本发明提供一种含钛粉末的健康装饰品及制造方法。在高压水中燃烧氧、氢混合气体,以该燃烧气体加热钛材质,混合粉末化所形成的钛粉末与弹性体材料,制造能充分发挥促进健康机能、有效治疗疾病且具长时间持续效果的项链、手环、腕带等健康装饰品。

技术领域
本发明有关通过特定方法制造含有钛粉末、应用钛粉末生理活性机能的项链、手环等健康装饰品,及其制造方法。
背景技术
最近强调健康取向的健康装饰品广受利用,能促进健康、治疗疾病的商品亦显泛滥。例如,贴身衣物类、手环戒指等装饰品,另又如寝具、鞋类、脚踏健康器材、食品及饮料等;甚而各种运动器材等商品。预料今后将被广泛应用至生活各层面,其需求亦将日益扩大。
现已有报告指出利用磁石的磁力线(磁气)、陶瓷的远红外线及电磁波,或如碳素、锗等基本素材、或天然矿石与金纸银纸等素材,再者如α-水等机能水或电气石的商品,亦可发挥促进健康或治疗疾病的功能。
但,以上商品多缺乏明显促进健康与治疗疾病功能或确实证据。另外,此类商品不乏效能过弱、效果迟缓、持续时间过短、治疗范围狭隘,另有可能引起皮肤过敏等副作用,致使用时产生不快,且有材料昂贵、使用不便等种种问题存在。
钛,与铁、铜相较算是较新颖的金属,通过其轻量且耐高温、耐腐蚀特性,被用于众多领域,特别是飞机骨架、或热交换器等金属材料;再者用于眼镜架等装饰品、高尔夫球杆头等运动用品或牙科治疗材料。最近,焦点集中于钛所具促进血液循环等生理作用及电磁气作用。其中一环即为解决上述问题,以活用钛作为促进健康、治疗疾病的商品。
利用钛作为装饰品、日用品的代表技术,如特开平8-322695号公报揭示,通过包含钛在内26种元素的1种,注于多孔质陶瓷中,再通过电子线路、能于睡眠中调整身体状况的寝具,钛虽为26种元素中的1种,但却未将钛作为新素材使用。
登录实用新案公报3045835号(平成9年)中揭示,记载将钛单体、钛化合物的钛为新素材予以分散,自其中间层、表里两层构成积层体的健康头带,通过缠卷于手踝或脚踝的简单构造,以钛为新素材促进血液循环、加速新陈代谢促进健康,另,钛为素材因未与皮肤直接接触,因此不会造成湿疹或皮肤痒等金属过敏症状。
登录实用新案公报3061466号中揭示,脚掌形状底材贴紧脚底穴道,且有弯曲、突起物顶住穴道位置,而该突起物表面用含钛单体或钛化合物钛为素材的接着剂粘有花纹布,构成能延伸至脚踝的健康拖鞋;此商品通过脚底突起物刺激穴道,同时以钛刺激穴道血流,制造成本虽低廉,但效果却不足。
特开平11-285543号公报中揭示,于氧化钛部分还原烧结体的表面形成半导体膜所构成的健康器材,登录实用新案公报3068810号(平成12年)中揭示,一种具促进健康功能且外形美观的手环,于弹性体成形原料中混入琥珀粉末及氧化钛粉末混合物,经加硫成形为戒指或手环,另于其外环凹槽内镶入以夜光涂料着色的环状物,所构成的健康手环。
此类公知技术制成的新素材钛金属装饰品、日用品,均着眼于钛所具促进血液循环等生理作用、电磁气作用等特性。较过去健康装饰品具有更佳的促进健康功能。但上述技术钛化合物应用,并无充分促进健康功能,且无法满足穿戴舒适性。另外,仅通过钛单体作为健康装饰品,其功效仍无法满足使用者需求。
发明内容
钛素材具化学安定性,经长时间亦无劣化或变质,对人体无有害作用;钛金属所具促进健康、治疗疾病的有效性,近来才受重视,能对人体发挥不可思议的生理活性机能与电磁气机能。此类机能具有增进血液循环、促进代谢、活化细胞组织的作用。钛的电磁气作用等能对人体全身穴道产生影响。此类作用不需直接接触皮肤亦有效,且发生速度也较快、效果持续长久;上述各作用能显著促进健康、治疗全身各种疾病、并能减轻疲劳衰弱、头痛腰痛等轻度疾病。至于钛的所以具此类作用,原因尚未明朗;据推测,应与钛金属所具的极缓电气作用(极微量的电流)与磁气作用,能驱动血红蛋白内的铁元素,活化铁元素,以及钛内极微小电磁波对组织细胞内蛋白质分子产生影响有所关联。
