Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括一冷藏室、一冷却储藏室和一冷冻室的制冷装置,各个室由分隔壁及至少一门或活板彼此分隔开。
背景技术
根据EP 0 793 066 A2所已知的一种制冷器,其具包括一冷藏室和一冷却储藏室,这两个间室被一水平分隔壁分隔开并且设置有至少一个门或活板以关闭它们。在这种已知的电冰箱中,一冷却风扇置于冷藏室的上部区域内,并且一冷却空气通道由与冷藏室的后壁大致平行的分隔壁而分离开。一蒸发器设置于该冷却空气通道中,该通道在分隔壁的后部区域处通向冷却储藏室。开口或间隙设置在分隔壁和在分隔壁前部区域处的门之间,冷气通过这些开口或间隙进入冷藏室。冷藏室和冷却储藏室内的冷量分配由压缩机的运行时间和/或冷却风扇的开机时间和/或转速所控制。
当前的制冷装置通常会另外再设置一称为“四星级室”的冷冻室。
已知的制冷装置另外设置有一冷冻室,并且还设置有冷藏室和冷却储藏室,该制冷装置设置有两个或三个蒸发器和电磁阀,以便在变化的环境状况和使用状况下控制不同的冷量需要。设置一通风装置,以确保冷却储藏室内的均匀温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种本文首次描述的类型的制冷装置,其具有更简洁的设计,同时省去了电磁阀。
根据本发明,提供一种制冷装置,其包括一冷藏室、一冷却储藏室和一冷冻室,所述室由分隔壁及至少一个门或活板彼此分隔开,包括:
在冷藏室中的一连带的冷却空气通道,一冷却风扇布置在冷却空气通道的入口区域中,该冷却风扇从冷藏室吸入冷空气,冷却空气通道的出口通向冷却储藏室;
单个蒸发器,该蒸发器的一部段与冷冻室相联,并且该蒸发器的一部段与冷却空气通道相联;
位于分隔壁中的开口,和/或位于分隔壁和门之间的间隙,其将冷藏室与冷却储藏室分离;
一环境温度传感器;和
一控制或调节装置,其依据环境温度传感器测得的环境温度来控制冷却风扇的开机时间和/或转速。
在根据本发明的制冷装置中,用于冷藏室、冷却储藏室及冷冻室的共同的蒸发器包括一具有回路的板,此板切割和弯折成,使得用于冷冻室的蒸发器部段可布置成与冷藏室的蒸发器部段在空间上相隔离。
例如由EP 0 758 732 A2所已知,一种制冷装置包括一冷藏室和一冷冻室,该制冷装置的蒸发器包括串接在一起的两个蒸发器部段,其中蒸发器的一部段与冷冻室相关,蒸发器的一部段与冷藏室相关。
布置在冷空气通道内的蒸发器部段实现冷藏室和冷却储藏室的冷却,其中冷却效果的降温和控制通常以EP 0 793 066 A2中所描述的方式进行。
在优选的实施例中,为了另外确保作为“四星级室”的冷冻室的温度保持,选用一依据环境温度的可变速的通风装置。在较低的环境温度,制冷部分的冷量需要降低,以使冷却风扇的转速和/或运行时间减少。这样,蒸发温度也降低。该较低的蒸发温度导致在冷冻室内的蒸发器相关部段有较高的制冷性能。这样,尽管压缩机的运行时间和/或压缩机的转速减小,在较低的环境温度下仍可得到冷冻室内的温度低于-18℃的结果。
若发现冷冻室内的温度由于低的环境温度而以不可接受的方式上升,则应在冷藏室或冷却储藏室内设置一热负荷,即加热器,以增加压缩机的运行时间。
为了监控温度,对于一个或两个用于冷冻室和冷藏室的蒸发器部段,可设置温度传感器。温度传感器的测量结果可提供给一电子控制器,此控制器最好包括一微处理器,以控制通风装置的运行时间和/或转速及压缩机的运行时间和/或转速。

