Abstract

본 발명은 냉매가스가 통과되는 냉매관을 나선형의 원통으로 권회한 다음 하측에서 팬으로 냉동, 냉장실 내부로 순환되는 냉기를 송충하여 열교환이 일어나도록 함으로서, 냉기의 열교환이 활성돠되어 열교환효율이 향상되도록한 냉장고의 증발장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 냉동실의 후방으로 형성되고 상기 냉동실과 냉장실 내부의 냉기가 순환되는 순환통로와; 상기 순환통로 상에 설치되고 냉매가스가 흐르는 냉매관이 나선형의 원통으로 상기 순환통로를 따라 상측으로 권회된 증발수단과; 그리고 상기 증발수단 하부에 설치되어 냉기를 상기 증발수단 쪽으로 강제 순환시키는 송풍수단이 구비된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 냉동실(1)의 후방으로 형성되고 상기 냉동실(1)과 냉장실(2) 내부의 냉기가 순환되는 순환통로(7)와; 상기 순환통로(7) 상에 설치되고 냉매가스가 흐르는 냉매관(11)이 나선형을 원통으로 상기 순환통로(7)를 따라 상측으로 권회된 증발수단(10)과; 그리고 상기 증발수단(10) 하부에 설치되어 냉기를 상기 증발수단(10) 쪽으로 강제 순환키는 송풍수단(20)을 구비하는 냉장고의 증발장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송풍수단(20)은 모터(21)로 회전되는 회전축의 상단에 형성된 스플라인(22)과; 상기 스플라인(22)에 끼워져 승강되는 스플라인(25)이 형성된 허브(24)를 갖는 팬(23)과; 상기 허브(24)의 저면에 일측으로 경사지게 형성된 캠면(26)과; 상기 캠면(26)과 구름접촉되는 고정로울러(28)와; 그리고 상기 허브(24)의 상면에 놓여 구름접촉되면서 상기 허브(24)와 함께 승강되는 승강로울러(27)를 구비함을 특징으로하는 냉장고의 증발장치.
