Description

用于将薄板材料带切割成坯料的装置
本发明涉及一种用于将薄板材料带切割成坯料的装置。特别是,本发明涉及一种用于切割条状纸质材料的装置,它可有利地用在烟草工业中,用以制造香烟盒的内增强框架,虽然在下面的说明中直接引用了这种应用,但是该装置的范围应该不受其限制。
在香烟包装机的传统实践中都采用这样一种装置,它包括一切刀和一砧座,其中,切刀与砧座零件都可以彼此相对地滑动,并使其在一切割位置如此配合地动作,以将一连续的纸质材料带分成不连续的坯料,每个坯料具有用于带铰链盖的硬香烟盒的增强框架的形状。砧座通常与这样一种驱动装置相联,该驱动装置可沿砧座并朝着与前述切割位置一致的砧座的边缘沿预定的方向进给带材。
在上述类型的类似装置中,用一相关的驱动或执行装置如此操作切刀,以使切刀沿与前进的带材所运行的方向垂直的方向经过砧座并穿过切割工作站。切刀的动作可以是连续的或往复的;如果是连续的,则切刀通常以这样一种方式装在一绕其自身轴线旋转的辊子的周边上,即,使切削刃在切割位置画出一条沿切向转到砧座的圆形轨迹。当采用旋转的切刀时,比较短的主动切割步骤将伴以比较长的被动进给步骤,在被动的进给步骤中,切削刃朝切割位置前进,这是因为,切削刃必须在两个连续的切割行程之间绕其旋转轴线完成一整圈。
在往复动作的情况下,切刀完成一向前离开静止位置的行程和一朝静止位置返回的返回行程,每次都经过切割位置。向前行程构成一操作步骤,其中切削刃通过朝与切割位置一致的砧座的相应边缘平移并碰在其上而切割纸带,而返回行程则是一被动的移动,只用于使切刀返回静止位置。
显然上述类型的切割装置没有一个是非常有效的。不管运动是连续的或往复的,实际上,主动的切割行程都伴以比较长的被动行程。
本发明的目的为提供这样一种切割装置,它比上述各种现有技术类型的装置更有效。
上述目的在按照本发明的一种用于将薄板材料带切割成坯料的装置中得到实现,这类装置包括:一砧座、一切刀、第一驱动装置和第二驱动装置;其中用第一驱动装置使砧座与切刀沿一第二预定方向作相对的切割运动并经过一切割位置;用第二驱动装置使带材沿一与第二方向基本垂直的第一预定方向朝切割位置前进,其特征为,砧座提供了一中间通道,其比例为与前进的带材相适应,沿第一方向延伸并有一与切割位置一致的出口端;另外,相对的切割运动是一往复运动,而且将第一驱动装置设计成可使切刀相对于砧座在两个位于中间通道的相对侧的极限位置上停止,在此停止位置,切刀退出通道。
因此,在所述装置中,切刀通过一向前行程和一返回行程往复运动,经过切割位置,并在向前行程中切割带材,而且在返回行程中也同样切割带材。
现在参看附图用示例的方式详细说明本发明。图中:
图1示出了按照本发明的装置的一个优选实施例,它在侧视图中示意地示出,并为了清晰起见而略去某些部分;
图2是图1所示装置的详图,用透视图示出;
图3以正面图示出了图2的细节。
在附图中,标号1代表整个的切割装置,它包括一切刀2和一砧座3,它们以这样一种方式可滑动地接合,即,切过在用标号5代表的切割位置的一纸质材料带4。
砧座3由用标号3a和3b代表的两个相同的部分组成,它们彼此匹配并对称地设置于垂直平面A的每一侧。
两个砧座部分3a和3b提供相应的平直表面,它们平行于垂直平面A地彼此相对,并隔开一段稍大于纸带4的厚度的距离,从而形成一通道6,带材4在沿第一预定方向7移动时经过该通道前进,所述带材由传统实施例的夹辊装置8向前进给。通道6沿第一方向7从入口端9朝与切割位置5一致的出口端10延伸。
两个砧座部分3a和3b中的每一个都有各自的顶面11a和11b,它们可滑动地与切刀2的底面12接合,以能沿垂直于垂直平面A和第一方向7的第二方向13移动。更准确地说,切刀2在此实施例中基本上为棱柱形,具有梯形剖面,并且前述的底面12有一中间凹座,该凹座的尺寸适于可滑动地与一相配的中间突起接合,该突起由砧座的两个对应的顶面11a和11b的每一个提供。同一底面12还与切刀2的横向于第二方向13设置的两个侧面14结合,形成相应的两个切削刃15,将这两个切削刃的角度与形状做成能在切割位置5切开纸张并将带材4分成不连续的坯料16,每个坯料在将其装入有铰链盖的这类香烟盒(未示出)时具有内增强框架的平直的轮廓。
标号17代表与切刀2刚性地相联的两个臂之一,它们从切刀的两个相对的表面18平行于垂直平面A地延伸,该切刀的位置横向于同一平面A。每个臂17都固定在一相应的线性执行器19的运动输出构件上。执行器的功能为使切刀2沿第二方向13往复移动,通过切割位置5,并处于两个切削刃15位于垂直平面A的一侧的两个极限位置之间;也就是说,当切刀2占据两个极限位置中的任一个时,切刀仍然可滑动地只与两个砧座部分3a或3b中的一个接合,以使通道6的出口端10外露。
