Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有更高强度的新型轻体五防隔墙板。其原料中各成份的重量配比为膨润土15%,粉煤灰30%,草木本粉末25%,氧化镁(纯度87%以上)20%,氯化镁9.5%,以及合计用量为0.5%的酸、高锰酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和硫酸亚铁,该隔墙板的基体中还设有9~11根φ4~φ6的复合尼龙绳作为加强筋,该复合尼龙绳是用3∶1的尼龙和麻复合而成。该隔墙板具有更高的强度和空心率,隔温、隔音效果更佳,且具有较好的防水、防火、防酸、防碱等综合性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型轻体五防隔墙板。
背景技术
为保证使用性能,隔墙板需要具备一定的强度性能,在此基础上,隔墙板的空心率越高,使用效果好。中国专利申请第93115234.8号(公开号为CN1101092A)公开了一种镁硅植纤复合轻质空心墙板,其中心设有多个通孔,通过玻璃纤维或玻璃纤维布进行加强。以玻璃纤维布作为加强结构具有较好的强度,但却不适于机制生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种适于机制生产且有足够强度的新型隔墙板。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,以粉煤灰、草木本粉末和氧化镁为主要原料,原料中各成份的重量配比为膨润土15%,粉煤灰30%,草木本粉末25%,纯度为87%以上的氧化镁20%,氯化镁9.5%,以及合计用量为0.5%的酸、高锰酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和硫酸亚铁,该隔墙板的基体中还设有9~11根φ4~φ6的复合尼龙绳作为加强筋,该复合尼龙绳是用3∶1的尼龙和麻复合而成。
采用本方案,该隔墙板因采用强度更高的尼龙复合绳作为加强筋,所以具有更高的强度,且该隔墙板更适于机制生产。
具体实施方式
本发明在具体实施时,基体材料的各原料成份的重量百分比可采用如下配比,可使隔墙板具有极佳的综合性能:
膨润土15%;
粉煤灰30%;
草木本粉末25%;
氧化镁(纯度87%以上)20%;
氯化镁9.5%;以及
酸、高锰酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和硫酸亚铁等合计用量为0.5%。
对于通用规格为90×600的隔墙板,其基体使用9~11根φ4~φ6的复合尼龙绳作为加强筋,该复合尼龙绳是用3∶1的尼龙和麻复合而成。在实践中使用纯尼龙绳作为加强筋附着力差,使用纯麻绳作为加强筋容易腐烂,该复合尼龙绳可以消除尼龙和麻各自的弊端,发挥二者优点,使产品的技术效果更佳。
该隔墙板按照如下工艺流程进行生产:原材料混拌→挤压振捣成型→切割→检验→入库。
上述隔墙板具有很高的强度,能承受大的载荷,其空心率可达55%,保温、隔音效果极佳,其面密度可达50kg/m2,使重量大大减轻。这种隔墙板还兼具有防水、防火、防酸、防碱的综合性能。

1.一种轻体五防隔墙板,以粉煤灰、草木本粉末为主要原料,其特征在于:原料中各成份的重量配比为膨润土15%,粉煤灰30%,草木本粉末25%,纯度为87%以上的氧化镁20%,氯化镁9.5%,以及合计用量为0.5%的酸、高锰酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和硫酸亚铁,该隔墙板的基体中还设有9~11根Φ4~Φ6的复合尼龙绳作为加强筋,该复合尼龙绳是用3∶1的尼龙和麻复合而成。
