Abstract
本发明涉及一种防火的预制板材,特别是由复合材料组成的防火装饰板。本发明以锯末、稻草等廉价的轻质物质为主成分,造价低且重量轻,主成分经卤水处理,并加入阻燃性能良好的氧化镁轻烧粉和作为筋料的玻璃纤维等原料,加工成的板材防火性能良好,本发明提供的防火装饰板可加工成复合防火门和复合防火隔离墙。
Description
本发明涉及一种防火的预制板材,特别是由复合材料组成的防火装饰板。
CN1070175公开了一种菱镁质绝热装饰板及其制作工艺,这种绝热装饰板以轻烧粉,氯化镁水溶液为主成份,有较好的绝热防火阻燃使用。但以矿物质为主成份,成本仍较高,作为装饰材料仍显笨重。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种成本低,重量轻,防火效果好的装饰板。
本发明的目的是这样实现:
复合防火装饰板按重量组份为锯末30~40份,稻草10~15份,麦草20~30份,秸杆10~15份,米糠10~15份,玻璃纤维2~5份,玻璃纤维布2~5份,膨润土5~10份,硫酸亚铁5~8份,氧化镁轻烧粉5~10份,平平加5~8份,硬脂酸5~8份。上述原材料加波美度25~30%的卤水搅拌均匀,模压浇铸,脱模后经修整,打磨,干燥,刷漆得到复合防火装饰板。
本发明以锯末、稻草等廉价的轻质物为主成份,造价低且重量轻。锯末、稻草等成份经卤水处理后不易燃烧,而氧化镁轻烧粉,硫酸亚铁、玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维布本身都是性能良好的阻燃物质,当它们均匀分布在整个复合防火装饰板中,能使整个装饰板有良好的阻燃性。玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维布,作为筋料还起到装饰的支架作用。膨润土,平平加,硬脂酸作为粘结剂使得各种成份牢固的粘结为一体。
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明:
实施例1:复合防火装饰板的组成按重量组分为:锯末30~40份,稻草10~15份,麦草20~30份,秸杆10~15份,米糠10~15份,玻璃纤维2~5份,玻璃纤维布2~5份,膨润土5~10份,硫酸亚铁5~8份,氧化镁轻烧粉5~10份,平平加5~8份,硬脂酸5~8份。
上述原材料除玻璃纤维和玻璃纤维布外,加入波美度25~30%的卤水搅拌均匀,模压浇铸,再填充玻璃纤维和玻璃纤维布,填充少量填料,固定装饰板框架,8~36小时后,凝固、脱模、装饰板初胚形成,初胚经保养、打磨、通风干燥3~5天,防潮处理,打腻、上漆,修饰后得到复合防火装饰板。
实施例2:取锯末35份,稻草12份,麦草25份,秸杆14份,米糠13份,玻璃纤维3份,玻璃纤维布4份,膨润土8份,硫酸亚铁6份,氧化镁轻烧粉7份,平平加7份,硬脂酸6份,按实施例1的方法制备复合防火装饰板。
实施例3:取锯末30份,稻草10份,麦草30份,秸杆15份,米糠10份,玻璃纤维2份,玻璃纤维布5份,膨润土10份,硫酸亚铁5份,氧化镁轻烧粉10份,平平加5份,硬脂酸8份,按实施例1的方法制备复合防火装饰板。
实施例4:取锯末40份,稻草15份,麦草20份,秸杆10份,米糠15份,玻璃纤维5份,玻璃纤维布2份,膨润土5份,硫酸亚铁8份,氧化镁轻烧粉5份,平平加8份,硬脂酸5份,按实施例1的方法制备复合防火装饰板。
实施例5:模压浇铸时采用门扇框架,将实施例1~4所提供的复合防火装饰板加工成复合防火门。
实施例6:模压浇铸时采用墙面板框架,将实施例1~4所提供的复合防火装饰板加工成复合防火隔离墙。
Claims (3)
1、一种复合防火装饰板,按重量组份为锯末30~40份,稻草10~15份,麦草20~30份。秸杆10~15份,米糠10~15份,玻璃纤维2~5份,玻璃纤维布2~5份,膨润土5~10份,硫酸亚铁5~8份,氧化镁轻烧粉5~10份,平平加5~8份,硬脂酸5~8份。上述原材料加入波美度25~30%的卤水搅拌均匀,模压浇铸,脱模后经修整,打磨,干燥,刷漆得到复合防火装饰板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合防火装饰板,其特征在于:模压浇铸时模具采用门扇框架,将复合防火装饰板加工成复合防火门。
3、根据权利要求1所述的复合防火装饰板,其特征在于:模压浇铸时模具采用墙面板框架,将复合防火装饰板加工成复合防火隔离墙。