装置1进一步包括两个传统实施例的吸气式带式运输机20,每个运输机都经过一相应的传送点21延伸,该点与两个前述的极限位置之一如此一致,从而在坯料16经过切割位置5以后接受沿第二方向13被切刀的相应面14推进的坯料16。两个带式运输机20基本上沿第一方向7延伸,并在几何构形上与砧座3组合,形成一等腰三角形,在该三角形中,运输机是两个相等的边,砧座则形成底边。也是用动力驱动的吸气式运输机20的功能为从相应的传送点21接受不连续的坯料16并将其导向位于前述三角形的与底边相对的顶点的单个传送站22。
最后,装置1包括一穿过传送站23的袋式运输机23,以这样一种方式并且与两个吸气型带式运输机20同步地用动力驱动该运输机23,以致在传送站22单独地并且交替地从这两个同样的运输机20接受坯料16。
在工作时,由夹辊装置8使带材4沿第一方向7前进,经过通道6并如此地离开出口端10,以致当切刀2占据两个极限位置中的任何一个时到达切割位置5。
现在就用执行器19使切刀2沿第二方向13横向移动,经过切割位置5并朝着空闲的极限位置,其结果是,当前切削刃15与沿第二方向13遇到的有关的砧座部分3a或3b相交时,带材4被切断。
在刀刃15切过带材4以后,分离的坯料16立即被切刀2的前进的面14带向相应的传送点21,在该处,它被有关的吸气型运输机20接纳,带往传送站22并被放在最后的运输机23的袋中。
随后的使切刀2返回相对的极限位置的步骤以与上述方式相同的方式进行,因此不需要进一步的说明,除非重申,切刀2最好在往复运动的每个完整的循环中从带材上分离两个坯料。要以这样一种方式使袋式运输机23的运行与两个吸气型带式运输机20的运行合拍,即,使由切刀2的两个依次的行程、即由离开和朝着给定的极限位置的行程切割的每两个坯料16放在两个依次的袋中。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于将薄板材料带切割成坯料的装置,特别是一种装置(1),它包括一砧座(3)、一切刀(2)、第一驱动装置(19)和第二驱动装置(8);其中用第一驱动装置使砧座(3)与切刀(2)沿一第二预定的方向(13)作相对的切割运动并经过一切割位置(5);用第二驱动装置使带材(4)沿一与第二方向(13)基本垂直的第一预定方向(7)朝切割位置(5)前进,
其特征为,砧座(3)提供一中间通道(6),使其大小可与前进的带材(4)相适应,该通道沿第一方向(7)延伸并有一与切割位置(5)一致的出口端(10);而且,相对的切割运动是一往复运动,并将第一驱动装置(19)如此设计,以使切刀(2)可相对于砧座(3)在两个位于中间通道(6)的相对侧上的极限位置(21)上停止,在此停止位置,切刀(2)退出通道(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征为,相对运动是切刀(2)越过砧座(3)并经过切割位置(5)的往复滑动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征为,切刀(2)设有两个相对的基本上横向于第二和第一方向(13,7)放置的切削刃(15)并可借助于第一驱动装置(19)可滑动地越过砧座(3)并经过切割位置(5)往复移动,最后采取这样一个位置,此时,两个刃(15)都相对于切割位置(5)位于砧座(3)的一侧或另一侧。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的装置,其特征为,砧座(3)由两个彼此相对的部分(3a,3b)组成,这两部分按一给定的用于建立中间通道(6)的距离分开。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的装置,它进一步包括位于切割位置(5)的相对侧上的第一和第二运输机(20),每个运输机基本上沿第一方向(7)延伸并经过一相应的极限位置(21),在该极限位置,依次从切刀(2)上接受相应的坯料(16)。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,它进一步包括一在一传送站(22)与第一和第二运输机(20)配合操作的第三运输机(23),在所述传送站上,从同一第一和第二运输机(20)上交替地接纳相应的坯料(16)。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的装置,其特征为,第一和第二运输机(20)是设置在砧座(3)的每一侧上的吸气型带式运输机,它们被布置成一砧座(3)在其中形成底边的等腰三角形的两边。
8.如权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的装置,其特征为,砧座(3)与切刀(2)的形状要做成使产生的坯料(16)有一用于有铰链盖的硬香烟盒的增强框架的轮廓。
