Abstract

发明概要

当希望柔软剂/去粘合剂复合使用时,可将该复合物同时或分别地添加至浓浆中。所述复合物可包含一种或多种选自上述物质的化合物,并且以预混物形式或单独地计量加入到浆液中。
最终的薄页纸包含约为0.01-6%(以纤维重量计)以单独或混合物的形式添加至薄页纸制造过程湿部的柔软剂/去粘合剂。更为优选的是,最终薄页纸包含约为0.1-3%(以纤维重量计)在湿部添加的柔软剂/去粘合剂。
局部处理用的柔软剂/去粘合剂可以水溶液的形式提供,或将其溶解于合适的溶剂中;所述溶剂如丙二醇,乙二醇,聚乙二醇,异丙醇,甲醇,乙醇或其它的有机溶剂。可单独地或与其它物质混合物的形式将它们施用至原纸的表面上。优选用于局部处理的组合物包含约为1-100%(重量)的柔软剂/去粘合剂(单独地或以混合物的形式),更优选包含约为35-80%(重量)。另外优选的是,以纤维重量的约0.01-10%(重量)、更优选约为0.1-2%(重量)的添加比例将柔软剂/去粘合剂局部地添加至薄页纸中。
合适的局部处理方法包括但不局限于喷涂,轮转凹版印刷,拖刀涂布,胶版印刷等。
实施例
实施例1
使用多层网前箱制备双层、湿压起皱的薄页纸。第一浆层(最终与扬克式烘缸表面接触的层)包含桉树阔叶木纤维并占薄页纸纤维重量的60%干重。薄页纸的余下的40%重量由第二浆层提供,所述第二浆层由北方针叶木硫酸盐浆粕组成。薄页纸的总定量为7.3磅/2880平方英尺风干薄页纸。将两种强度剂在网前箱之前添加至纤维浆层中。以纤维总重量的0.08-0.1%,将Parez 631NC(乙醛酸酯化的聚丙烯酰胺,得自CytecIndustries,Inc.)计量加入到针叶木浓浆中。以纤维总重量的0.05-0.1%,将另一种增强剂,即Kymene 557 LX(得自Hercules,Inc.)分别计量加入阔叶木和针叶木浓浆中。
以纤维总重量的0.17%的量,将季铵化合物柔软剂/去粘合剂(甲基-1-油基酰氨基乙基-2-油基咪唑啉甲基硫酸盐,商品名为Varisoft3690,得自Witco公司,含90%活性物质)计量加至阔叶木浓浆中。
在干燥和起皱后,将该纸巾纸幅与另一张同样的纸幅层合起来,形成一双层的薄页纸。利用40%的有机活性聚硅氧烷乳液(由OSiSpecialties,Inc.制造的FTS-226)以每层的1%(以纤维重量为准)的施涂量,对这两层的阔叶木层都进行轮转凹版印刷。最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和改善的表面平滑度。实施例2
如实施例1所述制备双层层合的薄页纸,所不同的是,不用有机活性聚硅氧烷对这两层进行凹版印刷,而是用下面结构式的聚硅氧烷磷脂(Mona Industries,Inc.,牌品54146,批号2426,25-30%活性物质)对这两层进行涂布:式中A=氯离子;
M=钠离子;
R1=R2=-CH3;
R可以是至多16碳的烷基,取代的烷基,烷芳基,或链烯基,并且
R+R1+R2的总碳原子数=10-24;和
R’是下面结构式的酰氨基胺部分:式中n=3;
R3=氢;和
R8具有下面的结构式:
式中n=3;
p=90;
q=1。
使用拖刀涂布机来涂布聚硅氧烷磷脂。刮刀的角度设置在30度,刮刀压力在20-40psi(磅/英寸2)之间变化,以提供不同的涂布量。最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和光滑的表面感觉。实施例3
如实施例2所述制备双层薄页纸,所不同的是,对两层涂布下面结构式的季铵化合物(olealkonium chloride,由McIntyre Group,LTD.制备的Mackernium KP,50%活性物质):

