Abstract

本发明公开了一种在除霜过程中和/或开门时能够防止蒸发器与外面的空气之间的热交换的冰箱。该冰箱具有一用于开关冷空气通道上冷空气排放口的装置。该开关装置包括一用于开关冷空气排放口的开关件和一用于驱动该开关件的传动装置。制冷效率得到了提高,并且不会由外面的空气导致在蒸发器上结霜。

Description

带有开关冷空气排放口的装置的冰箱
本发明涉及一种冰箱,特别是一种带有一个用于在除霜过程中和/或开门时开关冷空气排放口的装置的冰箱。
如图1所示,通常的冰箱具有形成一冷冻室15和一冷藏室1的箱体14、分别开关冷冻室15和冷藏室1的门16和12、一台用于压缩制冷剂的压缩机19、一台用于通过蒸发压缩机19所提供的制冷剂而产生冷空气的蒸发器11和一架用于吹送由蒸发器11所产生冷空气的风扇20。
在冷藏室1的后部装有一用于形成一冷空气通道的管件3。管件3具有若干通向冷藏室1的冷空气排放口3a。风扇20将冷空气吹入冷空气通道2,然后通过冷空气排放口3a排入冷藏室1。在冷空气通道2内装有一个用于将流入冷空气通道2的冷空气向冷空气排放口3a引导的引导装置13。
在冰箱运行时,在蒸发器11上结霜。霜使得蒸发器11的制冷效率降低。因此,蒸发器配备有用于除霜的加热器17,当冰箱用过一段预定的时间以后,用加热器17加热蒸发器11进行除霜。
这种通常的冰箱存在一个问题,这就是在除霜过程中由加热器17所产生的热量传送到冷藏室1内。由加热器17所产生的热量主要是经过输送冷空气的管路传递的。这就是说,热量主要是经过冷空气管路2和冷空气排放口3a传递到冷藏室1。由于热量传递到冷藏室1,冷藏室1的制冷效率降低,因此就不能很好地保持其内储藏的食物的质量。
而且,当使用者打开冷藏室1的门12时,外面的热空气进入冷藏室1,它主要流向靠近蒸发器11的区域。当外面的空气流向蒸发器11时,蒸发器11上产生更多的霜。于是,就要更频繁地除霜。为了进行除霜,必须使加热器17运行,这样,由于频繁地除霜进一步降低了制冷效率。
本发明就是为了克服上述现有技术中的问题,因此,本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱,其能够防止除霜时加热器所产生的热量的传递,并防止开门时进入的外面的热空气流向蒸发器。
本发明的冰箱具有:一开关冷藏室的门;一蒸发器,用于通过蒸发制冷剂产生输送到冷藏室内的冷空气;一加热器,用于除去蒸发器上所结的霜;一管件,形成一冷空气通道,由蒸发器所产生的冷空气流入该通道,所述管件带有若干通向冷藏室的冷空气排放口;以及一开关装置,用于当加热器除霜时和/或开门时关闭冷空气排放口。
按照本发明的一优选实施例,开关装置包括:一与所述管件密封接触的开关件,该开关件带有对应于冷空气排放口的若干气孔;在所述开关件下设置一凸轮,用于支撑所述开关件;以及一用于驱动凸轮的马达,从而通过开关件开关所述冷空气排放口,
按照本发明的另一优选实施例,开关装置包括:一与所述管件密封接触的开关件,该开关件带有对应于冷空气排放口的若干气孔;一与开关件成一体的齿条;一与齿条啮合的小齿轮;和一马达,用于驱动小齿轮,从而通过使开关件开关冷空气排放口。
按照本发明的又一优选实施例,开关装置包括:一与所述管件密封接触的开关件,该开关件带有对应于冷空气排放口的若干气孔;一固定在开关件上的马达;一由马达带动旋转的传动齿轮,该传动齿轮插入在管件上形成的长孔内;以及一在长孔内侧形成的带齿部分,该带齿部分与传动齿轮啮合。开关件带有凸起部分,当关闭冷空气排放口时,这些凸起部分恰好插入冷空气排放口中,长孔弯曲,从而当开关件运行以关闭冷空气排放口时,移动凸起部分插入到冷空气排放口中。由此冷空气排放口被密封关闭起来。

