一种石材喷涂工艺,其特点是将石材表面净化处理,然后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,1—3小时后,用细小沙纸打磨,净化后喷刮合成树脂溶液,1—2小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后用喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,2—4小时后,用水沙纸打磨,净化,喷涂透明面漆一次,10—13小时后即可完成石材喷涂工艺。石材表面纸喷涂处理后,具有防污染、耐热、隔凉、增加光泽,令石材纹理有透明感,增强石板材强度,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

Description

石材喷涂工艺
本发明是涉及石材表面的处理方法。
目前石材广泛应用于建筑、装饰行业。但由于石材本身的特性,在应用中存在一些不可避免的问题,如易着色、手感凉、光泽性差、纹理透明感差,板材易破损,使其石材应用范围受限制。
本发明的目的提出一种石材喷涂工艺,使石材经过喷涂处理后,克服目前石材本身存在的问题,使石材具有防污染、隔凉、增加光泽,令石材纹理有透明感,增强石板材的强度,不易破损。
本发明是在加工好的石材基础上,在石材工作表面经过喷涂处理,其特征在于:将石材表面净化处理,然后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,1-3小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷刮合成树脂溶液,1-2小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,2-4小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后再次喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后,即可完成对石材工作表面处理的石材喷涂工艺。喷涂中用的透明面漆由聚脂、固化剂、稀释剂组成,其组分配比为:1∶(0.6-1)∶(0.8-1.6)。
石材喷涂工艺,首先将石材表面进行净化处理,然后喷涂或者刷涂油改性醇酸树脂(封闭底漆),1-3小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂或者刮涂合成树脂溶液(透明腻子),1-2小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后,喷涂油改性醇酸树脂(透明底漆),2-4小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后用细水沙纸打磨,净化后,再次喷涂透明面漆,经10-13小时透明面漆干后,即可完成石材工作表面的处理。喷涂工艺中喷涂的透明面漆由聚脂、固化剂、稀释剂组成,各组分的配比为:1∶(0.6-1)∶(0.8-1.6)。其透明面漆中聚脂也可是聚氨脂;固化剂可为:二聚桐油酸、乙稀多胺;稀释剂可为:无水二甲苯、无水环己酮;上述的透明面漆中的各组份可任选一种,配比可根据施工情况和气候变化做调整。
本发明与现有的技术相比,具有下述优点:该工艺由于对石材表面经过净化和多次打磨后,喷涂油改性醇酸、合成树脂溶液、透明面漆后,使石材表面具有防污染、耐热、隔凉,增加光泽,令石材纹理有透明感,增强石板材强度,不易破损,是一般天然石材不具备的特点,使石材应用范围扩大,有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
本发明的实施例:
本发明是在加工好的石材表面进行喷涂处理:首先将石材表面净化处理,然后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,1-3小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷刮合成树脂溶液,1-2小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,2-4小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后再次喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后面漆干后,即可完成对石材工作表面处理的石材喷涂工艺。
实施例1:
首先将加工好的大理石表面净化处理,然后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,喷涂时,其喷枪的空气由空气压缩机提供其压力在4-6kg/cm2,空气必须进行净化处理才能使用;喷房内必须保持干净,密封性好。2小时后,用250目水沙纸打磨大理石喷涂表面,净化后喷涂合成树脂溶液;1小时后用300目水沙纸打磨,净化后,喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,2小时后用600目的水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,12小时后用1000目水沙纸打磨,净化后再喷涂透明面漆,12小时后面漆干后,即可完成大理石的表面处理喷涂工艺。使用的透明面漆由聚脂、固化剂中的二聚桐油酸、稀释剂中的无水二甲苯,配比为:1∶0.7∶0.9。
实施例2:
取石板材,首先对表面净化处理,然后刷涂油改性醇酸树脂,3小时后用300目水沙纸打磨,净化后刮涂合成树脂溶液,2小时后,用300目水沙纸打磨,净化后,喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,3小时后用700目水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,13小时后用900目水沙纸打磨,净化后再喷涂透明面漆,11小时后面漆干后,即可完成石板材的表面处理喷涂工艺;使用的透明面漆由聚氧脂、固化剂中的乙烯多胺、稀释剂中的无水环己酮的配比为1∶1∶1.6。

1、一种石材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将石材表面净化处理,然后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,1-3小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷刮合成树脂溶液,1-2小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂油改性醇酸树脂,2-4小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后,用细水沙纸打磨,净化后再次喷涂透明面漆,10-13小时后,即可完成对石材工作表面处理的石材喷涂工艺。
2、根据权利要求1所述的石材喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所说的透明面漆由聚脂、固化剂、稀释剂组成,其组分配比为:1∶(0.6-1)∶(0.8-1.6)。
