Abstract

Description

本发明涉及药品的注射装置。
本发明尤其是提供一种对在先的工业实用新型申请15156-B/89中所描述的解决方案的改进。
上述申请涉及药品特别是液体药品的注射装置。该装置包括一个双层壁外壳,该外壳一端开口,另一端由端壁封闭,在外壳内固定一根大体与套管等长的针头。内套管至少是在其开口端刻有螺纹,以便与带有螺纹的柱塞接口相连接,柱塞以塞子的形式堵住装有待注射液体的圆柱状容器的开口端。柱塞轴向有一孔,由隔膜密封,当柱塞接口旋进内套管时,隔膜能被针穿破。当圆柱状容器轴向进入所述的套管时,就可供给所述的液体药品,总体就象一个一般的注射器,同样也可以设想这种相同结构作为输液装置来使用。
本发明主要试图对现有的解决方案进行改进,扩展其用途,以便注射含有由液体和粉末组成的药品,其中粉末在使用前必须在液体中溶解。目前使用这类药品的通常的方法,是先将液体从一个小瓶中抽到注射器内,然后再将液体注射到另一个含有粉末药品的小瓶中,当粉末溶解后,在注射前适当时候再将溶液抽回到注射器中,该操作步骤相当复杂,必须十分小心。
按照本发明的目的是通过一个药品注射装置来实现的。该装置所具有的特征在下面的权利要求中特别说明。
下面仅仅以非限定性实施例的方式,结合附图对本发明进行说明,其中:
图1是通过本发明装置外壳的轴剖面图;
图2是通过打算装有一种成份(特别是所提供的药品液态媒介成份)的容器的轴剖面图;
图3是图1中容器的一种部件详图;
图4是本发明装置的使用状态图。
本发明的装置使用的主要内容和基本特征与前述申请15156-B/89的内容大体相同,该申请已作为参考资料。
尤其是,在此的附图1至4对应前述申请的图1至图4,并且用相同的参考标号表示与原申请说明书中相同或相等的部件。
因此,标号10通常指一个圆柱形外壳,具有一个封闭端11和两个同轴套管12及13,它们组成了环状空腔14和一个中空体15。
同样,在外壳体10的内管13内固定的一个针头用20表示。
然而,本发明的解决方案不同于申请15156-B/89中所述。在本申请中,针20不延伸到外壳10的整个长度(即从封闭端11到外壳10的开口端),而只是外壳10本身的部分长度,更确切地说,它的长度是从内管13内的中间隔板100到该内管的末端,该末端相对于套管11的开口端。
特别是,针头20的一端穿过隔板100,并在内管13中确定了顶部空腔120。在本实施例中,空腔120占居了内管13本身长度约三分之一。尽管是由许多理由而作出这一优化尺寸选择,当然也不能受其限制。
用本发明装置注射的两种成份(粉末-液体)药品中的粉末成份,装在空腔120内。
其它方面与申请15156-B/89所述的解决方案大体相同,针头20一端接在对着空腔120的端部,尖端21用于穿过圆柱形容器30的带孔柱塞31(在图3中更详细地说明),该容器用来装待注射药品的液体成份。在靠近外壳10的开口端,针20由中间隔膜22支撑,刻有螺纹的内管13的内壁围着隔膜22。外管12的端部有一向外的凸边16,其作用如手柄,为了将装置作为注射器使用。容器30由柱塞31密封,在初始状态下,容器1是包装着的,柱塞31紧塞在容器的一端,柱塞31上有一刻有螺纹的接口332伸出容器,可与内管13上带有螺纹的一端旋接。柱塞31和接口32由轴向孔33贯穿,以便针20的尖端穿入。为使容器30密封,轴向孔33在其中部用隔膜34密封,隔膜由针头20的尖端21穿破。作为容器30的瓶塞的柱塞31,在使用药品前它由一个小圆盖35固定在某一位置,该小圆盖的作用如封口,它的边缘弯曲并轻轻夹在药品容器30的外侧。圆盖35有一个中心孔眼,是接口32的密封通道。圆盖35的折边充当凹形盖36环形边的止动件,在供给药品30前。盖36用于保护接口32并保持无菌。
一般来说,外套11和容器30作为注射两种成份药品整套装置或设备的元件是在无菌条件下包装的。分别将粉末成份(装在外套11的内管13中的空腔120内)和液体成份或媒介物装在容30内。
使用时,外套11和容器30从整套装置中取出。保护盖36去掉后(随之圆盖35被撕去),容器30通过接口32旋入内管13的螺旋接口拧入外套10内,直到获得图4所示的状态,尤其是,容器30的周壁或外沿(其半径处于两管12和13之间)插入环状空腔14。在接口32的旋进过程中,针头20穿过轴向孔33,直到隔膜34。当接口32继续旋入,针头20的端部21穿破隔膜34,使容器30的内部与针20的内部相通,同时通过后者与空腔120连通。
在这些过程中,推压容器30,使其进一步进入环形空腔14,使得柱塞31继续进入容器30,接着便将液体药品成份泵入装有粉末成份的空腔120。当有足够数量的液体流入空腔120时,随着混和过程,药品的粉末成份变成溶液,由图4所示相互连接的外套11和容器30所构成的系统的搅动,使混合过程能容易进行。
从申请15156-B/89的解决方案可知,外壳10的端壁11接有一接口38,在接口上或其周围可以装有皮下针的衬套或环状螺帽。
当皮下针安在接口38上以后用两个手指夹住套管10的折边16,拇指压在容器30的底部将其进一步向前推到环形空腔14,接着逐渐并完全穿透柱塞31,使柱塞进入容器30。然后,装在容器30内的药品的液体成份完全被排出,通过针20进入空腔120,将在空腔中早已形成的药品溶液通过在接口38上的皮下针出口注射出去。
因而,两种成份的药品可以用通常注射器的方法进行注射。
当然,本发明的解决方案也可以用来提供一种输液管。在这种情况下,在套管10上设一个侧向通气孔是有用的,这可使承药容器30缓慢排空。以后一种情况下,密封圆盖35不需要去掉,由于有上述通气孔存在的作用,确保液体只在重力作用下流动(药品溶液因此被带下来)。
本发明的范围当然也可推广到使用相同的创新观念而达到同样实用性的样品。

