Abstract
通过自备的输送带(4),输送机系统输送货物(40),输送带在两端的索道站中的转向滚筒上导向并且与相对输送方向横向布置的支承梁(5)及与布置于输送带(4)外侧的输送索缆3和3a连接,输送货物(40)产生的载荷由此索缆承担,以其自身的方式配备了在两端索道站的转向滚筒上导向的两条自备的输送索缆(3,3a),通过夹紧装置(6,6a)将支承梁(5)固定在索缆上。
Description
本发明涉及一种借助于一条自备的输送带输送货物的输送机系统。输送带受导引而绕过两端输送站中的折转滚筒,并且备有相对于输送方向横向定位的各支承梁和布置于输送带横向外侧的输送索缆,输送货物所产生的载荷由此索缆承担。
已知的输送机系统包括在两端的折转滚筒上导向的自备的输送带和布置在高速运行的输送带下面的支承滚筒,输送带支承在滚筒上。输送带必须进行充分的拉伸试验,以便于一方面由传输引起的拉力以及另一方面由所输送货物的重量在输送带上施加的拉力能够被承担。位于高速运行的输送带下面的支承滚筒之间的距离越小,由所输送的货物的重量在输送带上产生的拉伸载荷就越小。
由于在这已知的输送机系统中不仅支承滚筒相应于输送带滚动,而且,输送带也在支承滚筒上滑动,因此输送带上具有很高的拉伸应力。这造成输送带的磨损。
在这已知的输送机系统中有一项要求:或是采用具有很高拉伸强度的输送带,在这种情况下,支承滚筒可以较大的间隔布置,结果是可在输送设备的全长上设置较少的滚筒。或是以较密的间隔布置大量的支承滚筒。在这种情况下由所输送的货物的重量引起的输送带上的拉伸应力减小,因此输送带可具有较低的拉伸强度,然而采用大量的支承滚筒使制造成本大大增加。
从EU 745 545 A1也可以了解输送机系统,其具有由支承索缆构成的支承线路。支承在支承梁两端的滚筒沿此索缆导向。然而,这种已知的输送机系统也有其缺点,因为其支承滚筒是运动部件,需要不间断的监控和维护。
从英国专利公开文本GB1 195 985 A可了解到带有适用于横向运动的支承梁的输送带,通过支承梁方向上的凸起部分,这些支承梁与链条配合作为支承和拉力元件布置在输送带的两侧。然而,输送链条有其缺点,因为其制造成本比钢缆高,当拉伸或承载能力相同时,其重量比钢索大的多,并且,其事实上比钢缆更易出故障,如果一个链节损坏,许多链节都会失败,因为有破损的危险必需采用磁力探伤来检测出输送索缆中的损伤以便能尽早避免索缆的损坏。
瑞士专利公开文本CH 544 712 A公布了一种带有直滚轮上导向的输送索缆的输送机系统,输送带与索缆联结在一起。此联结是通过使输送带配备有槽来完成,输送索缆安装在此槽中并通过形式锁定(form-locking)将索缆保持在槽中。然而,这种输送机系统有其缺陷,由于输送带和输送索缆上的拉伸应力,输送带和输送索缆之间的必要的联结无法保证。因此,再次产生功能问题。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种输送机系统,在此系统中上述技术的缺点得以避免。根据本发明来实现此目的的方式是,受导引而绕过两端索道站的折转滚筒的两条自备输送索缆以本身已知的方式设置,各支承梁通过夹紧装置固定在索缆上。
最好是,由缆车技术中已知的弹簧卡爪来构成卡紧装置。此夹紧装置可包括螺旋弹簧。
在一优选实施例中,折转滚筒在轴向上包括一中间部分,输送带支承其上;以及两条横向布置的索缆槽,输送索缆被引导在此槽中。此外,最好是,输送带或类似物固定在支承梁或类似结构的下侧,结果输送带被各支承梁或类似物再分为各个区段。尤其是,输送带表现为一种带波纹形侧缘的输送带,其底面固定在支承梁的下面,位于各支承梁之间区段中的波纹形侧边的端部固定在支承梁的侧面。支承梁的高度部近似等于波纹形侧边的高度。

在图1和2中,示出了用于输送人员的普通缆车系统的立柱1,在此立柱1上支承着滚轮(roller),用于座椅10的牵引悬索在其中受到导引。由于此缆车系统不是本发明的主题,因此这里不做进一步说明。