如实施例2制备双层层合的薄页纸,所不同的是,用下面结构式的聚硅氧烷季铵化合物(由Goldschmidt Chemical Corporation制造的Abilquat 3272,50%活性物质)对这两层进行涂布:式中R=C12-C18的烷基;
Z=-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-(CH2)3-;和
n=1-50。
最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和平滑的表面感觉。实施例5
如实施例2所述制备双层层合的原纸,所不同的是,用含有50%有机聚二甲基硅氧烷(FTS-226)和50%季铵化合物(Mackernium KP)的含水组合物对这两层进行印刷。最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和平滑的表面感觉。实施例6
如实施例1所述制备双层层合的原纸,所不同的是,用包含40%季铵化合物(由McIntyre Group,LTD.制备的Mackernium NLE)、40%有机聚二甲基硅氧烷(FTS-226)和20%水的含水组合物对这两层进行涂布。Mackernium NLE是含100%活性物质的烷基酰氨基丙基环氧丙基二铵氯化物。
最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和平滑的表面感觉。实施例7
如实施例2所述制备双层层合的原纸,所不同的是,用包含25%季铵化合物(Mackernium KP)、25%有机聚硅氧烷(FTS-226)和50%丙二醇的含水组合物对这两层进行涂布。最终的薄页纸产品具有增加的松厚性和平滑的表面感觉。实施例8
使用多层网前箱制备单层、未起皱、穿透空气干燥的薄页纸。两个外层包含以约34%的浓度和约184°F的温度通过输入功率为80kw的Maule轴流式分散器的漂白的桉树阔叶木硫酸盐浆粕。两个外层占薄页纸纤维重量的70%。中间层构成了薄页纸剩下的30%重量,所述中间层由北方针叶木硫酸盐浆粕组成。该薄页纸的总定量为33.9克/平方米风干薄页纸。对内层浆进行精制,以便在最终产品中得到足够的干强度。以每吨纤维5千克或0.5%的比例将湿强度剂(Parez 631NC)计量加入内层中。以总纤维重量计每吨纤维5.25千克(0.525%)的比例将柔软剂/去粘合剂(季咪唑啉,脂肪酸烷氧基化物和分子量为200-800的聚醚,商品名为DPSC 5299-8,得自Witco公司)加入到两个外层中。在薄页纸幅的形成,脱水和干燥之前,将各层的浓浆稀释至约0.12%的浓度。
干燥之后,仿照实施例4,用聚硅氧烷二季铵化合物(Abilquat3272)对该薄页纸进行涂布。与不进行涂布的薄页纸相比,最终的薄页纸具有更为平滑的表面感觉。
应该明白的是,前述的实施例只是用来进行说明,而并不是对本发明的范围进行限定,本发明的范围将由下面的权利要求及其所有的等同物来限定。
Claims (24)
1.一种柔软薄页纸的制备方法,该方法包括:(a)以干纤维重量计,形成包含约为0.01-约6%(重量)一种或多种柔软剂/去粘合剂的造纸纤维的水悬浮液;(b)通过将该造纸纤维的水悬浮液沉积至成形网上而形成薄页纸幅;(c)对该纸幅进行脱水和干燥;以及(d)向该干燥的薄页纸幅局部施加以干纤维重量计约为0.01-约10%(重量)一种或多种柔软剂/去粘合剂。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂选自:季铵化合物类、季铵化蛋白质化合物类、磷脂类、聚硅氧烷季铵类、有机活性的聚硅氧烷类和聚硅氧烷二醇类。
3.权利要求1的方法,其中添加至纤维悬浮液中的柔软剂/去粘合剂的量以纤维重量计约为0.1-约3%干重。
4.权利要求1的方法,其中施加至干燥纸幅中的柔软剂/去粘合剂的量以纤维重量计约为0.1-约10%(干重)。
5.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的季铵化合物:式中X=氯、甲基硫酸根或其它相容的抗衡离子;和
R=脂族、饱和或不饱和的C8-C22。
6.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的季铵化合物:式中X=氯、甲基硫酸根或其它相容的抗衡离子;
R=脂族、饱和或不饱和的C8-C22;和
R1=苄基或环氧基。
10.权利要求1的薄页纸,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的季铵化合物:式中R=C8-C22;和
X=甲基硫酸根、氯或其它相容的抗衡离子。
11.权利要求1的薄页纸,其中至少一种柔软剂/去粘合剂是下面结构式的季铵化合物:式中R=脂族、饱和或不饱和的C8-C22;或烯丙基-;或R’-O-CH2-CH2-CH2-,其中R’=直链或支链的C4-C18;和
X=氯、硫酸根、或任何其它相容的抗衡离子。
14.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的季铵化蛋白质化合物:式中R1=饱和或不饱和的C12-C22脂肪酸基;
R2=水解的胶原蛋白或角蛋白部分;和
X=氯、乳酸根、或其它相容的抗衡离子。
18.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的聚硅氧烷季铵:式中R=C12-C18的烷基;
Z=-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-(CH2)3-;
X=烷氧基、氯或其它相容的抗衡离子;和
n=1-50。
19.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的有机活性聚硅氧烷:式中R=胺、羧基、羟基或环氧基;
n=3或更大;
x=1-1000;和
y=1-25。
21.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是具有下面结构式的有机活性聚硅氧烷:式中R=胺、羧基、羟基或环氧基;
n=3或更大;
x=1-1000;和
y=1-25。
23.权利要求1的方法,其中柔软剂/去粘合剂至少一种是季铵化、水解麦蛋白质/二甲聚硅氧烷磷酸共聚多醇的共聚物。
24.权利要求1的方法,其中添加至干燥纸幅上的柔软剂/去粘合剂是通过选自:水、丙二醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇、甲醇和乙醇的溶剂载带的。
