可食用餐具
本发明涉及一种餐具,特别是一种可食用的餐具。
目前使用的各种一次性餐具很多,但大多数是用泡沫或塑料制成的,由于其不能降解,造成了大量的污染物。而用可降解材料制成的餐具虽然解决了降解问题,但用后被随意仍掉,同样会造成大量的生活垃圾,并要浪费大量的原材料。
本发明的目的在于:提供一种可食用的餐具,它不但可解决环境污染问题,并且减少生活垃圾,节约原材料。
本发明是这样实现的:它由粮食作物与副食品及调味品配制而成,所述的粮食作物为小麦、大米、玉米、高粮、豆类等面粉,占重量百分比的70~90%,所述的副食品及调味品为蛋、蔬菜、肉、盐、糖等,占重量百分比的10~~30%,用面粉70~90%,加入蛋类3~5%,精炼油2~4%,调味品2~5%,蔬菜1~3%,肉类2~5%,疏松剂1~3%,经混合后膨化制成板材,再经蒸汽喷敷,将板材复合,再用蒸汽在其表面喷敷,形成防护膜,最后经机模压制成型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有相对成本低,彻底解决了泡沫及塑料餐具的“白色污染”问题,并可大大减少生活垃圾,节约原材料等优点。并且其味道可口,符合国家产业政策。
本发明的实施例:用面粉80千克,加入鲜蛋4千克,精炼油3千克,精糖5千克(或食盐2千克),奶粉4千克(或脱水蔬菜3千克,肉5千克),疏松剂2千克,食用香精2千克,经加水混合后膨化制成板材,再经蒸汽喷敷,将两层或两层以上板材复合,再用蒸汽在其表面喷敷,形成含淀粉和蛋白质的防护膜,最后经机模压制成型。

1、一种可食用餐具,它由粮食作物与副食品及调味品配制而成,所述的粮食作物为小麦、大米、玉米、高粱、豆类等面粉,占重量百分比的70~90%,所述的副食品及调味品为蛋、蔬菜、肉、盐、糖等,占重量百分比的10~30%,其特征在于:用面粉70~90%,加入蛋类3~5%,精炼油2~4%,调味品2~5%,蔬菜1~3%,肉类2~5%,疏松剂1~3%,经混合后膨化制成板材,再经蒸汽喷敷,将板材复合,再用蒸汽在其表面喷敷,形成防护膜,最后经机模压制成型。
