Abstract
一种故障电流保护开关具有总变流器,其初级绕组是由电力线构成的。至少一条电力线(19)的一端导电地固定在一个插头接点(20)上,所述插头接点在外壳(11)底面上伸出所述外壳。故障电流保护开关由此可以插入。
Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的故障电流保护开关。
故障电流保护开关作为内部件具有一个包括一个总变流器、一个初级绕组、一个次级绕组在内的变压系统,其中初级绕组由穿过总变流器的相线和中线构成。
在已知的故障电流保护开关中,相线和中线在其对置端与接线夹相连,所述接线夹一般被设计成螺丝接线夹。
本发明的任务是提供一种可被简单地安装在一个布线装置中的故障电流保护开关。
根据本发明,上述任务是这样完成的,即穿过总变流器的且构成初级绕组的导线在一端各与一个插头接点导电连接,所述插头接点在外壳底面处伸出所述外壳。
插头接点呈Z形且它通过与底面平行的Z形横片被保持在外壳上。
另外还由两种可行方案。其中一个方案是这样的,插头接点如此伸出底面,即插头接点表面平行于故障电流保护开关的窄侧面。还有一种可行方案,即通过适当的弯曲而如此构成插头接点,即插头接点平面平行于故障电流保护开关的宽侧面。
可以根据其中画出了一个本发明实施例的附图来进一步描述和解释本发明以及本发明的有利设计结构及其改进方案。其中:

图1示出了一个故障电流保护开关10,它具有外壳底部11和外壳顶部12,其中所述外壳底部大致在其底面区的中央处有一个凹部13,一个位置固定的凸起14和一个活动的凸起15设置在所述凹部旁。通过这种结构将故障电流保护开关卡在帽形母线16上,所述帽形母线固定在一个示意画出的母线配线板17上。
在故障电流保护开关10的部件中只示出了总变流器18,一个初级绕组19穿过该变流器,所述初级绕组的一端固定在Z形插头接点20上。插头接点20被保持在一个具有凸肩22的Z形切口21中,所述凸肩平行于所述故障电流保护开关的底面。Z形插头接点20的中央Z形横片23保持在凸肩22上。插头接点20通过其横片23以某种方式压在凸肩24上,相反地位于初级导线19安装位置25上的底片24通过插头接点触头26伸出故障电流保护开关10的底面。为此,故障电流保护开关10的外壳具有一个矩形切口形孔27,此孔围绕所述插头接点触头26。
人们可以在图2中看到共设有两个插头接点,另一个插头接点与插头接点20平行并在该插头接点20附近,且其插头接点触头28穿过一个切口形孔29,同样伸出故障电流保护开关10的底面。这两个插头接点触头26、28位于一个平行于帽形母线16纵向延伸段的平面内且它们嵌入相应的母线配线板17的孔30中。
根据故障电流保护开关的设计结构,还存在这样的可能性,即只有一个插头接点伸出底面外,其中此插头接点与一个穿过总变流器的导线(所谓的初级导线)导电连接。
当然还有这样一种可行方案,即不是将两个插头接点触头26、28布置在一个平行于帽形母线的平面内,而是将插头接点触头31、32布置在一个垂直于帽形母线的纵向延伸段的平面内,其中帽形母线的纵向延伸段在图3中由H-H虚线表示。
图4示出了一侧的两个插头接点触头31、32。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有总变流器的故障电流保护开关,其初级绕组是由电力线构成的,其特征在于,至少一条电力线(19)的一端导电地固定在一个插头接点(20)上,所述插头接点在外壳底部(11)上伸出所述外壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的故障电流保护开关,其特征在于,插头接点(20)成Z形且它保持在一个在故障电流保护开关的外壳底部(11)中的导向凹部(21)中。
3.加权利要求1或2所述的故障电流保护开关,其特征在于,在外壳底部(11)中设有一个凸肩(22),此凸肩平行于故障电流保护开关的底面且它靠置在Z形插头接点(20)的横片(23)上。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的故障电流保护开关,其特征在于,设有两个插头接点(20),其伸出底面外的插头接点触头(26,28)设置在一个垂直于故障电流保护开关的宽侧面的平面内。
5.如权利要求1-3之一所述的故障电流保护开关,其特征在于,所述插头接点触头(31,32)设置在一个平行于故障电流保护开关的宽侧面的平面内。
