墙板作为维护墙体,跨度小,强度低,节能效果差,一般仅用作内部隔断。预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板,具有跨度大、强度高、节能性好的优点,其安装工艺简单,施工速度快,机械化程度高,既节约土地、又促进建筑节能,符合建筑进步的发展方向。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种施工速度快、施工工艺简单、跨度大、强度高、节能性好的建筑外墙围护保温或保温装饰墙板。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板,包括上层、下层预应力钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝,由于板的双层配筋,使墙板的强度、跨度提高很大,原本单面受力的空心板可以双面受力,从而满足墙板受力要求。
墙板的空心部分能根据实际情况,灵活改变空心形状,既可以满足建筑物预设管线的要求,又减轻了板的自重。
墙板中部有保温夹层,可以大大提高板的保温性能,达到节能效果。
板面可根据需要做成普通混凝土面层或者不同的装饰面层。
通过对侧模板的改进,可以制作出一侧凹进、另一侧凸出的企口板;两侧都是平面的平口板;两侧凹进的销键口板以及一侧凹进一侧平面的板。同时,必要时可在板顶、板底加预埋件,使墙板连接灵活、施工速度快。

具体实施方式
预应力混凝土预制空心保温或保温装饰墙板可通过板底、板面的预埋铁件连接于钢柱、钢梁、钢筋混凝土的梁、柱等构件上,也可以直接与钢柱、钢梁、钢筋混凝土梁、柱连接,组成围护结构。
如图1-图8中,一侧凹进的保温或保温装饰墙板与一侧凸出的保温或保温装饰墙板配套使用,一侧为平面的保温或保温装饰墙板与侧面为平面的保温或保温装饰墙板配套使用。图中1.黑点所示为受压区和受拉区钢筋、钢丝或钢绞线,使墙板承受正负风压,同时在板的吊运和安装过程中承受施工荷载。图中2.长方形方格网所示为保温材料夹层,提高了板的板的保温性能。图中3.圆孔所示为空心部分,能满足建筑物的水、电等管线要求,同时减轻了板的自重。图中4.加重的黑实线所示为装饰面层,起到美化建筑物的作用。

1.一种应用于单层或多层混凝土框架结构、钢结构等建筑外墙围护的预应力混凝土预制空心保温、保温装饰墙板,其特征在于:包括上层、下层预应力钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝,钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝包裹在板的混凝土中,板中部有空心部分、保温夹层,板面可做成普通混凝土面层或者装饰面层,板底、板面可分别设置预埋铁件,板侧面分为平口、企口、销键口三种形状。
2.按照权利要求1所述的预应力混凝土预制空心保温、保温装饰墙板,其特征在于:所述的上层、下层预应力钢绞线、钢筋或钢丝,设置于混凝土受压区和受压区。
