Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合改性菱镁砼配方。尤适用于矿井下巷道棚护、挡护,建筑领域和道桥涵洞棚护,以及市政用井盖、盖板等菱镁制品的生产。这种复合改性菱镁砼配方的原料为氧化镁100份,氯化镁水溶液40-65份。辅料为硫酸镁1.5-4份,二氧化硅0.5-3份,硫酸铝0.3-0.8份,硫酸亚铁0.3-0.8份,磷酸0.1——0.6份,增韧剂1-3.5份,防水剂1-3.5份,硅丙乳液0.3-0.8份,玻纤短丝0.2-0.7份,钢纤维1-3.5份。填充料为粉煤灰50-70份。本发明的目的是提供一种能够综合克服菱镁制品普遍存在的吸潮返卤,翘曲变形,龟裂老化,硬脆易折等缺陷,使之具有较高的韧性,更大的干湿强度,较稳定的制品形状和防水性能及成本优势,用于菱镁制品生产的复合改性菱镁砼配方。
Description
本发明涉及一种复合改性菱镁砼配方,尤适用于矿井下巷道棚护、挡护,建筑领域和道桥涵洞棚护,以及市政用井盖、盖板等菱镁制品生产。
菱镁制品在具有阻燃、耐磨、隔热、保温、硬度高等优点的同时,也普遍存在易吸潮返卤,翘曲变形,龟裂老化,硬脆易折四大缺陷。CN1034912、CN1054237、CN1055726、CN1098394A、CN1830883A等专利针对以上四大缺陷做出了不同程度和侧重点的改进,但仍存在一些不尽人意之处。如何综合克服菱镁制品普遍存在的四大缺陷,仍然是菱镁胶凝材料研究和改进的重要课题。
本发明的目的,是提供一种能综合克服菱镁制品普遍存在的四大缺陷,使之具有较高的韧性,更大的干湿强度,较稳定的产品形状和防水性能及成本优势,用于菱镁制品生产的复合改性菱镁砼配方。
本发明按重量计,原料为氧化镁100份,氯化镁水溶液40-65份。辅料为硫酸镁1.5-4份,二氧化硅0.5-3份,硫酸铝0.3-0.8份,硫酸亚铁0.3-0.8份,增韧剂1-3.5份,防水剂1-3.5份,硅丙乳液0.3-0.8份,玻纤短丝0.2-0.7份,钢纤维1-3.5份,磷酸0.1-0.6份。填充料为粉煤灰50-70份。
氧化镁含量大于80%,粒度为120目以上;氯化镁含量43%以上;氯化镁水溶液的波美度为20-24。钢纤维在使用前进行防锈蚀处理。
复合改性菱镁砼配方的六组配比实施例如下:。

制备料浆时,先将氧化镁与粉煤灰、二氧化硅、玻纤短丝、钢纤维混合搅拌,均匀无结团时,加入已溶解并搅拌均匀的含有硫酸镁、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁和磷酸的氯化镁水溶液,搅拌3-5分钟后,依次加入增韧剂、硅丙乳液和防水剂,继续搅拌3分钟即可使用。使用液压机械流水生产菱镁制品时,适当减少氯化镁水溶液的加入量;人工生产时,料浆的稠度同水泥砼。

1.一种复合改性菱镁砼配方,其特征在于:这种菱镁砼配方中的原料为氧化镁100份,氯化镁水溶液40-65份。
2.一种复合改性菱镁砼配方,其特征在于:这种菱镁砼配方中的辅料为硫酸镁1.5-4份,二氧化硅0.5-3份,硫酸铝0.3-0.8份,硫酸亚铁0.3-0.8份,增韧剂1-3.5份,防水剂1-3.5份,硅丙乳液0.3-0.8份,玻纤短丝0.2-0.7份,钢纤维1-3.5份,磷酸0.1-0.6份。
3.一种复合改性菱镁砼配方,其特征在于:这种菱镁砼配方中的填充料为粉煤灰50-70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合改性菱镁砼配方,其特征在于:所述氯化镁水溶液的波美度为20-24。
5.根据权利要求2所述的复合改性菱镁砼配方,其特征在于:所述钢纤维在使用前经过防锈蚀处理。
