Abstract

Description

液体储运容器
本发明涉及一种液体储运容器,它具有一个托盘式底架和一个可更换的带有四壁、一个上底部和一个下底部、一个可封闭的上注液口和一个带排液装置的下输液口的塑料内容器以及一个环绕内容器的且由纵、横金属格条制成的外壳。
当填充和排空由DE19511723C1公开的这类液体容器时且如为了混合而在这种容器内搅动液体时,可能因液体摩擦而在内容器表面出现电荷。静电充电的主要危险在于:在气体和蒸汽可爆炸地混合的同时出现了点火源。
由于塑料内容器的静电充电性,这类储运容器不可能用于易爆炸的空间且不可能充人爆炸性液体。

本发明基于以下特征:在一个配有一个塑料内容器、一个由纵横金属格条构成的外壳以及一个托盘形底架的液体储运容器中,在塑料内容器上放置了一个由导电材料构成的且优选地是由金属构成的织物状、网状或栅栏形外套,此外套完全或部分地环绕内容器,从而有可能在填充和排空液体储运容器时且如为了混合而在此容器内搅动液体时因液体摩擦而出现在内容器表面上的电荷可以通过外套、外壳和同样由导电材料制成的底架导入地面。将塑料内容器的电荷通人大地使得将储运容器用作储存易燃液体和乳化液如闪点低于35℃的溶剂、染料、漆的危险品储存容器成为可能以及可以将容器用于这样的工作空间,即可能通过气体、蒸汽或烟雾在此空间内形成爆炸性气氛。
以下将根据一张储运容器的透视图来描述本发明。
作为专用容器和多用途容器使用的液体储运容器1具有一个作为主体部件而可更换的且具有四个侧壁2a-2d、一个设计成排流底面的下底部3、一个具有一个可由螺帽盖6封闭的注液管5以及一个带取样槽8的输液管7的上底部3的四方体形聚乙烯内容器2、一个由自交叉的纵、横金属格条10、12构成的外壳9、一个具有用于刚性支承塑料内容器2的底盘13以及用于保护内容器2的金属护条13的托盘形底架12。
底盘13以一定的离地间距支承在角支腿和中心支腿15、16和底部框架17或滑架上,从而为了运送储运容器1,一个运输机械如叉车的机械手可以从四侧托起底盘13。支腿15、16、17或滑架是由金属或含导电碳黑成分在内的导电塑料如聚乙烯制成的。储运容器1的托盘形底架12具有欧洲标准化的长度和宽度。

Claims (5)

1.一种液体储运容器,它具有一个托盘形底架、一个可更换的带有四壁、一个上底部和一个下底部、一个可封闭的上注液口和一个带排液装置下输液口的塑料内容器以及一个环绕内容器的且由纵、横金属格条制成的外壳,其特征在于,设有一个放置在塑料内容器上的且由导电材料制成的织物状、网状或栅。栏形外罩(18),它完全或部分地环绕所述内容器(2)。
