Description

一种快速节能表面加热的复印机辊筒装置
本发明涉及一种能使复印机印件墨迹快速干燥的加热装置,它也可用于打印机、印刷机械印件干燥、塑封机的塑料薄膜塑封。
由于一般复印机采用现有的加热辊筒它是由:金属空心筒体外部涂复聚四氟乙烯作防粘绝缘涂层,内置卤素灯管或电热丝、管作热源,热量通过空气传导加热辊筒。由于加热源和筒壁不接触,因此效率低、传热速度慢、升温时间长,开机需预热数十秒钟后方可工作,在印数较少时十分费电,一般复印机在不工作时采取预热待机工作状态。
本发明的目的是提供一种快速、节能的表面加热辊筒装置,它利用极薄的电热膜作发热源,具有升温快与印件紧密接触,减少能量损失,快速、节能的效果。
本发明的主要特征是,由发热体和金属辊筒两部分组成:采用陶瓷、石英玻璃、微晶玻璃等高强度、绝缘、隔热材料作基体。在此基体上生成一层极薄耐高温的电热膜作发热层,在此电热膜外喷涂上一层聚四氟乙烯作防粘绝缘涂层,配以电极、电刷以及温控制器组成一整套表面加热体,并和金属材料制成的辊筒组合成表面加热辊筒装置。

当电流通过电刷(6)和电极(5)使耐高温电热膜(2)迅速发热由于基体(1)是隔热良好的绝缘材料和金属辊筒(4)相联接,能保证绝大部分热量通过电热膜表面传给聚四氟乙烯防粘绝缘涂层,温控器(7),控制发热辊筒工作温度在适当范围,辊筒在转动时,能将热量传给与其相接触的纸张,使印件墨迹快速干燥,杜绝墨迹模糊。

1.一种快速节能表面加热的复印机辊筒装置,由发热体和金属辊筒组成,其特征在于发热体采用陶瓷、石英玻璃、微晶玻璃等高强度、绝缘、隔热材料作基体,在此基体上生成一层极薄耐高温的电热膜作发热层,在此电热膜外喷涂上一层聚四氟乙烯作防粘绝缘涂层,配以电极、电刷以及温度控制器组成。
