技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌月经棉栓及其制作方法。
背景技术
人们知道,一种标准型月经棉栓构成阴道中潜在的感染病灶,因为插入棉栓可能将外阴和附近皮肤表面的或多或少致病的病菌引入阴道中。另外,这种用具有吸收性能的材料制成的棉栓具有使阴道粘膜干燥的作用,从而使之脆弱,更易于造成各种感染。
为了弥补该缺陷,有人提出用吸收性能不太强的材料制造棉栓,而这必须频繁更换,例如四小时进行更换,这样,很不方便,约束性非常大。
尤其在文献EP-A-0110793中,还提出一种月经棉栓,其中,一端具有一个杯状凹槽和一个椭圆形栓剂,椭圆形栓剂内装一种抗菌物质或药物,通过一种可溶粘胶固定在凹槽中。当插入这种棉栓时,椭圆形栓剂位于子宫颈附近,可以使阴道以及阴道内的血液灭菌。
但是,尤其是因为要在棉栓的端部形成一个凹槽,要注入一种可溶粘胶,并且要将一个具有抗菌物质或药物的椭圆形栓剂置于凹槽中,所以这种棉栓不利于进行大批量低成本生产。
发明内容
本发明尤其旨在提出一种解决上述问题的简单有效而经济的办法。
本发明涉及一种抗菌月经棉栓,这种棉栓避免发生阴道感染的危险,不会使阴道粘膜脆弱。
本发明还涉及一种抗菌月经棉栓,这种棉栓由一种标准型月经棉栓制成。
本发明还涉及一种抗菌月经棉栓的制作方法,这种方法成本低,适合于在现有的机器上进行大批量自动化生产。
为此,本发明旨在提出一种用具有吸收性能的材料制成的具有抗菌剂的月经棉栓的制作方法,这种方法在于,将定量的抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的液态混合物注入到棉栓的单个包装护套里,然后将棉栓插入到所述护套中,使其用于被所述混合物覆盖的端部处于护套底部同混合物相接触,然后密封所述护套。
本发明的月经棉栓的制作与其包装同时进行,特别简单而且经济。
根据本发明的另一个特征,这种方法还在于,使疏水赋形剂加热熔融,将抗菌剂加入到熔融的疏水赋形剂中,制备抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的混合物,使抗菌剂和熔融的疏水赋形剂混合,再注入到棉栓的包装护套中,然后,在护套密封之后,通过冷却使棉栓上的抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的混合物固化。
这样,用于插入到阴道中的棉栓的端部具有一层抗菌的、疏水的、润滑的固态覆盖层。
有利的是,本发明的方法还在于,在两条塑料带例如聚氯乙烯塑料带上形成一些半圆柱形凹槽,这些凹槽通到所述塑料带的一个侧边缘上,使两条塑料带面对面地彼此贴合,以便通过两个半圆柱形凹槽的接合而形成所述护套,然后通过热合法或热封法使两条塑料带彼此加以固定。
这种方法可以在已知的、尤其是用于制造栓剂的机器上使用,因为适合于现有的机器,所以仅需较少的材料投资。
根据本发明的另一个特征,在抗菌剂和赋形剂的混合物注入到棉栓的包装护套中之前,在这种混合物中加入例如呈冻干状的多德来因氏杆菌(干酪乳杆菌),每个棉栓大约加入90毫克。
如此制作的棉栓用于在月经结束时重新接种正常存在于阴道中的菌丛。
本发明还提出一种采用上述方法制作的抗菌月经棉栓,其特征在于,抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的混合物形成棉栓的一个端部的覆盖层。
这种抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的混合物覆盖插入阴道时位于子宫颈附近的棉栓端部,避免阴道粘膜干燥和脆弱,并且对阴道具有杀菌作用,以防阴道感染。
有利的是,疏水赋形剂是润滑的,以便于棉栓的置放,而避免了安放工具的使用。
在本发明一个最佳实施例中,抗菌剂是nonoxynol 9。
这种抗菌剂三十多年来在许多阴道用制剂中用作杀精子剂,其良好的局部耐受性和总耐受性已经由许多研究加以确认。
根据本发明的另一个特征,这种抗菌月经棉栓从一种标准月经棉栓加以制造。
该特征使本发明棉栓的成本大为降低。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的方法中,第一阶段是展开两条热合塑料例如聚氯乙烯塑料带10,通过热成形法在每一条塑料带上形成一些半圆柱形凹槽12,这些凹槽的一端通到相应的塑料带10的一个侧边缘上,而其另一端与塑料带10的另一个侧边缘相距一定距离。
然后,使两条塑料带10相互接近,彼此贴合,其半圆柱形凹槽12基本呈竖直状态,彼此相对,以形成朝上开口的圆柱形护套14。
两条塑料带10彼此固定成一条塑料带,除了一个侧面区域16以外,在此区域两条塑料带10彼此仍保持分开,该侧面区域16沿着位于护套14底部一侧的塑料带10的侧边缘延伸。
在本发明一个最佳实施例中,两条塑料带10在约200℃的温度下进行热封固定。
本发明方法的下一个阶段是将一种定量的含有一种抗菌剂和一种润滑的疏水赋形剂的液态混合物注入到每个护套14中。
这种混合物通过赋形剂的熔融加以制备,赋形剂有利地是甘油酯基的,例如由GATTEFOSSE公司生产的名为SUPPOCIRE的赋形剂。这种赋形剂置于一个具有调温加热壁的箱18中。例如,可以将该箱加热到50-55℃左右,然后在箱中放入一定量的例如60千克的赋形剂,接着使熔融的赋形剂在箱中保持大约38℃的温度。箱18配有一个浆叶式搅拌器,对箱中的赋形剂进行混合,直至完全熔融。
然后,在箱中加入一预定量的抗菌剂,例如最好是nonoxynol 9,它是一种无水粘性液体,主要由聚乙二醇一苯基(mononylphenylique)醚组成,其通式为C9H19C6H4-(OCH2-CH2)n-OH,其中n一般等于9,但是也可以为6至16。
例如,对于65千克的赋形剂来说,在箱18中加入5千克的nonoxynol 9,在38℃下混合约30分钟,以获得一种均匀的混合物。
箱18与一个公知的定量器20相连接,将抗菌剂和赋形剂的混合物例如以每个护套700毫克注入到护套的下端中。
然后,标准型月经棉栓22例如通过手工或者借助于一个自动加料装置24插入到护套14中,使棉栓的圆形端部26浸没在护套14底部中装有的混合物中。
标准型月经棉栓22从无纺纺织原料柔软纱中含有的自然纤维(胶粘纤维和/或棉纱)制成,可以配有一根用疏水材料制成的拔出用细绳28。
然后,装有棉栓22的护套14相继通过一个密封和标记工位30,在这里,每个护套14的上端32被密封并打上批次和时限日期。
然后,护套14在环境温度下通过一个冷却隧道,在这里,覆盖每个棉栓22下端的抗菌剂和赋形剂的混合物进行固化。
在塑料带10上在护套14之间形成有预切割横线24。
然后,切割装置36用于将塑料带10切割成小板,每小板具有预定数量的包装在护套14中的抗菌月经棉栓。这些小板包装在印刷好的包装物中。

