Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑用材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种外墙建筑保温材料。本发明的各组份按下述重量份数比组成:(膨胀珍珠岩∶硅酸铝纤维棉∶低钙粉煤灰∶海泡石∶氢氧化钙∶高岭土∶玻璃纤维∶氢氧化镁∶石英)∶水=(28∶28∶10∶10∶10∶5∶5∶1∶3)∶150。所述的膨胀珍珠岩的比重为85kg/m3。本发明由于采用膨胀珍珠岩和硅酸铝纤维棉为主要原料,因此具有较强的不燃性,使其防火和保温效果显著。采用低钙粉煤灰为原料,因此使本发明产品的价格较低,具有环保性能。综上所述,本发明具有较好的不燃性、保温性、黏结性和强度。具有施工方便,原料充足、价格合理的优点,适于各种建筑外墙面使用,取材也方便经济效益和社会效益显著。

一种防火保温材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种外墙建筑保温材料。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售建筑材料种类繁多,但随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对建筑材料也提出了更高的要求,目前用于外墙的建筑材料也还不够理想,尤其是涉入节能、环保、防火、保温等领域更是无法完全满足各种需要了。现在多数的外墙建筑材料一般比重较大,导热系数大,保温、防火性能差,并且存在施工操作不易的不便之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于针对上述存在的技术问题,而提供一种防火保温材料,它具有环保和显著的防火保温效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种防火保温材料,它的各组份按下述重量份数比组成:(膨胀珍珠岩∶硅酸铝纤维棉∶低钙粉煤灰∶海泡石∶氢氧化钙∶高岭土∶玻璃纤维∶氢氧化镁∶石英)∶水=(28∶28∶10∶10∶10∶5∶5∶1∶3)∶150。
所述的膨胀珍珠岩的比重为85kg/m3
所述的一种防火保温材料,各组份按下述重量份数比组成:(膨胀珍珠岩∶硅酸铝纤维棉∶低钙粉煤灰∶海泡石∶氢氧化钙∶高岭土∶玻璃纤维∶氢氧化镁∶石英)∶水=(35∶35∶8∶8∶8∶3∶3∶1.5∶4.5)∶185。
所述的膨胀珍珠岩的比重为90kg/m3
本发明由于采用膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料,因其是无机不然物,具有较强的不燃性;本发明所采用的硅酸铝纤维棉也是具有良好理化性能的绝热材料,因此使本发明防火和保温效果显著。由于采用低钙粉煤灰为原料,因此使本发明产品的价格较低。综上所述,本发明具有较好的不燃性、保温性、黏结性和强度。具有施工方便,原料充足、价格合理的优点,适于各种建筑外墙面使用,且具有非常好的环保性能,取材也方便,因此非常适合推广应用,其经济效益和社会效益非常广阔。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明加以详细的描述。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种防火保温材料,它的各组份按下述重量份数比组成:膨胀珍珠岩∶硅酸铝纤维棉∶低钙粉煤灰∶海泡石∶氢氧化钙∶高岭土∶玻璃纤维∶氢氧化镁∶石英=28∶28∶10∶10∶10∶5∶5∶1∶3;本发明所述的膨胀珍珠岩的比重为85kg/m3
取上述材料加入150份的水进行混合搅拌均匀,混合成膏状物即可,施工时可直接将本发明产品抹于施工的墙面即可。
本发明采用不燃且保温性较强的膨胀珍珠岩、低钙粉煤灰、硅酸铝纤维棉及海泡石为主要原材料,与所述的其它原料混合,具有较好的不燃性、保温性、黏结性和强度。具有施工方便,原料充足、价格合理的优点,适于各种建筑外墙面使用。
实施例2:
一种防火保温材料,它的各组份按下述重量份数比组成:膨胀珍珠岩∶硅酸铝纤维棉∶低钙粉煤灰∶海泡石∶氢氧化钙∶高岭土∶玻璃纤维∶氢氧化镁∶石英=35∶35∶8∶8∶8∶3∶3∶1.5∶4.5;取上述材料加入185份的水进行混合搅拌均匀,混合成膏状物即可,施工时可直接将本发明产品抹于施工的墙面即可。
本发明所述的膨胀珍珠岩的比重为90kg/m3
