Abstract

把两个管端(1,2)连在一起的管接头,除了一接头套(3)外,还有能夹紧管端的端盖圈(4,5),端盖圈面向接头套的周面上设有密封和夹紧环(4′,5′),在装配状态下,该端盖圈其一侧夹紧在管(1,2)和接头套(3)之间而另一侧则夹紧在管端上。这样形成的管子连接具有足够的防漏性能而且稳定。

Description

管接头
本发明与一个用于从双壁型面塑料带缠绕管上的管接头有关，该管接头有一个适于放到所连管端的接头套。
用于把两管端连在一起的上述那种管接头都是公知技术并根据连接技术的多样性可分为用螺栓连接的法兰，压配合等连结。
就由双壁面塑料带构成的管子而言，除了连结外还出现其它问题：已切至一定长度，并垂直于管子纵轴线的管端有端缘呈半开半关状，因为在切割到一定尺寸时不可避免使双壁型面也被切开(由于双壁型面带相对管轴线呈螺旋状延伸)，这种管的端缘处理十分复杂而其结果总是不满意，未处理过的管端会引起受伤的危险。
未处理的管端有下列缺点：
-很难甚至不能装上接头套(为此目的对具有厚壁管的外周，总在外径处有倒角)；
-它会使液体渗透到型面带的内腔；
-在运输或装配时，管端不受保护；
本发明的目的是专门为工作时不承受压力的管提供一个管接头，该管接头设计简单，容易装配，保证足够的抗漏并且不需要处理就可使连在一起的管端达到稳定的管连结。
通过权利要求1特征部分的特点就可达到上述管接头的发明目的。
本发明主题的具体实施例则由从权利要求来限定
当本发明结构的管接头特别适合(相位的接头套设计时)构成管的弯头。
下文参照附图所示的一实施例对发明进行详细说明
图1为根据本发明所构成的部件，通过管接头(管的上半部)的剖视图；
图2为通过端盖圈的修改设计的剖视图；
如图1所示，管1和管2都由双壁型面塑料带缠绕而构成并连在一起(管腔能相当大或壁厚可相当小)。
借助公知且设置在所连管端最好同管1管2一样由塑料制成的接头套(3)实施连接或对接，该管接头的中间部分在纵向看有一个波纹管状的壁3′，所以特别适合在管路上构成一个圆滑的弯头。
因为在压力较小的管路的情况下也要求有足够的密封，因此在公知的管接头内插入有各种形状的橡胶密封圈。
在本发明的方案中，能被夹紧在管1和管2端部的端盖圈45滑套在管1，2的端部上，该端盖圈用其U形的型面包绕管端1和2而抱住管端从而形成一个对管子端缘锐边的保护(锐边是由管子1，2沿横向切断而形成)由此腹板和空腔也被切开，这不仅在搬运时产生受伤的危险而且还构成对液流流程的障碍。
在面向接头套3的周向面上，各自包括至少一条或多条密封和夹紧肋4′和5′，在密封装配状态下它们分别被接头套3所接触。
在所示的实施例中，该端盖圈4、5的内周面还包括周面延伸的密封和夹紧肋4″和5″，理论上，由于有该夹紧肋4″，5″也可使接头套3插入到管端的内部空间。
然而，接头套3一般设置在管1和2的外侧，这样端盖圈4和5在其外周面上包括有肋4′和5′就足够了。
端盖圈4、5还能设计成合适的封闭环，或能从U形的型面带切割而成(这取决于管的直径)且以此种形式设定在管端上。
图2示出一个改型的端盖圈4的型面剖视图，在长的外周面上单独设置有肋4′。

Claims (7)

1)用双壁型面塑料带缠绕成管的管接头有一个适于放在所连管管端的接头套，其特征在于：有两个各适于夹紧在所连管切至一定长度并垂直于管子纵轴线的管端的端盖圈，该端盖圈有一个U形截面并适于围绕着各管的管端卡紧，端盖圈在朝接头套方向的周面上适于放在管端上的包括至少一个沿周面延伸并适于所装接头套相接触的密封和夹紧肋。
2)根据权利要求1所述的管接头，其特征在于接头套有一个纵向中间部分，其结构类似一个像波纹管的可挠曲管。
3)根据权利要求1或2所述的管接头，其特征在于：端盖圈是由一U形截面的料带所构成且依据管径大小切割成一定长度。
4)根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的管接头，其特征在于：各端盖圈包括多个(条)沿周面延伸的密封和夹紧环。
5)根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的管接头，其特征在于：在端盖圈的内和外周面上有密封和夹紧环。
6)根据权利要求1到5中任一项所述的管接头，其特征在于：有多个相邻相对延伸呈锯齿形的密封和夹紧环。
7)根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的管接头，其特征在于：该管接头件是由塑料或橡胶组成。
