本发明涉及一只可存放药剂及混合剂的药瓶,此瓶可随意当作注射器组件使用。
发明背景
众所周知,注射器的筒可以作为预先存放药剂的容器。这样,注射器的筒可相对于一位置移动,在该位置有液体通道通过它。通常注射筒有一带有可活动密封塞的开口,打开密封后,开口端位于一活塞头上供使用。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种上述类型的药瓶。发明概述
本发明提供一种药瓶,它包含一端封闭,另一端开口的管状注射筒;在筒的开口端有一由注射器的活塞头构成的止挡;在筒内止挡和筒的封闭端之间有一阀门装置,通常情况下,阀门关闭;通过止挡向筒内运动,阀门装置运转到开启状态,阀门装置可和活塞头一起向筒端滑动。
优选地,止挡在筒内推进时,被驱动的液体产生的液压使阀门装置被启动。
阀门装置有一主体,可在密封环内滑动。该主体有开口,并且该主体可从一关闭位置滑动到打开位置,在关闭位置时,该开口被密封环密封;在打开位置时,主体的开口移动通过密封环。
优选地,主体是一有盲端的管,该管有一向外延伸的位于管的开口端的环状边缘。该管在边缘环和盲端之间有径向的开口,密封环环绕着盲端。
或者,密封环可以从盲端沿轴向伸展,与所述管隔开但环绕着所述管,围绕边缘密封。

参照图1到3,注射筒1是带有一开口端2和一封闭端3的管状物。筒在开口端有一活塞头4可作止挡使用。活塞头4有一形成在其中的盲通道5,该通道从活塞头向内的开口处延伸到面向筒外位于活塞外端的盲端。业内熟练技术人员将理解到,使用时,活塞被压入注射器上注射针通路的尖端,作为注射器的一部分。刺穿活塞盲端可产生一条可射出液体的通道。
阀门装置10位于筒内活塞头4和封闭端3之间。阀门装置将筒内部分成最靠近活塞头的室18和最靠近封闭端3的室19,室18存放液体,室19可以以部分可压缩或不完全放满室19的形式存放粒状或粉状的药剂。一般,要求液体在无菌状态溶解粉状药剂与其混合,通常是抗生素。
阀门装置10有一主体11,是一带有盲端的短管,主体有一开口12通往盲端13。管壁14与筒壁隔开,开口端有径向向外延伸的边缘15,其为阀门装置主体提供在注射筒内的滑动配合。在盲端13有一O形的密封环形式的密封装置16,O形环套着盲端13密封。径向开口17在边缘15和O形环安装位置之间的壁14上。
使用时,活塞头4推进注射筒,室18内液体产生的压力使阀门装置向第二室滑动,并通过O形环16。O形环与筒内壁有充分的摩擦啮合,使之滚过开口17,这样通过径向开口17,将两室连接起来,这一位置如图2所示。
这时可以轻轻摇动筒使液体和固体充分混合,然后将筒和注射器象上述那样连接起来,进行注射。注射过程中,活塞头向筒内的后部移动,在移动过程中与主体11相接合,主体11和活塞头一起滑动与筒封闭端3内部紧靠,如图3所示。
图4,图5是阀门装置的两种实施例的图示。
图示中,阀门装置30有一密封环31,是一种环状密封材料,环绕在阀体34的开口端32和封闭端33之间。阀体同图1至3所示结构相似。在有盲端的短管壁上有开口35,在管子的开口端32有径向伸展的边缘36。边缘不紧靠筒内壁,但与密封环的一个轴向端紧靠,密封环的另一轴向端40沿径向增厚,向内伸展并环绕阀体的盲端33密封。
注射筒50内的阀门装置有一活塞头51,以关闭它的开口端,它有另一相对的封闭端52。阀门装置将注射筒分为两室,在阀门装置和活塞头之间的室53通常存放液体,室54位于阀装置和封闭端53之间通常存放固体,与室53中的液体相混合。
使用时,活塞头51推进筒内,室53内液体使阀体向室54内滑动并通过密封装置37。在这一位置,径向的开口35移动通过了密封装置,使两室互相连通。
如图1至3所示,现在摇动筒可将两室内的药剂混合,与注射器连接可以进行注射。
在不脱离本发明的范围,可以对上述实施例进行修改。活塞头上可装一可拆装的套子,使头部在混合前保持无菌,活塞可以用一可移动的止挡替代。

Claims (5)

1.一种药瓶,它包括一端封闭,另一端开口的管状注射筒;由注射器的活塞头形成,位于筒开口端的止挡;位于筒内在止挡和筒封闭端之间的阀门装置,阀门装置通常关闭,通过止挡向筒内的运动使阀门装置启动到打开状态,阀门装置同活塞头一起向注射筒的封闭端滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的药瓶,其特征在于,阀门装置通过止挡向筒内推进时驱动液体产生的液压启动。
3.如权利要求2所述的药瓶,其特征在于,阀门装置有一主体,它可在密封环内滑动,主体上有开口,该主体可从一封闭位置滑动至一打开位置,在封闭位置时,开口被密封环密封;在打开位置时,主体的开口已移动通过密封环。
4.如权利要求3所述的药瓶,其特征在于,主体是一个带有盲端的管,在开口端有向外延伸的环状边缘,在边缘和盲端之间有径向开口,有一密封环环绕盲端。
5.如权利要求4所述的药瓶,其特征在于,密封环从盲端轴向伸展,与管隔开并环绕着管以环绕边缘密封。