本发明即以制造活用钛的特性以及生理活性机能的健康装饰品为课题。
亦即,本发明以提供充分活用钛的生理活性机能,提升装饰品于穿戴时的舒适性,并能促进全身健康的装饰品为课题。
另外,本发明以提供能加速生理活性机能发生速度、延长效果持续时间、扩大治疗效能范围、避免皮肤过敏副作用、且制造成本低廉、使用方式简便的装饰品为课题。
本发明活用新素材钛金属制造健康装饰品,以弹性体为主原料,与钛粉末混合,所得效果斐然,通过本发明具体实现。
本案发明者于开发钛粉末利用时,于钛金属粉末制造上,为求解决粉末球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性、细微性及制造成本问题,经各种研究检讨,开发出崭新的钛金属粉末制造方法,与本发明同时提出专利申请(特愿2001-91941号、特愿2001-91942号)。将通过此新制造方法所得的钛金属粉末作为本发明材料,可有效得促进健康、治疗疾病的新素材。
本发明所使用钛粉末,非泛用钛化合物或钛合金,而以后述特定制造方法所得,能充分活用促进健康、治疗疾病的新素材特性。
另外,本发明所用钛粉末,能充分发挥生理活性机能,制造诸如具有促进健康效果的崭新健康装饰品。
本发明所使用钛粉末,于高压水中燃烧氢、氧混合气体,通过该混合气体加热钛金属,使其粉末化所得;与泛用钛化合物或钛合金等相较,具有优异的生理活性机能与促进健康机能。
公知钛粉末制造方法的氢化脱氢法,以海绵钛、溶解材或切削加工所生碎屑为原料,将此原料置于氢环境中加热,使其吸收氢气后脆化,粉碎该脆化体后,再于真空中加热以得释放氢气的粉末。
回转电极法,以溶解材、或将溶解材经锻造压延等加工后所得的溶解加工材,经加工成形为圆棒,将此圆棒原料置于枥、氦等非活性气体环境下行高速旋转,以电弧或等离子电弧等热源溶解其前端,通过离心力飞散流下的溶浆使成球状粉末。
雾化法,于水冷铜坩锅中以等离子电弧等热源溶解原料,使溶浆自坩锅一端连续流下,再朝该溶液喷射枥、氦等非活性气体,通过溶浆雾化得其粉末。
上述氢化脱氢法、回转电极法、喷雾法所制造的泛用钛粉末,或受氧污染、或成形性低劣、或钛粉末球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性无法堪称良好。
本案发明者因使用球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性、粒径微细性皆优良的钛粉末,因此较通常钛粉末具更佳促进健康、治疗疾病功能。其理由为因钛粉末球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性极佳,致使对主原料分散性良好,另粒子颗粒极小,其单位质量表面积亦大,且钛金属粉末,因粒径的微细性极高,亦提高其纯度。本案发明者,于本发明开发之际,为制造上述钛金属粉末,并解决粉末球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性及制造成本等问题,经种种检讨结果,开发出钛金属粉末的崭新制造方法(特愿2001-91941号、特愿2001-91942号)。将该崭新制造方法制造的钛金属粉末用于本发明中,作为促进健康、治疗疾病的新素材,其成效显著,通过使用此钛粉末材料,完成本发明。
