Abstract
一种治疗脑动脉硬化的中成药配方，包括银杏叶提取物，人参流浸膏；其制作方法包括：人参经切片，醇提，浓缩等处理后与银杏叶提取物、淀粉、CaCO3混合均匀，再制粒，低温干燥，即可制成胶囊。由上述方案制成的中成药具有益气活血，通络，降低血液粘滞度，改善脑部血液循环等功效，可适用于脑动脉硬化，冠心病，心肌梗塞等病症。
Description
(一)技术领域：
本发明涉及一种用于治疗脑动脉硬化的中成药配方及制作方法。
(二)背景技术：
目前，市面上治疗脑动脉硬化的中成药很多，效果参差不齐，而利用银杏制剂治疗脑动脉硬化在市场上已逐步成为一种潮流，目前市场上流行的银杏制剂多为单方制剂，单方制剂仅是银杏提取物单味药理作用，对于治疗脑动脉硬化尚未见很独特的疗效。市面上所售人参浸膏，虽然人参皂甙含量较高，但人参其它活性成分保留较少。
(三)发明内容：
本发明为发挥中医药上配伍的整体优势，旨在提供一种以银杏叶提取物与人参提取物配伍的配方，以达到人参得银杏活血之力而使其补气之力大增，银杏得人参之气则血得气而行之目的。
本发明的另一个目的在于对人参主要有效成分人参皂甙提取时还能保全人参其它生物活性成分。
实现本发明的技术方案包括：按下述重量百分比称取银杏叶提物23.9％～43.5％；人参流浸膏(折算干药)76.1％～56.5％。将人参切片，用40％～45％的乙醇在70℃～80℃下回流提取二次，合并提取液，浓缩至每ml含生药3克，加入乙醇使含乙醇量至80％，搅匀，静置，过滤，滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度为1.10的人参流浸膏，将称好的银杏叶提取物与人参流浸膏，加入填充料混合均匀，经过制粒，低温干躁处理，再装入胶囊即可。
本发明的有益效果：采用本方案制作治疗脑动脉硬化的中成药，能较好保留除人参皂甙以外的其它活性成分，如多糖类成分，具有益气活血，通络，调节脂质代谢，降低血液粘滞度，改善脑部血液循环之功效。
(四)实施例一：
称取人参670克，切成块，经40％的乙醇在70℃下回流提取2～3次，合并提取液，浓缩至每1ml含生药3克，加入乙醇使含乙醇量至80％，搅匀，静置，过滤，滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度为1.10的人参流浸膏；再称取银杏叶提取物22克，淀粉44克，CaCO3 44克与人参流浸膏混合均匀，经过制粒，50～60℃低温下干燥，装入1000粒胶囊即得本发明。
最佳实施例：
称取人参641.42克，切成块，用40％的乙醇在70℃下回流提取2次，每次加二倍量的乙醇，第一次1.5小时，第二次1小时，合并提取液，浓缩至每1ml含生药3克，加乙醇使含乙醇量至80％，搅匀，静置，过滤，滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度为1.10的人参流浸膏；再称取银杏叶提取物25克，加入淀粉44克，CaCO3 44克与人参流浸膏混合均匀，制粒，在50～60℃温度下干燥，装入1000粒胶囊即得本发明。
由本发明制得的治疗脑动脉硬化的中成药，可调节脂质代谢，降低血液粘滞度，改善脑部血液循环，具有抗脑动脉粥样硬化，抗疲劳，提高人体免疫功能等功效，可广泛适用于脑动脉硬化，冠心病，心绞痛，心肌梗塞等病症。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗脑动脉硬化的中药组合物，各组份的重量百分比是：
银杏叶提取物 23.9％～43.5％
人参流浸膏 76.1％～56.5％
所述人参流浸膏是将人参切成片，用40％～45％的乙醇在70℃～80℃温度下回流提取2～3次，合并提取液，浓缩至每ml含生药3克，加入乙醇使含乙醇量至80％，搅匀、静置、过滤，滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩成相对密度为1.10的稠膏加工而成。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的中药组合物的制作方法，包括76.1％～56.5％的人参流浸膏与23.9％～43.5％的银杏叶提取物，加入填充料混合均匀，制粒，低温干燥，最后装入胶囊即可。
