Abstract

本发明涉及机械设备的液压自动紧带装置。其特征是:有一个固定滑轨7及其上可安装带有带轮10的电机的滑动电机支架5,其上设有可在固定滑轨7的上、下表面配合滑动的滑轮4和托轮6,且在滑动电机支架5的前后分别通过活塞杆13和曲柄连杆8与液压油缸29和连接轴12连接,具有结构简单、体积小、操作方便、传动效率高,通过自动补偿油压的作用,实现自动紧带,防止了带过松过紧,保证机器设备平稳运行等特点。

液压自动紧带装置
本发明涉及液压自动紧带装置。
目前,各种机械设备中传统的带式传动是通过电机带轮带动通过带(如三角带等)连接机械设备上的带轮来完成的。它的紧带装置是由固定式的电机支架由丝杠来完成的,由于两个带轮间的中心距是不变的。因此,新更换的带(如三角带)随着使用时间的延长,带越来越松驰,常常出现打滑,绞带等现象,由于传动带松紧程度不一样往往会造成电机烧毁等事故的发生。
本发明的目的是:针对现有紧带装置进行了改进,设计提供一种结构简单、体积小、操作方便,传动效率高,可保证机器设备平稳运行,而且传动带更换方便,单人即可完成的液压自动紧带装置。
本发明是通过下列具体方式予以实现的:一种液压自动紧带装置,其特征在于:具有一个双轨的固定滑轨7,其上设有可安装带有带轮10的电机1的滑动电机支架5,在滑动电机支架5下面通过轴和轴承安装有可在固定滑轨7的上表面配合滑动的滑轮4,同时在滑动电机支架5下面中部设有通过螺杆螺母3连接且在固定滑轨7的下表面滑动的托轮6,在滑动电机支架5的前后分别通过活塞杆13和曲柄连杆8与液压油缸9和连接轴12连接。这里滑动电机架5与活塞杆13为固定连接,但拆装方便,液压油缸9通过油管接液压泵站,而滑动电机架5通过曲柄连杆8与连接轴12的连接则为铰接,另外,在固定滑轨7的中间还设有固定连接轴14,电机1的带轮10通过传动带11可与机械设备的带轮(如制油行业的轧胚机、破碎机及风机等的带轮)连接。
本发明的工作过程及工作原理是:主要是通过液压泵站的自动补偿油压作用,使传动带11在松驰时,可在油压的作用下,由液压油缸9内的活塞杆13带动滑动电机支架5在固定滑轨7上滑动,并在连接轴11两端的曲柄连杆8的保护或作用下,保证电机1平行稳定移动,达到自动紧带(传动带11)的目的,反之则减小油压,与前述过程相反,使传动带11始终处于最佳工作状态,从而保证了机器设备的正常平稳运转,提高了传动效率,防止电机烧毁等现象的发生。
本发明和现有紧带技术相比,由于改变了原来传动带11过紧,使带摩擦发热和摩损加剧,以致过快松驰,缩短带的使用寿命,以及传动带11过松则使带的传动工作能力得不到充分发挥,运转时易发生跳动和打滑甚至烧毁电机等现象,因此,具有自动紧带,传动效率高,保证机器设备平稳运行,更换方便,而且结构简单,体积小等特点。

本发明的最佳实施例,如后面图1-3所示。一种液压自动紧带装置,其特征在于:具有一个双轨的固定滑轨7,其上设有可安装带有带轮10的电机1的滑动电机支架5,在滑动电机支架5下面通过轴和轴承安装有可在固定滑轨7的上表面配合滑动的滑轮4,同时在滑动电机支架5下面中部设有通过螺杆螺母3连接且在固定滑轨7的下表面滑动的托轮6,在滑动电机支架5的前后分别通过活塞杆13和曲柄连杆8与液压油缸9和连接轴12连接。这里滑动电机架5与活塞杆13为固定连接,但拆装方便,液压油缸9接通过油管接液压泵站,而滑动电机架5通过曲柄连杆8与连接轴12的连接则为铰接,另外,在固定滑轨7的中间还设有固定连接轴14,电机1的带轮10通过传动带11可与机械设备的带轮(如制油行业的轧胚机、破碎机及风机等的带轮)连接。

1、一种液压自动紧带装置,其特征在于:具有一个双轨的固定滑轨7,其上设有可安装带有带轮10的电机1的滑动电机支架5,在滑动电机支架5下面通过轴和轴承安装有可在固定滑轨7的上表面配合滑动的滑轮4,同时在滑动电机支架5下面中部设有通过螺杆螺母3连接且在固定滑轨7的下表面滑动的托轮6,在滑动电机支架5的前后分别通过活塞杆13和曲柄连杆8与液压油缸9和连接轴12连接。