本案发明者的钛粉末制造方法,于高压水中燃烧氢、氧混合气体,通过其燃烧气体加热钛金属,使其粉末化,不采公知热溶融、电弧放电、雷射照射等加热方式,亦不采用通过溶液流下、气体飞散雾化以行粉末化的方式,而效率极高的金属粉末制造方式。且完全不生成钛粉末之外任何副产物或杂质,粉末的球状均一性与粉末粒度一定性均优异,制造成本亦大幅下降。

具体实施方式
本发明的基本构成,利用弹性体与钛粉末混合,其中属崭新者使用以特别制造法制造的钛粉末;本发明构成,以下依序以(1)~(3)表示。
(1)于高压水中燃烧氧、氢混合气体,以其燃烧气体加热钛金属,通过粉末化后所得钛粉末与弹性体材料混合的健康装饰品。
(2)通过上述(1)所制造出项链、手环、腕带、护膝护腕、头带的任一者。
(3)弹性体素材与于高压水中燃烧氧、氢混合气体,以其燃烧气体加热钛金属使其粉末化,所得的钛粉末互相混合,所得的健康装饰品制造方法。
上述(1)的构成,于高压水中燃烧氧、氢混合气体,以其燃烧气体加热钛金属,通过粉末化后所得钛粉末与弹性体材料搭配,作为健康装饰品成形素材。以弹性体素材为成形主原料,加工容易,且因弹性体本身具柔软性与弹性,可方便加工成健康装饰品,另弹性体所具柔软性、肌肤亲和性、热传导性皆能赋予穿戴时舒适感,又因钛为素材不与皮肤直接接触,可避免引起湿疹、皮肤痒等金属过敏症状。
本发明主原料所用弹性体,所有具弹性的高分子材料总称,包括橡胶材料、热可塑性树脂弹性材料、天然橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、NBR等合成橡胶,或热可塑性聚氨酯、发泡性树脂等。本发明中特以热可塑性聚氨酯的穿戴性最佳。
本发明健康装饰品所用的钛粉末,球状均一、粒度一定、且粒径为微米尺寸,较泛用钛粉末对主原料具极佳的分散性。
此钛粉末于高压水中燃烧氧、氢混合气体,以其混合气体加热金属钛,使其粉末化所制造者为理想,特别以申请人开发的制造方法(特愿2001-91941号、特愿2001-91942号)所得者为理想。
弹性体素材与钛粉末的配合,以混练法等方式将钛粉末极佳分散混合至弹性体内。另可采用于弹性体制造同时混入钛粉末的方法。弹性体与钛粉末混合组成物的成形,适用于压延成形、压出成形、射出成形、压缩成形等一般成形法。
弹性体主原料与钛粉末的配合量,应保持于弹性体100重量单位对钛粉末5~1重量单位范围内,低于1重量单位则无法发挥钛金属原有功能,超过5重量单位其功能亦无显著增加,不符经济效益。
以下参照图面详述本发明构成。
图1为所用钛粉末制造装置,图2为本发明健康装饰品的板状加工用素材,图3为本发明制品手环。
以下就金属粉末制造装置1说明本发明钛金属粉末的制造,于钛金属粉末制造耐压容器2的高压水槽5内注入蒸馏水等精制水9,将金属材料供给部13的钛金属棒等钛金属10置于高压下加压,自喷嘴14喷射氢、氧混合气体,经点火栓11点燃混合气体,于燃烧室6内完全燃烧混合气体、转为完全超高温水蒸气燃烧状态,钛金属瞬间熔于燃烧气体后分散至水中。此时生成微米尺寸的细微钛微粒子12,呈粉末状分散状态,钛金属粉末亦不熔融、浮游,于短时间内沉淀、分离,自钛粉末取出口8排出,成为完成品。
氢、氧混合气体的供给,必须精密控制在氢、氧比2比1的比例。氢、氧混合气体虽可通过市售气罐供给,但若通过附设电解装置3以电解水来制造氢、氧混合气体,则能得到纯气体,以供给高效率的混合气体。电解装置3以隔板19和备有电极17、18的电解槽20所构成,氢气、氧气则分别由供给泵15、16送入燃烧室。
水中燃烧,以氢、氧混合气体为最有效率的安定燃烧,该安定燃烧需高压。但金属材料于高压水的燃烧气体中行瞬间熔解,化为超微粒子的原理至今未明。
