Abstract

Description

用于电绝缘导线的无焊接的 切割夹紧布线的接线柱
本发明涉及一种用于最好是电绝缘导线的无焊接的切割夹紧(cut-clamping)布线的接线柱,该接线柱带有至少一个向底部逐渐变窄并且能容纳至少一根导线的切割夹紧槽缝以及一个设置在接线柱的切割夹紧槽缝后面的切割刃口。
无焊接布线在低电压技术的所有领域中的重要性日益增加。但是,这方面的问题是要在通常设置在模块化结构的接点夹持器内的接线柱中相应的切割夹紧槽缝中将连接的绝缘导线切成一定尺寸,这里需要使用另外的专用工具以便在十分有限的空间内完成切成一定尺寸的工作。
德国专利DE-OS-3818497中提议对电缆连接装置的接头部件在接线柱的弹性臂上的切割夹紧槽缝的正后方设置切割刃口,然后通过一个楔形布线工具使弹性臂产生横向变形,从而使该切割夹紧槽缝中导线的分离和导线的插入同时进行。
这种方法的缺点是不但需要很大的布线力,而且对带有切割刃口的弹性臂相对于布线方向的横向移动的可行性产生了怀疑。
所以本发明要进行的工作是提供一种上述类型的接线柱,该接线柱可以以最小的布线力在将导线切成一定尺寸的同时实现最佳布线。
根据本发明,上述目的可以这样实现,这就是将切割刃口与切割夹紧槽缝以一个规定的距离隔开并且以槽缝形式布置成向底部逐渐变窄并闭合,以及一个切割臂设置在接线柱的一个接触臂上,该切割臂与切割夹紧槽缝相平行并且在其后面通过槽缝脊隔开,而该整个配置是一个U形配置。
通过上述这些措施,就可以使用一个布线工具以很小的力强行将一根导线同时塞入切割夹紧槽缝和切割刃口中,或者在带有下推枢转盖或按钮的多接点夹持器的情况下,通过枢转盖或按钮就可以将导线推到切割刃口处。这样就可以保证接触臂的扭捻作用不可能发生。
这样就产生了一种用于上述类型的电绝缘导线的无焊接的切割夹紧布线的接线柱,该接线柱可以将位于切割夹紧槽缝中的内侧的被连接导线取出,而不需要预先取出位于切割夹紧槽缝中的外侧的被连接导线。
根据本发明,上述目的可以这样实现,就是将切割夹紧槽缝的内端扩大成一个孔或一个扁长孔,该孔的净宽度至少与被连接的导线的外径相接近。
利用这些措施,为了取出导线可以把在内侧的连接导线进一步推入该扩大部分中,这样就可以使该导线脱开并被取出,而且不会影响原先连接在外侧的导线,因而该导线可以保持其连接功能。然后可以把一根新的第二导线再连接在切割夹紧槽缝的外侧,而使先前位于外侧的导线位于内侧。
为了使在布线时特别是在切割导线时该力/距离比为最佳值,切割刃口的优选实施例提供了一种从敞开的导线插入端开始沿着弧形凸面部分向其底部逐渐变窄并闭合的切割刃口。
为了在带有下推枢转盖的多接点夹持器中使用这种接线柱,接触臂和切割臂最好具有一个与枢转盖的枢转半径相对应的曲率。
下面通过附图对本发明的目的以实施例进行详细说明,附图中;
图1是本发明的用于无焊接切割夹紧布线的接线柱的草图;
图2是图1中所示装置的切割刃口形状的放大图;
图3和4是缩小比例的图1的接线柱的局部的草图,图中示出了与一个多接点夹持器的下推式枢转盖处于打开和下推位置的相互配合的情况;
图5是一个装有用于无焊接切割夹紧布线的接线柱的接点夹持器的局部的草图,其中的接线柱是双导线型的;以及

图1以草图示出了本发明的接线柱1,该接线柱用于无焊接的切割夹紧布线并且可以无需任何附加工具而在该接线柱的一个向其底部逐渐变窄的切割夹紧槽缝2中将一根导线切成一定的尺寸,其中在其末端距离接线柱一个规定距离处将该接导线切成一定的尺寸是在布线装配力的作用下完成的,该装配力作用在沿着平行于接线柱的切割夹紧槽缝2的一个切割刃口3的该导线上。
在该实施例中,一个平行于接线柱1的切割夹紧槽缝2并且在其后面的朝着底部逐渐变窄和闭合的槽缝型切割刃口3以一个由槽缝脊9产生的给定距离形成。
切割刃口3设置在一个U形切割臂7上,该臂与模制在接线柱1的接触臂6上的切割夹紧槽缝2相平行并且在其后面隔开一个距离。
如图2中所详细示出的,该切割刃口3的实施例最好通过弧形凸面部分从敞开的导线插入端向底部逐渐变窄并闭合,以便使在布线特别是在切割导线时,该力/距离比成为最佳值。
为了把这种接线柱在具有下推枢转盖8(图3和4)的多接点夹持器中使用,接触臂6和切割臂7最好具有与该枢转盖的枢转半径相对应的曲率。
这样布线时就可以利用下推枢转盖8同时把导线5推入切割夹紧槽缝2和切割刃口3中,以便把导线5固定在该切割夹紧槽缝中并把该切割刃口处的导线端5’切断,如图4中所详细示出的。
图5示出了一个装有用于电绝缘导线的无焊接切割夹紧布线的接线柱12的接点夹持器11的局部的草图,在该案例中,该前接线柱是双导线型,其中一根导线13位于一个向底部逐渐变窄的切割夹紧槽缝15中的内侧,而另一根导线14则位于该槽缝中的外侧。
在切割夹紧槽缝15的内侧端处发展成一个孔型或扁长孔型的扩大部分16,该部分的净宽度至少分别与连接导线13和14的外径的宽度相接近。
如图6中所示,可以移动连接在内侧的导线13,把它进一步向内推入扩大部分16内,这样可以使导线13脱开,此时它可以被取走而不会影响原来在外侧的导线14,从而使该导线保持其连接功能。
然后可以把一根新的第二导线装在切割夹紧槽缝15的外侧,从而使原先的外侧导线被安置在内侧。
利用本发明的措施具有特别的重要性,因为槽缝脊9可以防止接触臂的扭捻作用,由此也就防止了切割夹紧槽缝和切割刃口的不希望有的扩宽。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于最好是电绝缘导线的无焊接的切割夹紧布线的接线柱,该接线柱带有至少一个向底部逐渐变窄并且能容纳至少一根导线的切割夹紧槽缝以及一个设置在该接线柱的该切割夹紧槽缝后面的切割刃口,其特征在于,该切割刃口(3)与该切割夹紧槽缝(2)以一个给定的距离隔开,并且构形成一个最后与该底部相接触的斜锥,以及一个与该切割夹紧槽缝(2)相平行并且在其后面通过槽缝脊(9)隔开的切割臂(7)在该接线柱的接触臂(6)上形成,而该整个配置是一个U型配置。
2.如权利要求1所述的接线柱,其特征在于,该切割刃口(3)通过弧形凸面部分从敞开的导线插入端向底部逐渐变窄并闭合。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于带有下推枢转盖(8)的多接点夹持器中的接线柱,其特征在于,该接触臂(6)和切割臂(7)具有一个与该枢转盖的该枢转半径相对应的曲率。
4.如权利要求1所述的接线柱,其特征在于,该切割夹紧槽缝(15)的该内侧端发展成一个孔型或扁长孔型的扩大部分(16),该部分的净宽度至少与将被连接的导线的外径的宽度相接近。