Claims (10)

1、一种药品注射装置,包括一个管状外壳(10)和一个使用时接在一起的容器(30),其中外壳(10)有外管(12)和内管(13)的双层壁,外壳(10)一端开口,另一端由端壁(11)封闭,针(20)装在内管(13)内,并针延伸使其尖端(21)朝着外壳(10)的开口,装置中容器(30)有一个可滑动的柱塞(31)形式的塞子,以便与外壳的内管(13)的开口端连接,柱塞有一轴向孔(33),当套管(10)和容器(30)接在一起时,针(20)穿过轴向孔(33),其特征在于容器(30)能装液体药品成份,外壳的内管(13)包括有一个紧接着端壁(11)的空腔(120),针(20)的一端在空腔(120)内,其尖端对着开口端,空腔是装要用液体成份溶解的药品成份,这样装配是为了当外壳(10)和容器(30)接在一起时,通过由针(20)穿破所述的孔(33)将容器(30)的内部与空腔(120)连通,从而液体药品成份流入空腔(120),使两种成份的药品相互混和并马上被送到装置的出口(38)。
2、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是空腔(120)由端壁(11)和内管(13)的中间部分(100)所确定。
3、按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是中间部分(100)作为针(20)的支撑。
4、按上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征是空腔(120)的体积大约是整个内管(13)体积的三分之一。
5、按上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征是外壳端壁(11)上具有用于连接皮下针的装置(38)。
6、按权利要求1至5中的任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征是柱塞(31)有螺纹接口部件(32),以便与套管(10)的内管(13)旋接。
7、按权利要求6所述的装置,其特征是密封小圆盖(35)固定在接口(32)上,用来保证容器(30)的密封,同时阻止在使用前柱塞(31)相对于容器(30)的轴向运动。
8、按上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征是轴向孔(33)用隔膜(34)封闭,当外壳(10)和容器(30)结合在一起时,由针头(20)穿透。
9、按上述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征是容器(30)具有的径向尺寸使其能穿过环形空间(14),该空间在外壳的外管(12)与内管(13)之间。
10、一种大体如所描述和说明的、为了规定目的的药品注射装置。