显然,每个月经棉栓中抗菌剂的含量可以在一定范围内变化。大约低于150毫克左右,如果是nonoxynol 9,则最好约为50毫克。同样,润滑疏水赋形剂的含量可以在每个棉栓650毫克的数值左右进行变化,例如为500毫克至800毫克之间。
本发明抗菌月经棉栓由于使用标准月经棉栓以及现有的制造栓剂的机器进行生产,因此生产成本很低,仅需较小的投资。
所使用的抗菌剂和润滑疏水赋形剂耐受性很强,没有任何禁忌症,因此,本发明抗菌月经棉栓对阴道粘膜没有任何刺激,经试验,它已被列入与皮肤接触不过敏的材料之列。
重复使用本发明棉栓可以控制和防止发生感染的危险,保护阴道粘膜。
本发明棉栓还可以用于月经结束时接种阴道内正常存在的菌丛。为此,在注入到包装护套14里的抗菌剂和赋形剂的混合物中加入多德来因氏杆菌(干酪乳杆菌)。多德来因氏杆菌使用冻干产品,定量约为每个棉栓80至120毫克,最好约为90毫克。

Claims (11)

1.一种月经棉栓的制作方法,所述月经棉栓用具有吸收性能的材料制成并包括一种抗菌剂,其特征在于,这种方法在于:
-将抗菌剂和疏水赋形剂的液态混合物注入到月经棉栓(22)的单个包装的护套(14)里,
-然后将月经棉栓(22)插入到所述护套(14)中,使其用于被所述混合物覆盖的端部处于所述护套的底部,同混合物相接触,
-密封所述护套(14),
-通过冷却使棉栓(22)上的混合物固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,这种方法在于,通过使赋形剂加热熔融,将抗菌剂加入到熔融的赋形剂中,制备抗菌剂和赋形剂的混合物,对抗菌剂和赋形剂进行混合,再将混合物注入到包装护套(14)中。
