Abstract

Description

将粘接剂涂加到板材上的涂胶装置
本发明涉及一种将粘接剂涂加到板材上的涂胶装置。具体地说，本发明涉及到向包装机中的硬纸板坯料上施加粘接剂的涂胶装置。
众所周知的涂胶装置包括一盛放粘接剂的容器、一个旋转的大致呈辊形的涂胶件部分浸入到粘接剂中，用于将部分粘接剂带出，其周面包括带有凹腔的突起，用于保留住部分粘接剂并将其施加到坯料的预定位置处
这种涂胶装置还包含刮削装置，用于将凹腔外突起的周边上多余的粘接剂刮去。相对于坯料传送方向而言，刮削装置位于往坯料上涂粘接剂位置的上游。一个旋转的、基本为圆柱形的加压件与涂胶件相切并将坯料压在涂胶件上。
这种涂胶装置还可能包含一个旋转的、大致呈圆柱形的输送件，用于将容器中的部分粘接剂带出并传送到涂胶件上，输送件位于粘接剂及涂胶件之间，它部分浸入在粘接剂中，并大致与涂胶件相切。
上述这种涂胶装置的刮削装置是固定的，其形状能在涂胶件转动时擦过突起的周面，以除去凹腔外周面上多余的粘接剂。然而，由于涂胶件相邻突起间的部分与刮削装置之间存在的距离，这种刮削装置在操作时就无法避免在相邻突起之间的部分内聚积一定量的粘接剂。因而，包装机必须经常停机清理涂胶件周面，以防止涂胶件在坯料预定位置之外也涂上少量胶水。
为克服上述缺点，有人提议在上述这种涂胶装置上设置用凸轮件控制的可动刮削装置，以便在涂胶件转动时可沿循着其全部轮廓，也就是涂胶件的周边。然而这种装置不能完全消除上述缺点，因为在现代包装机速度下，很难使运动的刮削装置和涂胶件的轮廓保持基本接触。
本发明目的在于提供一种涂胶装置，其设计能克服上述所提到的缺陷。
本发明提供一种将粘接剂涂到板材，特别是包装机上连续送入的硬纸板上的涂胶装置，它包括一个盛放粘接剂的容器；一个旋转的、大致呈辊形的涂胶件，用于带出一部分粘接剂，涂胶件的周面包含许多带凹腔的突起，用于保留住部分粘接剂并将其涂加到所述坯料的预定部分；一个旋转的加压件，在涂胶点与涂胶件大致相切；一个刮削器，由带边缘的刮削件组成，用于将涂胶件周面上多余的粘接剂刮去；其特征在于，所述刮削器包括弹性件，弹性性用于在涂胶件转动时使所述边缘与所述周面持续接触。
在上述涂胶装置的第一推荐实施例中，所述弹性器由一个挠性片组成，该挠性片构成了所述刮削件。
在上述涂胶装置的另一个推荐实施例中，所述弹性件由与刮削件相配合的弹簧件组成。
下面将参照附图，对本发明作非限制性说明，其中：
图1是本发明涂胶装置的剖面图；
图2是本发明涂胶装置另一方案的剖面图。
图1及图2中数码1标示某种板材，如用于包装有序排列的香烟组的硬纸板。
数码2标示传输坯料1的带床，它位于盛粘接剂4的容器3的上方。
在容器3内，部分容纳着旋转涂胶件5。涂胶件5由轴6支撑并反时针(在图1、图2中)旋转，轴6固定于包含涂胶装置的包装机(图中未示出)的马达(图中未示出)上。涂胶件5的一部分从容器3的开口7伸到带床2上的凹口8处，使得涂胶件5和坯料1在箭头9所示的涂胶处相切。涂胶件5带出一部分胶4。在涂胶件5的周面10上，有许多带凹腔12的突起11，突起11由圆形凹部13一一相联。
一个旋转的加压件14与涂胶件5在涂胶点9处基本相切。它由轴15支撑并顺时针(在图1、图2中)旋转，轴15固定在包含涂胶装置的包装机(图中未显示)的一个马达(图中未显示)上。
如图1所示，刮削器16与容器3的侧壁刚性联结，相对于涂胶件5旋转方向来看，刮削器16在涂胶点9上游。它包括由挠性片17构成的弹性件，挠性片17构成一个带有尖状自由端18的刮削件。挠性片17的尺寸应确保在涂胶件5旋转时，自由端18与表面10持续接触。
参见图2，数码19标示一个旋转的输送件，由轴20支撑并顺时针(如图2)旋转，轴20连接在包含涂胶装置的包装机的马达(图中示显示)上。输送件19部分浸入粘结剂中，并带出部分粘结剂4，利用其周面21将粘接剂传送到与周面21基本相切的涂胶件5的周面10上。
输送件19周面21上的粘结剂4的厚度由固定刮削装置22来限定。固定刮削装置22刚性联结于容器3的侧壁上，从输送件19旋转方向来看，它位于输送件19与涂胶件5大致相切的切点的上游。
仍参见图2，刮削器23刚性联接在容器3的侧壁上，从涂胶件5旋转方向来看，它们于输送件19和涂胶件5大致相切的切点的下游，而在涂胶点9的上游。刮削器23包括弹簧件24制成的弹性件。弹簧件24置于凹孔25内，并连结在凹孔25的底面26和包含一个带尖端28的刮削件27之间；而刮削件27连接在弹簧件24和涂胶件5的周面10之间；与刮削件27配合的弹簧件24尺寸应确保在涂胶件5旋转时，尖端28与周面10持续接触。
在实际应用中，参见图1、图2，坯料1由传送件(图中未显示)连续送入到涂胶装置的带床2上。当坯料送入到涂胶件5和施压件14之间时，在涂胶点9处，少量粘结剂4就被突起11的凹腔12施加到坯料的预定部分9。
涂胶件5带出的多余粘结剂4不断地被刮削器16、23刮去。刮削器16、23均作用在突起11的周面及圆形凹部13上，使得只有预定量的粘结剂4留在凹腔12内。
本发明的涂胶装置显然消除了以带突起的涂胶件为特征的现有涂胶装置的缺点。
这样，通过保持涂胶件和刮削件的持续接触，以及各接触面基本上弹性接触，并消除涂胶件周面上的任何尖缘，涂胶件凹槽外的全部周面不断被清洁，防止粘结剂积聚在相邻突起间的凹部，因而避免了经常停下包装机来清理涂胶件。

Claims (3)

1、一种将粘结剂涂到板材上，特别是连续送入包装机的硬纸板(1)上的涂胶装置，包括一个盛放粘结剂(4)的容器(3)；一个旋转的大致呈辊形的涂胶件(5)，用来带出一部分粘结剂(4)，涂胶件的周面(10)包含许多带有凹腔(12)的突起(11)，用于保留住部分粘结剂(4)，并在涂胶点(9)处将部分粘结剂(4)涂到所述的每个坯料(1)的预定部分；一个旋转的施压件(14)在所述涂胶点(9)处与所述涂胶件(5)基本相切；刮削器(16、23)由带边缘(18、28)的刮削件组成，用来除去所述涂胶件(5)周面(10)上的多余粘结剂(4)；其特征在于，刮削器(16、23)包括弹性件，当涂胶件(5)旋转时，弹性件使所述边缘(18、28)持续与所述周面(10)相接触。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述弹性件包括形成所述的刮削件的挠性片(17)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于，所述弹性件由与所述刮削件(27)相配合的弹簧件(24)组成。