用于输送货物的输送机系统布置在立柱1内侧。为此,立柱1配置有两个横梁11和11a,一个位于另一个上方。滚轮2和2a支承在横梁上,此输送机系统还包括两条平行的自备悬索3和3a,其在滚轮2和2a中受到导引并受导引而绕过输送机系统端站中的折返滚筒。此输送机系统还包括一条自备的输送带4,其固定在相对于输送带4的运动方向横向定位的支承梁5的下侧。夹紧装置6和6a布置在支承梁5的横向端部,借助于此夹紧装置将支承梁5固定于悬索3和3a上。
从图3和3a可清楚的看到,输送带4为一波纹形侧边输送带。其具有一固定于支承梁5下侧的底面41,两波纹形侧壁42和43从底面41向上伸出。位于支承梁5之间的各部分侧壁42和43的端部固定于支承梁5的侧壁上。结果是,输送带4的上部被底面41、侧壁42和43及两个相邻的支承梁5分隔为各区域。在此区域内能输送如散装货物40这样的物质。关于这一点参看图4。
从图4和4a可以看到,夹紧装置6和6a配置在支承梁5的自由端,借助于此夹紧装置将支承梁5固定于位于支承梁5横向外侧的悬索3和3a上。
从图5也可看到,夹紧装置6和6a由缆车技术中人所知的夹子构成,其中配置有一第一夹爪16,与支承梁5刚性连接并抵靠于悬索3a上,而一第二夹爪62借助于带有盘形弹簧(cup spring)的张紧装置63可相对于第一夹爪61移动。因此,该夹爪62弹性靠压于悬索3a上。
以这种方式固定输送带4是必要的,因为悬索3和3a的横截面在输送机系统运行期间可能变动,因此,为保证将输送带4牢靠固紧在悬缆3和3a上,夹爪61和62弹性压靠于悬索3和3a是必要的。
从图6可看到,折转滚筒7布置在输送机系统的端部,悬索3和3a及输送带4绕过滚筒。每个折转滚筒7都配备一张紧装置76,输送带4的相应端还配备了另一输送装置8,所输送的货物卸在其上并继续向前输送。
从图7也可以看到,折转滚筒7有一中间部分71,输送带4在此部分上受到导引,在此中间部分71的外侧配置有缆槽72和73,悬索3和3a在此索缆槽中受到导引。折转滚筒7可转动地支承在轴承座74和75上。
Claims (7)
1.一种输送机系统,用于通过一自备的输送带(4)输送货物(40),其受导引而绕过两端索道站中的折转滚筒并配设有相对输送方向横向布置的各支承梁(5)及横向布置于输送带(4)外侧的输送索缆(3,3a),输送货物(40)产生的载荷由此索缆承担,其特征在于,设置有两条受导引而绕过两端索道站中的折转滚筒的自备输送索缆(3,3a),各支承梁(5)借助于夹紧装置(6,6a)固定在索缆上。
2.如权利要求1所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,夹紧装置(6,6a)配备有弹性夹爪。
3.如权利要求2所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,夹紧装置(6,6a)包括有盘簧。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,折转滚筒(7)包括有沿轴向方向的中间部分(71),输送带(4)支承在此中间部分上,以及两条横向配置的缆槽,输送索缆(3,3a)在其中受到导引。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,输送带(4)或类似物固定于支承梁(5)或类似物的下侧,输送带(4)被各支承梁(5)或类似物分隔为各个区段。
6,如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,输送带(4)是一波纹形侧边输送带,其底面(41)固定于支承梁(5)的下侧,而位于各支承梁(5)之间的区段中的波纹形侧边的端部固定在支承梁(5)的侧面。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,支承梁(5)的高度大约等于波纹形侧边(42,43)的高度。
