Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有开关冷空气排放口装置的冰箱。该开关冷空气排放口的装置包括用于开关排放口的板件、具有用于驱动板件的齿条的操作件和一用于驱动操作件的马达。本发明的冰箱防止了除霜和开门时蒸发器与外部空气之间的热交换。因此,提高了制冷效率,并且在蒸发器上不会由于外部热空气而结霜。
Description
本发明涉及一种冰箱,特别是一种带有一个用于在除霜过程中和/或开门时开关冷空气排放口的装置的冰箱。
如图1所示,通常的冰箱具有形成一冷冻室15和一冷藏室1的箱体14、分别开关冷冻室15和冷藏室1的门16和12、一台用于压缩制冷剂的压缩机19、一台用于通过蒸发压缩机19所提供的制冷剂而产生冷空气的蒸发器11和一架用于吹送由蒸发器11所产生冷空气的风扇20。
在冷藏室1的后部装有一用于形成一冷空气通道的管件3。管件3具有若干通向冷藏室1的冷空气排放口3a。风扇20将冷空气吹入冷空气通道2,然后通过冷空气排放口3a排入冷藏室1。在冷空气通道2内装有一个用于将流入冷空气通道2的冷空气向冷空气排放口3a引导的引导装置13。
在冰箱运行时,在蒸发器11上结霜。霜使得蒸发器11的制冷效率降低。因此,蒸发器配备有用于除霜的加热器17,当冰箱用过一段预定的时间以后,用加热器17加热蒸发器11进行除霜。
这种通常的冰箱存在一个问题,这就是在除霜过程中由加热器17所产生的热量传送到冷藏室1内。由加热器17所产生的热量主要是经过输送冷空气的管路传递的。这就是说,热量主要是经过冷空气管路2和冷空气排放口3a传递到冷藏室1。由于热量传递到冷藏室1,冷藏室1的制冷效率降低,因此就不能很好地保持其内储藏的食物的质量。
而且,当使用者打开冷藏室1的门12时,外面的热空气进入冷藏室1,它主要流向靠近蒸发器11的区域。当外面的空气流向蒸发器11时,蒸发器11上产生更多的霜。于是,就要更频繁地除霜。为了进行除霜,必须使加热器17运行,这样,由于频繁地除霜进一步降低了制冷效率。
本发明就是为了克服上述现有技术中的问题,因此,本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱,其能够防止除霜时加热器所产生的热量的传递,并防止开门时进入的外面的热空气流向蒸发器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种冰箱,包括:一开关冷藏室的门;一蒸发器,用于通过蒸发制冷剂产生输送到所述冷藏室的冷空气;一加热器,用于除去蒸发器上所结的霜;一管件,形成一引导蒸发器所产生的冷空气的冷空气通道,该管件带有若干通向冷藏室的冷空气排放口;一操作件,具有一对彼此平行设置的齿条,在两齿条上彼此相对的侧面上各带有带齿部分;分别安装在各冷空气排放口附近的板件,操作件的运动使板件做枢转运动,这些板件用于根据其枢转位置开关冷空气排放口;一设置在齿条之间的传动件,传动件带有一齿轮部分,它根据其转动位置选择性地与齿条的带齿部分啮合;以及一驱动马达,用于转动传动件,从而在加热器的除霜过程中和/或开门时关闭冷空气排放口。
板件铰接安装在冷空气排放口的边缘上。在所述操作件的一部分上伸出支撑凸件,这些支撑凸件支撑所述板件,使得当操作件向下运动时,板件打开冷空气排放口,当操作件向上运动时,板件关闭冷空气排放口。
下面将参照附图对本发明予以说明,从而可以更好地了解本发明,并更全面地理解本发明的目的,其中:

下面参照附图对本发明予以详细说明。与图1中所示的通常的冰箱相同的部件用相同的编号表示,并省略其说明。
图2为本发明的一冰箱的侧剖视图。图3和图4为图2所示的冰箱中的开关装置的放大视图。在冷空气通道2中装有一用于开关冷空气排放口3a的开关装置30。
开关装置30包括:一装在冷空气通道2内的驱动马达40,一由驱动马达40带动转动的传动件38,由传动件38操作的操作件36,由操作件36操作若干板件32。
冷空气排出口3a的下边缘的两端带有托架42,托架42上固定一铰接销41。板件32通过铰接销41铰接安装在冷空气排放口3a的边缘部分。板件32根据其枢转位置开关冷空气排放口3a。
操作件36带有一对彼此平行设置的齿条36a和36b。齿条36a和36b在彼此相对的内侧上形成一带齿部分35。而且,操作件36还带有一向下延伸的操作杆36c。
支撑凸件36d在操作杆36c的一部分上伸出。支撑凸件36d支撑着板件32。当操作杆36c如图3所示向下运动时,冷空气排放口3a被打开,而当操作杆3a如图4所示向上运动时,冷空气排放口3a被关闭。