下面参照附图对本发明予以详细说明。与示于图1的通常的冰箱相同的部件以相同的编号表示,并且不再对其做说明。
图2是本发明的冰箱的一侧剖视图,图3和4为图2所示的开关装置的放大的视图。在冷空气通道2中装有一开关装置,用于开关冷空气排放口3a。开关装置包括一开关件6、一凸轮7和一驱动马达9。开关件6由在管件3上设置的支架4支撑。
开关件6与管件3密封接触。开关件6上带有若干对应于冷空气排放口3a的气孔5。凸轮7设置在开关件6之下,并支撑开关件6。开关件6通过自重保持与凸轮7接触。
驱动马达9由一托架(未示出)固定在冷空气通道2内的一预定位置。凸轮7安装在驱动马达9的轴8上。当驱动马达9运转时,凸轮7转动,从而使开关件6上下运动。如图4所示,开关件6向上运动时,冷空气排放口3a打开,当开关件6向下移动时,将冷空气排放口3a关闭。
下面描述按照本发明的冰箱的运行和效果。
在冰箱的制冷操作过程中,开关件6使冷空气排放口3a处于开放状态,如图4所示。当冰箱开始除霜时,一未示出的控制部件使驱动马达9带动凸轮7旋转,从而使开关件6向下运动,于是关闭冷空气排放口3a。
当使用者在冰箱的制冷操作过程中打开门12时,一用于检测门12的开关状态的传感器(未示出)检测到门12打开,于是如前所述控制部件使驱动马达9关闭冷空气排放口3a。
如上所述,在加热器17产生热的除霜过程中和/或门12被打开时,冷空气排放口3a被关闭,因此避免了从加热器17向冷藏室1传递热量,以及门12打开时外部空气向蒸发器的传送,从而防止了制冷效率的降低。并且不会由外部空气导致在蒸发器11上产生结霜。
图5是图2至4所示的开关件的一改进的例子。在该改进的例子中,开关装置配备有弹簧18,以对开关件6施加一个向下的弹性力。弹簧18连接于管件3的底部及开关件6的底部。开关件6通过弹簧18与凸轮7紧密接触,从而随着凸轮7的旋转有效地带动开关件6的上下运动。
图6是本发明的第二实施例的开关装置的一放大的透视图。图7是图6的侧剖视图。
在本实施例中,开关装置包括:一带有对应于管件3的冷空气排放口3a的若干气孔25的开关件26,一在开关件26的下部与开关件26一体的齿条26a,一与齿条26a啮合的小齿轮27,和一用于驱动小齿轮27的驱动马达29。开关件26由在管件3上设置的支架24支撑。
当驱动马达29使小齿轮27旋转时,开关件26上下运动。当开关件26向上运动时,打开冷空气排放口3a;当开关件26向下运动时,关闭冷空气排放口3a。开关件26的运转与示于图2至4的实施例中的情形相同。这就是,在除霜时和/或门12打开时,开关装置关闭冷空气排放口3a。
图8是本发明的第三实施例的开关装置的透视图;图9是图8的一侧剖视图。
在本实施例中,开关装置包括一带有对应于管件3的冷空气排放口3a的若干气孔35的开关件36,一由固定托架39a固定于开关件36上的驱动马达,和一安装在驱动马达39的轴38上的传动齿轮37。
在开关件36的前侧设置有若干凸起部分46。当开关件36关闭冷空气排放口3a时,它们恰好插入冷空气排放口3a中,从而使冷空气排放口3a密封关闭。
在开关件36的侧面设置有一导引凸件48。该导引凸件48插入一导引孔43,这将在后面描述。
管件3带有一导引托架34,用于引导开关件36沿垂直方向运动,在导引托架34上设置有一长孔41。长孔41沿垂直方向上设置,其上部向前侧弯曲,在长孔41的内侧形成一带齿部分42。
传动齿轮37插入长孔41内,并与长孔41上的带齿部分42啮合。当驱动马达39使传动齿轮37旋转时,传动齿轮37在长孔41内上下运动。于是,驱动马达39也上下移动,从而使装配有马达39的开关件36做上下运动。
导引托架34上形成一导引孔43,其形状基本上与长孔41的形状相同。开关件36的导引凸件48插入到导引孔43中,从而有效地引导开关件36的上下运动。
当驱动马达39开始运转时,传动齿轮37沿长孔41向上运动,从而开关件36向上运动。随着驱动马达39继续旋转,开关件36沿长孔41向前侧移动。于是开关件36与管件3的内侧接触。在这种情况下,由于长孔41沿着凸起部分46插入冷空气排放口3a的方向形成,所以凸起部分46容易插入冷空气排放口3a中。当驱动马达39反方向运转时,开关件36向下运动,打开冷空气排放口3a。
如上所述,按照本发明,由于防止了除霜期间和开门时蒸发器与外部空气之间的热交换,制冷效率得到了提高,外部空气也不会在蒸发器上结霜。

Claims (7)

1.一种冰箱,包括:
一开关冷藏室的门;
一蒸发器,用于通过蒸发制冷剂产生输送到所述冷藏室内的冷空气;
一加热器,用于除去所述蒸发器上所结的霜;
一管件,形成一冷空气通道,由所述蒸发器产生的冷空气流入其中,所述管件带有若干通向所述冷藏室的冷空气排放口;以及
一开关装置,包括:一与所述管件密封接触的开关件,所述开关件带有对应于冷空气排放口的若干气孔;在所述开关件下设置的一凸轮,所述凸轮用于支撑所述开关件;以及一马达,用于驱动所述凸轮,使所述开关件开关所述冷空气排放口,其中:
所述开关装置在所述加热器除霜时和/或所述门打开时关闭冷空气排放口。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,还包括一弹簧,用于对所述开关件施加弹性力,使所述开关件与所述凸轮弹性接触。
3.一冰箱,包括:
一开关冷藏室的门;
一蒸发器,用于通过蒸发制冷剂产生输送到所述冷藏室内的冷空气;
一加热器,用于除去所述蒸发器上所结的霜;
一管件,形成一冷空气通道,由所述蒸发器产生的冷空气进入其中,所述管件带有若干通向所述冷藏室的冷空气排放口;

所述开关装置在所述加热器除霜时和/或所述门被打开时,关闭冷空气排放口。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述开关件上形成若干凸起部分,当开关件关闭冷空气排放口时,它们恰好插入冷空气排放口中。
6.如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:长孔是弯曲的,从而当所述开关件运行以关闭冷空气排放口时,使得所述凸起部分移动而插入冷空气排放口内。
7.如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述管件上带有一用于引导所述开关件的引导孔,而所述开关件上带有一插入到引导孔中的引导凸件。