本发明能以极高效率制造钛粉末,且完全不会生成金属粉末以外的副产物或杂质,粉末球状均一性、粉末粒度一定性皆优异,制造成本亦大幅下降。为此,燃烧混合气体量、反应压力及钛金属供给量控制是为重要。
本发明的健康装饰品,可为项链、手环、腕带、护腕护膝或头带的任一种,钛粉末分散于弹性体素材中的组成物,形成以上健康装饰品,加上弹性体的柔软性、弹性及良好成形性,极为轻易加工成上述制品型态。
本发明健康装饰品所用的加工用素材,如图2所示,使用分散有钛粉末22于内的弹性体主原料23,弹性体表面视需要可加设表皮层24。图2制造健康装饰品用的板状加工用素材21上,分散有钛粉末22于内的弹性体主原料23。弹性体表面可视需要加设表皮层24。另,图3为手环25套于手腕26上,其弹性体主原料23内分散有钛粉末22。弹性体表面设有装饰用画有图案的表皮层24。
以下就实施例及对照例的处方所得产品(项链),穿戴10日后所得结果,如下表1所示。

以市售热可塑性聚氨酯弹性体100重量单位,内含本发明制造法所得钛粉末5重量单位为原料的项链。
对照例1
以市售热可塑性聚氨酯弹性体100重量单位,内含市售磁石颗粒5重量单位为原料的项链。
对照例2
以市售热可塑性聚唑胺树脂100重量单位,内含市售钛粉末5重量单位为原料的项链。

市售热可塑性聚氨酯弹性体100重量单位,内含市售氧化钛粉末5重量单位为原料的项链。
实验对象:成年男女10位受验者穿戴上述项链,10日后照以下评价确认结果。

实施例2
关于本发明健康装饰品的效能持续时间,与实施例1相同评价进行实验。
以市售热可塑性聚氨酯弹性体100重量单位,内含本发明制造发法所得钛粉末5重量单位为原料的腕带。
对照例4
以市售热可塑性聚氨酯弹性体100重量单位,内含市售远红外线放射陶瓷5重量单位为原料的腕带。
实验对象:成年男女10位受验者穿戴上述腕带,1周、1个月、3个月后调查其效能。

结果评价
从实施例1结果看出,本发明含有钛粉末的弹性体制成健康装饰品,和与公知使用磁石的健康装饰品相较,于提升健康感、消除疲劳、消除肌肉酸痛、消除眼睛疲劳方面,皆能发挥较优异效果;特别是通过本发明第3项所制造的钛粉末,更具显著效果,另外,钛粉末较钛化合物具更佳效能,且弹性体亦能给予使用者良好穿戴感。
从此结果看来,钛粉末具有增进血液循环、促进代谢、活化细胞组织与血液的作用。
从实施例2结果看出,本发明所采用弹性体素材与钛粉末结合的健康装饰品,与公知制品相比,能持续较长时间效果。
产业上利用可能性
本发明以钛为素材的钛粉末,与弹性体结合使用,充分发挥新素材钛金属特性,制造出能促进健康、有效治疗疾病的崭新健康装饰品。且健康装饰品加工成形容易,制造成本低廉,加速效能发生速度、延长效果持续时间、扩大治疗效能范围;另外,弹性体所具的柔软性、肌肤亲和性、热传导性皆能赋予穿戴舒适感,又因钛为素材不与皮肤直接接触,可避免引起湿疹、皮肤痒等金属过敏症状。
Claims (3)
1、一种含钛粉末的健康装饰品,特征为:于高压蒸馏水中燃烧氢氧比为2∶1的氧、氢混合气体,以其燃烧气体加热钛金属,通过粉末化所得钛粉末与弹性体材料混合制成,弹性体主原料与钛粉末的配合量应保持于弹性体100重量单位对5-1重量单位范围内。
2、如权利要求1所述的含钛粉末的健康装饰品,特征为:项链、手环、腕带、护腕护膝或头带。
3、一种健康装饰品制造方法,特征为:于高压蒸馏水中燃烧氢氧比为2∶1的氧、氢混合气体,以其燃烧气体加热钛金属,通过粉末化所得钛粉末与弹性体材料混合后加以成形,弹性体主原料与钛粉末的配合量应保持于弹性体100重量单位对5-1重量单位范围内。