传动件38与驱动马达40的旋转轴39连接。在传动件38的圆周边的一部分上设置有一齿轮部分37。齿轮部分37设置于传动件38的圆周上小于半个圆周的区域。传动件38设置在齿条36a和36b之间,传动件38上的齿轮部分37与齿条36a和36b上的带齿部分35啮合。在这种情况下,由于传动件38的齿轮部分37小于传动件38的半周边的区域,因此传动件38有选择地与齿条36a和36b中的一个相啮合。
当冰箱运行时,驱动马达40由一控制部件(未示出)驱动以使传动件38逆时针转动。于是,传动件38与左齿条36b啮合,从而使操作件36向下运动。如图3所示,当操作件36向下运动时,由支撑凸件36d支撑的板件32向下枢转,从而打开冷空气排放口3a。
当冰箱开始除霜时,驱动马达40再次使传动件38逆时针旋转。于是,传动件38与右齿条36a啮合,从而使操作件36向上运动。如图4所示,当操作件36向上运动时,板件32做向上枢转,从而关闭冷空气排放口3a。
而且,在冰箱运行过程中,当使用者打开门12时,一用于检测门12的开关的传感器检测到门12已打开,于是,如上所述,控制部件驱动驱动马达40关闭冷空气排放口3a。
因为在加热器17产生热的除霜过程中和/或打开门12时,冷空气排放口3a被关闭,所以防止了热量从加热器17传递到冷藏室1,以及外面的热空气传递到蒸发器11。因此,防止了冷藏室1冷却效率的降低,并且外面的热空气不会在蒸发器11上产生结霜。
进而,按照本发明,板件32的所有的打开操作和关闭操作都由传动件38沿一个旋转方向的旋转来控制。换句话说,当传动件38由驱动马达40带动旋转时,操作件36反复上下运动。因此,另一个优点是,用一个能够单向旋转的马达就可控制板件32的开关操作,而不必使用双向旋转的马达。
图5示出本发明的另一实施例,图中表示的是开关装置50,图6是图5的一侧剖视图。
在本实施例中,驱动马达60、传动件58和操作件56的结构和运行与图2至4所示的实施例中的相同。
枢轴销52a将板件52固定在一预定位置,使其能够做枢转运动。板件52根据其枢转位置,开关冷空气排放口3a。一枢轴销61安装在板件52的边缘部分。枢轴销61与操作件56的操作杆56c装配在一起。当驱动马达运转使操作件56向上运动时,板件52如图6所示做枢转运动,从而关闭冷空气排放口3a。当操作件56向下运动时,板件52做如图5所示的枢转运动,从而打开冷空气排放口3a。
具有本实施例开关装置的冰箱运行方式与图2至4所示的实施例相似。这就是,当打开门12或通过加热器17对蒸发器11进行除霜时,由控制部件(未示出)驱动驱动马达60,从而使板件52关闭冷空气排放口3a。
如上所述,按照本发明,由于防止了除霜时和开门时蒸发器与外部热空气之间的热交换,所以制冷效率得到加强,在蒸发器上不会由于外部热空气而结霜。
虽然前面已经详细描述并图示了本发明,但显而易见,这仅仅是为了举例说明,并非仅限于此。本发明的精神和范围仅由所附权利要求书来限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种冰箱,包括:一开关冷藏室的门;一蒸发器,用于通过蒸发制冷剂产生输送到所述冷藏室的冷空气;一加热器,用于除去蒸发器上所结的霜;一管件,形成一引导由所述蒸发器所产生的冷空气的冷空气通道,所述管件带有若干通向所述冷藏室的冷空气排放口;一操作件,具有一对彼此平行设置的齿条,在所述两齿条上彼此相对的侧面上各带有带齿部分;分别安装在各冷空气排放口附近的板件,所述操作件的运动使所述板件做枢转运动,所述这些板件用于根据其枢转位置开关冷空气排放口;一设置在所述齿条之间的一传动件,所述传动件带有一齿轮部分,它根据其转动位置选择性地与所述齿条的带齿部分啮合;以及一驱动马达,用于转动所述传动件,从而在所述加热器的除霜过程中和/或打开所述门时关闭冷空气排放口。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述板件铰接安装在冷空气排放口的一边缘上。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:还包括在所述操作件的一部分上伸出的支撑凸件,所述支撑凸件用于支撑所述板件,使得当所述操作件向下运动时所述板件打开冷空气排放口,当所述操作件向上运动时所述板件关闭冷空气排放口。
4.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述板件与所述操作件相连接,以便枢转。