具体实施方式
制冷装置包括一柜形的主体部分1,其包括一后壁,一顶壁2和一底座3,它们通常设置有隔热层。主体部分1通常可由一门4所封闭。其开口被门7所封闭的冷冻室6通常被一分隔壁5与主体部分1的内部相隔离。一冷却储藏室被一位于柜内底部区域的一水平隔板8所隔离。冷却储藏室被另一分隔壁9以如图所示的方式被进一步分为一干冷却储藏室和一内部区域的温度为0-3℃的湿-干冷却储藏室。
本制冷装置仅设置单个蒸发器。它以通常的方式由具有回路的板弯折和定形而制成。被弯折成U型的蒸发器的一部段10与冷冻室6相关。一冷量分配部段11通常被发泡材料封装于主体部分的后壁中。蒸发器的U型部段10也以所示的方式被发泡材料封装于隔热层。
冷凝器12以通常的形式布置在主体部分的后壁上。
一垂直隔板13布置在隔离冷冻室的分隔壁5的下方,此隔板与后壁平行并与后壁限定出一冷却空气通道14。在垂直隔板13的上部区域提供了一开口以布置一冷却空气风扇15,其吸入来自冷藏室16的冷空气并将冷空气吹入冷却空气通道14中。这条冷却空气通道14在水平隔板8的下方通向带有冷却储藏室部分17和18的冷却储藏室。
一冷凝水通道19布置在冷却空气通道14的下端,它能被一冷凝水通道的电加热器20或一热偏转板加热。冷凝水通道19中收集的冷凝水被引导到置于压缩机21上的一容器中,在其内冷凝水可蒸发。
冷藏室16通常设置有一些可插入的托盘用来放置要冷藏的物品。
一温度传感器24布置在位于冷却空气通道14内的蒸发器部段11的区域内,其用来测量蒸发器部段11的蒸发器温度。
一温度传感器25布置在冷藏室16内。
一温度传感器26布置在冷却储藏室17和18内。
另外,一温度传感器27设置在主体部分处以测量环境温度。
温度传感器24-27的测量值提供给电子控制器28,此控制器最好设置有一微型计算机,它可依照一基于被测的温度与独立间室内所需的冷却效果而预先设定的程序来控制冷却空气风扇15的转速和/或开机时间以及压缩机的运行时间和/或转速。
由冷却空气风扇15产生的冷却空气流首先从冷却空气通道14经开口和间隙进入冷却储藏室17和18,然后通过隔板和门之间所形成的间隙从冷却储藏室进入冷藏室,并且气流环绕其间室流动,气流用箭头及双箭头可视地标示出。

Claims (9)

1.一种制冷装置,其包括一冷藏室、一冷却储藏室和一冷冻室(16、17、18、6),所述室由分隔壁(5、8)及至少一个门(4)或活板彼此分隔开,包括:
在冷藏室中的一连带的冷却空气通道(14),一冷却风扇(15)布置在冷却空气通道的入口区域中,该冷却风扇从冷藏室(16)吸入冷空气,冷却空气通道的出口通向冷却储藏室(17、18);
单个蒸发器,该蒸发器的一部段(10)与冷冻室(6)相联,并且该蒸发器的一部段(11)与冷却空气通道(14)相联;
位于分隔壁(8)中的开口,和/或位于分隔壁(8)和门(4)之间的间隙,其将冷藏室(16)与冷却储藏室(17、18)分离;
一环境温度传感器(27);和
一控制或调节装置(28),其依据环境温度传感器(27)测得的环境温度来控制冷却风扇(15)的开机时间和/或转速。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,控制或调节装置(28)还可控制压缩机(21)的运行时间和/或转速。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,冷却空气通道(14)在冷藏室(16)的后壁和与之平行的分隔壁(13)之间形成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,冷藏室被分隔壁(9)进一步分隔开,分隔壁(9)设置有开口和/或间隙。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,设置有一冷藏室空气传感器(25)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,为布置在冷却空气通道内的蒸发器部段(11)设置一温度传感器(24)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,为冷却储藏室(17、18)设置一温度传感器(26)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,其特征在于,形成热负荷的一装置(30)设置在冷藏室内。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的制冷装置,冷凝水通道被一冷凝水电加热器或一热偏转板加热。
