Abstract

一种驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳及其制备方法,主要解决现有技术治内治外难以兼顾、两次投药操作繁琐等弊端。该乳剂含有阿维菌素,丙硫苯咪唑、吐温－80、液体石蜡、黄原胶、水、丙二醇。制备时,先将阿维菌素溶于丙二醇,加入适量吐温－80混匀备用;将黄原胶加水配成胶泥置于乳化器,加入液体石蜡及剩余的吐温－80进行乳化,然后加入阿维菌素的丙二醇液和丙硫苯咪唑进行剪切制成。

驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳及其制备方法
本发明涉及一种兽药及其制备方法。
我国草原牧区是寄生虫病的多发区，动物的寄生虫感染特别是家畜(牛、羊、猪等)的寄生虫感染，对于养殖业危害甚大，在一定程度上制约了畜牧业的发展。目前国内的驱虫药有内治和外治(驱体表寄生虫)两种药，分两次投药，操作繁琐，且剂量不准。迄今还没有一种广谱的内外兼治的驱虫药剂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备工艺简单，内外兼治，一次投服，效果较好的驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：该乳剂含有阿维菌素、丙硫苯咪唑、吐温-80、液体石蜡、黄原胶、水、丙二醇。
上述各组分的百分比含量为：主药阿维菌素和丙硫苯咪唑分别为0.1％和10％，吐温80为8～12％，液体石蜡18～25％，黄原胶1～2％，水43～52％，丙二醇5～10％。
该乳剂的制备方法为：先将阿维菌素溶于丙二醇，加入适量吐温-80混匀备用；将黄原胶加水配成胶泥置于乳化器，然后加入阿维菌素的丙二醇液和丙硫苯咪唑进行剪切制成。
本发明的优点在于生产工艺简单，乳剂为一种广谱的驱治性畜体内、体表寄生虫的药物制剂，一次给药既可驱治体内寄生虫，又可驱治体外寄生虫病，即可做到内外兼治；质量稳定，可放置较长时间不变质，无需要现用现配，可大批量生产，能满足牧区牧民及养殖户对牛群、羊群进行寄生虫病防治用药的需要；投服操作简便，剂量准确，采用定量投药器投药，尤其适用于大面积开展家畜寄生虫病的防治，可大大减轻人们的劳动强度；驱虫效果显著，乳剂分散度大，易于吸收，通过定量投药器直接投入家畜的胃中后，能均匀地较大面积地附着于流胃中，增加原药与胃肠的接触时间，从而增加其药效。例如：应用该乳剂对绵羊胃肠道蠕虫、痒螨病、牛羊皮蝇(按每10kg体重口服1ml该乳剂)驱治效果观察，服药后72小时内就呈现显著杀死体内外寄生虫效果，对胃肠道蠕虫病，痒螨病，牛单皮蝇具有100％驱虫效果。
下面对本发明作进一步描述。
该乳剂是采用阿维菌素和丙硫苯咪唑两种驱虫药混合制成的复方乳剂。制备过程中因加入胶液，吐温-80并经剪切，一使主药原料制成极细小的微粒，均匀地分散悬浮在乳液中，二是降低药物与体液间的界面张力，加大肠道对药物的接触及吸收，提高药物的血液浓度，从而增强驱虫效果。在投药操作中系采用定量投药器直接向牲畜口腔内投药，药液送入反刍动物胃中，使投服既方便，又剂量准确。

1、一种驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳，其特征在于：该乳剂含有阿维菌素、丙硫苯咪唑、吐温-80、液体石蜡、黄原胶、水、丙二醇。
2、根据权利要求1所述的驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳，其特征在于：上述各组分的百分比含量为：主药阿维菌素和丙硫苯咪唑分别为0.1％和10％、吐温-80为8～12％、液体石蜡18～25％、黄原胶1～2％，水43～52％、丙二醇5～10％。
3、一种驱治牲畜体内外寄生虫的复方丙硫苯咪唑乳的制备方法，其特征在于：先将阿维菌素溶于丙二醇，加入适量吐温-80混匀备用；将黄原胶加水配成胶泥置于乳化器，加入液体石蜡及剩余的吐温-80进行乳化，然后加入阿维菌素的丙二醇液和丙硫苯咪唑进行剪切制成。
