Abstract

本发明涉及一种有一管子的管接头,管子平滑的端段套在一金属的管配件上,管配件至少有一个沿纵向延伸的套筒状区域,此区域至少设有一凹槽状的槽用于安装一个密封圈和设有一个位于此延伸区开始处的沿径向向外延伸的止挡,以及,管子与管配件借助于一装在它们外面的至少使管子塑性变形的挤压工具不可拆地互相连接。其中,管子(6、6′、7、7′)和管配件(1)用金属制造,最好用不锈钢(优质钢)和钛制造,在管配件(1)套筒状区域延伸区的端部平的延伸槽(4、4′)中装有密封圈(5、5′),管子(6、6′、7、7′)和管配件(1)在密封圈(5、5′)与止挡(2)之间的区域内形成一个构成轴向保险装置的变形点(3′)。

Description

管接头
本发明涉及按主权利要求所述类型的管接头。
由Geberit公司已知此类管接头(见公司说明书摘录)。在此系统中,在一红青铜管配件上套有一个所谓的复合管,此复合管由一个具有铝外套的输送液体的内管和一个在它上面的起外护套作用的包壳管组成。通常内管和包壳管用塑料制造。管配件有一个沿纵向延伸的区域,此区域设有一止挡,要连接的管子一直套到此止挡处。与止挡相邻的区域一般有两个环槽,环槽内各装有一个密封圈。其余的部分具有厚实的轮廓形状,所以在挤压时套上去的管子可变形在此轮廓内。在套上后从外面装上挤压钳,并既在密封圈所在区也在此成一定轮廓形状的区域内在管子上加压。在这种情况下密封圈区起密封作用,有一定轮廓形状的区域起轴向保险的作用。此系统中的缺点在于,此复合管只能使用于一个狭窄的温度和压力范围。此外,管配件的制造非常麻烦,因为成一定轮廓形状的端部区和密封圈区必须准确地制造。另一个缺点是在套上去的管子与管配件的成一定轮廓形状的区域之间留有间隙。溶解在液体内的腐蚀性物质可能侵入此间隙并由于多次蒸发使浓度超比例地上升,在最不利的情况下将导致所谓的间隙腐蚀,
本发明的目的是提供一种按此类型的管接头,它也适用于高压和高温,以及,其中避免了形成间隙腐蚀。此目的通过在主权利要求的特征部分所述特征达到。从属权利要求是有利的进一步改进的组成部分。
在按本发明的管接头中有利的是,套在管配件上的管子所要求的定位无需其他的辅助措施可以直接目视识别。保留多年来证明可靠的通过管子和管配件变形的金属挤压连接,所以可以传递沿轴向高的纵向力并因而能传递高的内压力。管子-管配件的过渡区是无间隙的,因为密封圈布置在管配件端部区内、
在最佳方式中,止挡设计为屋顶状凸缘,因为它可用挤压机方便地制造。用于密封圈的平延伸槽的径向深度应尽可能小,因为这是导管系统由横截面决定的瓶颈。此外,为了缓解上述问题,建议增大管子在套上去的区域的内径,所以与这一区域连接的管子部分的横截面大体与管配件密封区内的内径相对应。由此基本避免了在连接区内的压力损失。
下面借助于两个实施例详细说明按本发明的管接头。

图2类似于图1,但是另一种实施例。
图1表示了按本发明的管接头第一种实施形式的纵剖面,其中图的左部表示处于套装后的状态的管接头,图的右部表示挤压后的管接头。连接装置的核心件是管配件1,它有一个设计为凸缘状沿径向向外延伸的止挡2。至少向一侧与止挡2连接有一沿纵向延伸的圆柱段3、3′,然后它过渡成一个例如具有平延伸槽4、4′的部分。在此槽4、4′内装有一密封圈5、5′。在此实施例中,两根平滑的导管6、6′套在管配件1上,而且一直套至止挡2。通过一种图中没有表示的挤压工具,两个挤压部位依次变形。如前言已提及的那样,图的右部表示挤压后的状态。其中,已变形的部分3′起管接头轴向保险装置的作用,部分4′起密封作用。首先提到的部分3′中,无论是被套上去的管子6′还是位于它下面的管配件部分3′都变形。压缩的类型,例如是六角形或柠檬形的环段,取决于在这里没有表示的挤压钳的钳口轮廓形状。
图2表示了第二种实施形式,其中相同的部分采用同一个符号表示。在这里同样用图的左部表示管接头处于套上后的状态,图的右部表示挤压后的状态。管配件1的几何尺寸和形状均与图1中的相同没有改变。平滑的管子7、7′在套在管配件1上的区域有一个扩径段8、8′。扩径段这样设计,即,使得真正的导管7、7′的内径9、9′与管配件1在密封区的内径10、  10′大体一致。因此基本避免了在连接区内的压力损失。

Claims (4)

1.有一管子的管接头,管子平滑的端段套在一金属的管配件上,管配件至少有一个沿纵向延伸的套筒状区域,此区域至少设有一凹槽状的槽用于安装一个密封圈和设有一个位于此延伸区开始处的沿径向向外延伸的止挡,以及,管子与管配体借助于一装在它们外面的至少使管子塑性变形的挤压工具不可拆地互相连接,其特征为:管子(6、6′、7、7′)和管配件(1)用金属最好用不锈钢(优质钢)和钛制造,以及,在管配件(1)套筒状区域延伸段端部平的延伸槽(4、4′)中装有密封圈(5、5′),管子(6、6′、7、7′)和管配件(1)在密封圈(5、5′)和止挡(2)之间的区域内形成一个构成轴向保险装置的变形点(3′)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征为:止挡(2)设计为屋顶状凸缘。
3.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征为:平延伸槽(4、4′)的径向延伸至少为管配件(1)外径的5%。
4.按照权利要求1至3所述的管接头,其特征为:管子在套上去的区域(8、8′)内有一个比与之相连的其余管段(7、7′)大的内径。
