技术领域
本发明公开一种治疗外阴皮损的中药制剂。
背景技术
外阴皮损指外阴皮肤或黏膜发生炎症病变后出现的破损、糜烂，多见于各种原因所致的外阴炎。现代医学认为外阴炎可分为特异性炎症(多为霉菌、滴虫感染)、非特异性炎症(多为葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌感染)及继发于其他疾病(如：宫颈炎、阴道炎、宫颈癌；性传播疾病等)。还常常与患者的不良卫生习惯、不适当的衣着、精神因素有关。临床上常见外阴肿胀，充血、糜烂，成片湿疹，甚至溃疡形成，外阴多有灼热、瘙痒或疼痛感；慢性炎症时局部皮肤增厚、粗糙、皲裂等，严重影响患者的生活质量。祖国传统医学认为该病属于“阴痒”范畴。急性发作时主要是由于湿热下注所致。临床治疗上往往由全身用药以消除病因及局部用药相结合。但由于发病部位的特异性以及该病有易复发、难治愈的特点，患者往往得不到满意的治疗效果。本制剂根据中医理论，配方合理，给药方法为坐浴外洗药，药力能直达病所，使用简便、易行，患者容易接受，对皮肤无不良刺激，在临床运用三年来，诊治患者300余人，有效率92％，疗效满意，为治疗外阴皮损的良好中药制剂。
结合临床观察与体外实验结果分析，该中药制剂可有效地抑制细菌，改变局部病理刺激，缓解局部症状：局部用药可以改善病灶血液循环，促进病变皮损的恢复；可有效地止痒、减轻局部刺激，有利于病变向愈；能抑制渗出，不仅有直接的治疗作用，还为避免炎症反应的继续刺激及防止继发的局部感染奠定了基础；能调节免疫，增强局部抵抗力，为巩固疗效提供了前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗外阴皮损的中药制剂。
其处方为：紫草20～120g、生大黄10～30g、苦参10～30g、黄柏10～30g、荆芥20～40g、薄荷3～9g。
该制剂由紫草、生大黄、黄柏、苦参、荆芥、薄荷纯中药按合理的比例制成，具有独特的中药皮肤渗透作用，能穿透皮肤表层直接作用于病变部位，对皮肤无刺激性，能促进皮肤的新陈代谢，来源丰富，成本低廉，为患者治疗难言之隐提供了花钱少效果好的治疗途径。经临床验证对男女外阴搔痒、性感染及渗出性湿疹等皮肤病有良好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
该制剂由紫草、生大黄、苦参、黄柏、荆芥、薄荷配制而成。方中紫草凉血、透疹、敛水湿、解毒疗疮：生大黄凉血解毒逐瘀；黄柏清热燥湿、解毒疗疮；苦参清热燥湿杀虫；荆芥祛风透疹；薄荷宣散风热透疹：诸药合用有清热解毒、燥湿止痒、解毒疗疮之功。
实施例1
紫草60克、生大黄30克、黄柏30克、苦参20克、薄荷6克、荆芥30克。
方某某，男，49岁。患者以龟头有皮损刺痛、发痒二年为主诉就诊，起病初在当地医院检查支原体阳性，西药治疗后支原体培养转为阴性，但症状时轻时重，用去医药费数万元，效果不佳于12月4日在本院就诊。查体：龟头有细小红疹皮损。给予此方，嘱浓煎后外洗，一个月后复诊，患者诉外洗二天后就有明显好转，4～5天后告愈，由于深受其苦，治疗也较方便，患者不愿停药，1个月中仅停止外洗5～6天。一年后该患者因其他疾病就诊，告知前2～3个月中尚有发作，但皮损很轻，用该药外洗最多4天痊愈，以后就没有发作过，但自己很是警觉，家中常备该药，稍有下阴不适，马上连续外洗几天。
实施例2
紫草50克、生大黄30克、黄柏20克、苦参20克、荆芥20克、薄荷3克。
钟某某，女，45岁。有3年霉菌性阴道炎病史。月经来潮前即感白带增多阴痒不适，月经结束之日即为严重发作之时，大量白色豆腐渣样分泌物堆积，阴痒无比，必须用“斯皮仁诺”等栓塞阴道才可遏制。甚至有妇科医生对其断言，此病不用看了，每月记得上药就是了。给予此方，嘱浓煎后外洗，七天后复诊，患者诉使用到第四天有明显好转，甚为惊喜，八个月中仅复发二次，续用该药外洗后很快痊愈。目前患者自行掌握该药应用频率。
实施例3
紫草60克、生大黄15克、黄柏20克、苦参20克、荆芥10克、薄荷3克。
杜某某，女，56岁。患者3月前以“反复下阴瘙痒半年余”为主诉就诊，多次尿检及妇科专科检查均示无明显异常，诊断为“老年性阴道炎”。曾使用多种外用药涂患处及配合口服药治疗无明显好转，患者异常痛苦，影响其正常生活。至本院就诊，给予此方，嘱浓煎后外洗，一周后复诊，诉下阴瘙痒明显缓解，续用该药外洗，3月来上述症状无复发，患者欣喜不已。
实施例4
紫草50克、生大黄20克、黄柏30克、苦参30克、荆芥20克、薄荷6克。
林某某，女，28岁。患者三年前因“反复下阴瘙痒”至本院就诊。诊断为霉菌性阴道炎，给予口服抗生素及外用药配合治疗，但瘙痒反复发作，瘙痒剧烈时伴外阴皮损。患者因多次就诊但疗效不佳。半年前瘙痒复发再次就诊，妇科检查示：外阴红，阴道内见大量脓性分泌物。诊断为“阴道炎”。至本科求诊，给予此方，嘱浓煎后外洗，一周后复诊，诉外阴瘙痒明显好转，阴道分泌物减少，续用该药外洗，半年来上述症状无复发。
实施例5
紫草60克、生大黄30克、黄柏30克、苦参30克、荆芥20克、薄荷6克。
王某某，女，32岁。患者一年前因“反复下阴瘙痒1年余”就诊，患者自述下阴瘙痒多发于月经前，多处求诊，多次尿检及妇科专科检查均示无明显异常，曾用多种外用药治疗，疗效不佳。至本科求诊，给予此方，嘱浓煎后于月经前一周外洗，连续使用两个月，患者反馈上述症状无复发。
