本发明涉及一种用玻璃纸包封卷烟盒的包封机。
本发明特别涉及一种用玻璃纸包封卷烟盒的包封机,它包括:一个具有多个空腔的包封输送机构,每个空腔用于容纳一个卷烟盒,包封输送机构按预定行进方向移动沿着在一个加料位置和卸料位置之间的给定轨迹送进空腔;至少一个沿这个轨迹安排的、并沿上述方向在加料位置紧下游的第一折叠元件;至少一个沿这个轨迹安排的热封元件;以及支撑这个第一折叠元件和热封元件的支撑机构。
现有的上述类型的玻璃纸包封机的包封输送机构通常步进工作,在每一步,一个空腔面向一个安装在加料位置并可移入和移出空腔的推进器,以便把卷烟盒及其各个包封纸一起送进这个空腔中;现有的玻璃纸包封机的第一折叠元件是固定板式,通过它移入多个热封元件,每个热封元件由机动移动到达和移出与卷烟盒接触的热封位置。
在上述类型的包封机中,烟盒不能完全插入加料位置的各个空腔内部,则可能由于局部插入的卷烟盒与固定板的碰撞而导致包封输送机构停机。更槽的是,即便包封输送机构(因而这个机器)从整体上虽不停机,但局部插入的烟盒在固定板以下通过可能导致热封元件的破坏。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种能消除上述缺点的玻璃纸包封机。
按照本发明,提供了一种用玻璃纸包装卷烟盒的包封机,包括:一个具有多个空腔的包封输送机构,每个空腔用于容纳上述卷烟盒,包封输送机构可按预定方向移动,沿加料位置和卸料位置之间的轨迹送进上述空腔;至少一个沿轨迹安排并沿上述方向在加料工位紧下游的一个第一折叠元件;至少一个沿轨迹安装的热封元件;和支撑第一折叠元件和热封元件的支撑机构13;其特征在于,还包括一个控制卷烟盒正确插入位于加料工位的空腔内的控制机构;上述支撑机构是可运动的支撑机构;设置的致动机构可使上述支撑机构按照上述控制机构发射的信号而移动到达和移出上述包封机构。
下面将参照附图举例说明本发明的非限定性实施例,附图中:
图1是本发明的玻璃纸包封卷烟盒的包封机的最佳实施例的示意局部剖视图,为清楚起见,图中略去部分零件。
图2示出与图1处于不同工作位置的包封机。
图1和2中的标号1表示用于玻璃纸包封卷烟盒2的包封机的整体。
包封机1含有一个由与水平轴线5共心的轴4从中心支持的,并且步进驱动(驱动装置未示出)按如图顺时针方向6转动包封滚轮3。滚轮3外缘是具有绕轴线5等间距分布的多个空腔8的大体上呈圆柱形的侧表面7,每个空腔8用于沿着从加料工位10到卸料工位11的轨迹9容纳和送进各自的卷烟盒2。
包封机1还包括一个由曲板12限定的第一折叠元件,这个曲板12沿侧表面7从加料工位10的下游近处一点起沿轨迹9延伸,大体上沿轨迹9封住空腔8的入口;和一个沿曲板12延伸、处于垂直于轴线5的一个平面中且刚性地支持曲板12的肋条13。
包封机1还包括多个分别固定在各自的臂15上,且面向轨迹9的热封元件14,臂15以可转动方式与肋条13相连并绕与轴线5平行的轴16相对于肋条13转动,使热封元件14到达或离开前面的热封位置,在热封位置上,热封元件14穿过板12上的孔17与面向孔17停在空腔8内的卷烟盒2接触(图1)。
肋条13连接在包封机1的固定框架(图中未示出)上,并绕与轴线5平行的、且大体上处于以轴线5为中心与加料工位10相反一侧的轴线18相对于框架转动。
包封机1还包括一个用于控制肋条13相对于轴18的角位置的致动机构19,它与曲板12相连,接近加料工位10,使肋条13和曲板12在其曲板12大体上与侧表面7相切的正常工作位置(图1)和其曲板12距侧表面7一个给定距离的单独安全位置(图2)之间转动。
包封机1还包括一个位于加料位置10处并面向侧表面7的推进器20,它可以径向移动进入和离开滚轮3,当空腔8停留在加料工位10时,这个推进器20把每个卷烟盒2连同各个包封玻璃纸21插入到空腔8中。
包封机1也含有一个在加料工位10面向侧表面7的第二折叠元件22,在电动控制杆23带动下,元件22移动到达或离开曲板12并沿方向6通过加载工位10。
最后,包封机1还包括一个自动控制机构24,除折叠元件22和杆23外,这个控制机构还包括一个用于控制致动机构19的中心控制装置25,和一个沿杆23安装的并通过阈值装置27与中心控制装置25输入端相连的压力传感器26。
在实际使用中,滚轮3绕轴线5沿方向6步进转动;在每一步,一个空腔8停在加料工位10,经推进器20推向轴线5使卷烟盒2连同包封玻璃纸21与空腔8啮合;当卷烟盒2插入空腔8内部时,玻璃纸21绕卷烟盒2折叠成一个U形,因此纸的两个端部28和29伸出空腔8向外。
工作时,如果卷烟盒2正确地插入空腔8内,折叠元件22平稳而简便地把上述两个部分28和29的第一个折到卷烟盒2的端部30上,因此,传感器26发出一个其值低于阈值装置27确定的预定阈值的信号。因此,中心控制装置25未受影响,使折叠循环保持正常性能,这样,曲板12的输入边31把上述两部分28和29的第二个折到第一部分上,当卷烟盒2面对热封元件14停留时,28和29两部分逐渐相互热封。
与上述相反,如果卷烟盒2未能正确插入空腔8,而局部伸出侧表面7之外,当工作时,折叠元件22啮合卷烟盒2,因此对杆23施加相当大的压缩应力,传感器26发出一个信号并通过阈值装置27加到中心控制装置25,使致动机构19工作,因而使肋条13移到其曲板12和热封元件14均与侧表面7离开充分距离的退出的安全位置(图2),以保证卷烟盒2的安全通过,便于以后扔掉。

Claims (8)

1.一种用玻璃纸包装卷烟盒的包封机,包括:一个具有多个空腔(8)的包封输送机构(3),每个空腔(8)用于容纳上述卷烟盒(2),包封输送机构(3)可按预定方向(6)移动,沿加料位置(10)和卸料位置(11)之间的轨迹(9)送进上述空腔(8);至少一个沿轨迹(9)安排并沿上述方向(6)在加料工位(10)紧下游的一个第一折叠元件(12);至少一个沿轨迹(9)安装的热封元件(14);和支撑第一折叠元件(12)和热封元件(14)的支撑机构13;其特征在于,还包括一个控制卷烟盒(2)正确插入位于加料工位(10)的空腔(8)内的控制机构(24);上述支撑机构(13)是可运动的支撑机构;设置的致动机构(19)可使上述支撑机构(13)按照上述控制机构(24)发射的信号而移动到达和移出上述包封机构(3)。
