Abstract
一种使管的接头套容易适应管的端部的方法,包括下列步骤:把一端盖放在管的端部的周围,所述端盖具有一个总体呈U形的截面,并且适于围绕管的端部卡紧,所述端盖设有至少一个密封肋;和把管的接头套滑动配合在所述端盖的表面周围,这样,所述端盖和管的接头套形成防泄漏的密封。这样形成的管子连接具有足够的防漏性能而且稳定。
Description
本申请是一在先申请的分案申请,原申请的申请日是1997年9月2日,申请号是97117919.0,发明名称是《管接头》。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于使管的接头套容易适应管的端部的方法。
背景技术
用于把两管端连在一起的上述那种管接头都是公知技术并根据连接技术的多样性可分为用螺栓连接的法兰,压配合等连结。
就由双壁面塑料带构成的管子而言,除了连结外还出现其它问题:已切至一定长度,并垂直于管子纵轴线的管端有端缘呈半开半关状,因为在切割到一定尺寸时不可避免使双壁型面也被切开(由于双壁型面带相对管轴线呈螺旋状延伸),这种管的端缘处理十分复杂而其结果总是不满意,未处理过的管端会引起受伤的危险。
未处理的管端有下列缺点:
-很难甚至不能装上接头套(为此目的对具有厚壁管的外周,总在外径处有倒角);
-它会使液体渗透到型面带的内腔;
-在运输或装配时,管端不受保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是专门为工作时不承受压力的管提供一个管接头,该管接头设计简单,容易装配,保证足够的抗漏并且不需要处理就可使连在一起的管端达到稳定的管连结。本发明的技术方案如下:
把一端盖圈放在管的端部的周围,所述端盖圈具有一个总体呈U形的截面,并且适于围绕管的端部卡紧,所述端盖圈设有至少一个密封肋;和把管的接头套滑动配合在所述端盖圈的表面周围,这样,所述端盖圈和管的接头套形成一种防泄露的密封。
为此,本发明提供了一种用双壁型面塑料带缠绕成的管的管接头,其具有一个适于放在所连管管端的接头套,其特征在于:有两个各适于夹紧在所连管切至一定长度并垂直于管子纵轴线的管端的端盖圈,该端盖圈有一个U形截面并适于围绕着各管的管端卡紧,端盖圈在朝接头套方向的周面上适于放在管端上的包括至少一个沿周面延伸并适于所装接头套相接触的密封和夹紧肋。
特别是接头套有一个纵向中间部分,其结构类似一个像波纹管的可挠曲管。
特别是端盖圈是由一U形截面的料带所构成且依据管径大小切割成一定长度。
特别是各端盖圈包括多个沿周面延伸的密封和夹紧环。
特别是在端盖圈的内和外周面上有密封和夹紧环。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,管1和管2都由双壁型面塑料带缠绕而构成并连在一起(管腔能相当大或壁厚可相当小)。
借助公知且设置在所连管端最好同管1管2一样,由塑料制成的接头套(3)实施连接或对接,该管接头的中间部分在纵向看有一个波纹管状的壁3′,所以特别适合在管路上构成一个圆滑的弯头。
因为在压力较小的管路的情况下也要求有足够的密封,因此在公知的管接头内插入有各种形状的橡胶密封圈。
在本发明的方案中,能被夹紧在管端部1、2的端盖圈4、5滑套在管的端部1、2上,该端盖圈用其U形的型面包绕管端部1和2而抱住管端从而形成一个对管子端缘锐边的保护(锐边是由管1、2沿横向切断而形成)由此腹板和空腔也被切开,这不仅在搬运时产生受伤的危险而且还构成对液流流程的障碍。
在面向接头套3的周向面上,各自包括至少一条或多条密封和夹紧肋4′和5′,在密封装配状态下它们分别被接头套3所接触。
在所示的实施例中,该端盖圈4、5的内周面还包括周面延伸的密封和夹紧肋4″和5″,理论上,由于有该夹紧肋4″,5″也可使接头套3插入到管端的内部空间。
然而,接头套3一般设置在管1和2的外侧,这样端盖圈4和5在其外周面上包括有肋4′和5′就足够了。
端盖圈4、5还能设计成合适的封闭环,或能从U形的型面带切割而成(这取决于管的直径)且以此种形式设定在管端上。
图2示出一个改型的端盖圈4的型面剖视图,在长的外周面上单独设置有肋4′。
Claims (8)
1.一种使管的接头套容易适应管的端部的方法,包括下列步骤:
把一端盖圈放在管的端部的周围,所述端盖圈具有一个总体呈U形的截面,并且适于围绕管的端部卡紧,所述端盖圈设有至少一个密封肋;和
把管的接头套滑动配合在所述端盖圈的表面周围,这样,所述端盖圈和管的接头套形成一种防泄露的密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:接头套包括一个纵向中间部分,其结构可挠曲。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:接头套的中间部分呈波纹管结构,该结构具有起伏的侧壁部分。
4.如权利要求1至3其中之一所述的方法,其特征在于:该端盖圈由一具有U形截面的料带制成,并且根据管的直径切割成一定长度,所述端盖圈装配至该直径部分。
5.如权利要求1至3其中之一所述的方法,其特征在于:该端盖圈包括数个沿周面延伸的密封和夹紧肋。
6.如权利要求1至3其中之一所述的方法,其特征在于:在端盖圈的内和外周面上设有密封和夹紧肋。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:所述数个密封和夹紧肋呈锯齿形,并且以肩并肩的关系延伸。
8.如权利要求1至3其中之一所述的方法,其特征在于:所述端盖圈由塑性材料或橡胶材料制成。
