Abstract

Description

技术水平
本发明涉及一种根据独立权利要求类型的阀,特别是一种用于内燃机的喷油阀。已公知一种喷油阀(DE 42 21 185 A1),其中,一个球形的阀关闭体与一个锥形的阀座面配合作用,在阀关闭时该阀关闭体密封地紧靠在该阀座面的一个接触圆上。但是,由于阀关闭体和阀座面的表面粗糙度或者由于在燃油中所携带的粒子导致的表面损伤,就产生如下的危险,即,尽管阀关闭体紧靠在阀座面上,还是有一定量的燃油以不希望的方式从阀流出。本发明的优点
与上述不同,具有独立权利要求特征的根据本发明的阀具有如下优点,即,在阀处于关闭状态时,密封性得到改善,持续运行稳定性得到提高,并且在运行期间内,启动时间只在较小的程度内改变。在关闭状态下阀的密封性通过如下方式得以改善,即,在阀的内部和外部之间的压力降在两个节流点处被相继降低,两个节流点即为在阀的内部和凹槽之间的第一个圆边和在凹槽和阀外部之间的第二个圆边,使得在第一个和第二个圆边上存在比在现有技术中所述的公知的阀中更小的引起漏流的压力降。此外,当将阀关闭体放置在两个圆边之上时,被封闭在凹槽之中的液垫对于阀关闭体起到阻尼的作用,这样就使得在阀持续运行期间圆边的变形小,由此,所谓的“液压粘附”在较长的运行时间内也同样不会得到加强,从而不会产生将阀关闭体提升离开阀座面而必需的力的升高,因此,在打开阀时的启动时间也就保持不变。
通过在从属权利要求中所述的措施能够对在独立权利要求所给出的阀作有利的进一步构造和改进。这样就产生如下优点,即,确保阀关闭体密封地紧靠在两个圆边上。附图

在图1中,借助于一个业已公知的用于混合压缩、强制点火内燃机喷油装置的喷油阀,部分地示出根据本发明构造的一个阀的例子。该喷油阀具有一个管形阀壳体1,在阀壳体中与阀纵向轴线2同轴线地构造一个纵向孔3。在纵向孔3中安置有一个例如管形的阀针5,该阀针5在其下游端部6与一个球形的阀关闭体7连接,在阀关闭体7的球面上设置有例如5个圆形的削平部分8。
以公知的方式,例如电磁方式来操作喷油阀。一个示意表示出的并带有一个电磁线圈10、一个衔铁11和一个铁心12的电磁回路,用来使阀针5做轴向运动,并由此克服一个没有示出的复位弹簧的弹簧力而打开喷油阀或者关闭喷油阀。衔铁11通过例如一个借助于激光产生的焊缝与阀针5的背离阀关闭体7的端部连接,并对准铁心12。
一个阀座体16的导向孔15用来对在轴向运动中阀关闭体7的导向。该圆柱形阀座体16被移入到与阀纵向轴线2同轴线的纵向孔3中,移入阀壳体1的、位于下游的、背离铁心12的端部。阀座体16的圆周直径稍小于阀壳体1的纵向孔3的直径。一个例如构造为碗形的喷射孔板21的底部部分20以其上端面19紧靠在阀座体16的一个下端面17上,并且借助于一个第一焊缝31与阀座体16共轴线且固定地相连接。喷射孔板21的底部部分20在其中心部位24具有至少一个喷出孔25,例如具有4个通过侵蚀或冲压而成的喷出孔25。一个环绕的固定边26连接在碗形喷射孔板21的底部部分20上,该固定边在轴向方向上沿背离阀座体16的方向延伸,并且向着其端部27呈锥形向外地被弯曲。因为阀座体16的圆周直径小于阀壳体1的纵向孔3的直径,所以只在纵向孔3和喷射孔板21的少许呈锥形向外弯的固定边26之间,存在一个径向的挤压。
由阀座体16和碗形的喷射孔板21所组成的阀座部分移入到纵向孔3中的移入深度决定了阀针5的行程预调,因为阀针5的一个终端位置在电磁线圈10未激励时通过阀关闭体7靠置在阀座体16的一个锥形阀座面29上而被确定。阀针5的另一个终端位置在电磁线圈10激励时例如通过衔铁11紧靠在铁心12上被确定。这样,在阀针5的这两个终端位置之间的位移就确定了该行程。
喷射孔板21的固定边26在其端部27上与纵向孔3的壁密封地固定连接。为此,在固定边26的端部27和纵向孔3的壁之间安排有环绕的第二焊缝30。在阀座体16和喷射孔板21之间以及在喷射孔板21和阀壳体1之间的密封连接是必要的,以使燃油不能在阀壳体1的纵向孔3和阀座体16的圆周面之间通过而流到喷出孔25,也不能在阀壳体1的纵向孔3和碗形的喷射孔板21的固定边26之间通过而直接流到内燃机的一个吸气管中。
球形阀关闭体7与阀座体16的沿流动方向截锥形收缩的阀座面29配合作用,该阀座面29在轴向上被构造在阀座体16的下端面17上在导向孔15和一个流出孔32之间。阀座体16具有一个对着电磁线圈10的阀座体孔34,该孔的直径大于阀座体16的导向孔15的直径。
为了对于阀关闭体7进而也对于阀针5在轴向运动时精确导向,如此确定导向孔15的直径,使得球形阀关闭体7在其削平部分8之外以一个小的径向距离穿过导向孔15。喷射孔板21的底部部分20的中央区域24在例如下游方向、即在离开阀关闭体7的方向从底部部分20的平面弯出,从而在此中央区域中形成一个凸起36。在阀关闭体7的端面17,阀座面29和该凸起36的内壁或者说喷射孔板21的上端面19之间构成一个收集腔37,在阀关闭体7做离开阀座面29的提升时,在燃油通过喷出孔25而被分配并喷出到内燃机的吸气管道中之前,燃油首先到达该腔中。
通过喷射孔板21在焊缝30,31之间在轴向的弯曲进行阀关闭体7的精确行程调节。
如同在图2所示的那样,在阀座面29上安排有一个环绕的凹槽40,该凹槽在上游方向在一个第一圆边41上、而在下游方向在一个第二圆边42上过渡到阀座面29。在喷油阀的关闭状态下,球形阀关闭体7密封地紧靠在第一圆边41和第二圆边42上。该第一圆边41和第二圆边42相对于在阀座面29上的一个假设的接触圆44对称,在该假设的接触圆上,阀关闭体7会紧靠在没有一个凹槽的一个阀座面29上。凹槽的截面可以是例如三角形、半圆形、椭圆形及诸如此类的形状。凹槽40通过切削加工或在阀座面29上的金属成形加工制成。紧接着将阀座体16淬火。在淬火之后,借助于一个其直径与球形阀关闭体7直径相等的球通过研磨或珩磨对圆边41,42精加工,使得这些圆边具有5-100μm的宽度。

Claims (2)

1、阀,尤其是用于内燃机的喷油阀,带有一个阀壳体和与一个构造在一个阀座体中的锥形阀座面配合作用的一个球形阀关闭体,其特征为,在阀座面(29)上设置了一个凹槽(40),该凹槽在第一个圆边(41)以及在第二个圆边(42)上过渡到阀座面(29),并且阀关闭体(7)在阀的关闭状态下靠置在第一个圆边(41)和第二个圆边(42)上。
2、按照权利要求1所述的阀,其特征为,第一个圆边(41)和第二个圆边(42)与在阀座面(29)上的一个假设的接触圆(44)对称地被安置,在该假设的接触圆上阀关闭体(7)会靠置在没有凹槽的阀座面(29)上。
