Abstract

Description
发明背景
本发明涉及在构件之间的允许构件绕枢轴转动的一种枢轴连接,特别涉及一种易于装配和调节的机构。
在许多场合,都希望能提供一种构件之间的枢轴连接,以允许一个构件相对于另一个构件略微转动。例如在需要某种灵活性的场合或需要容纳热膨胀的场合。一具体的例子是大型回热式空气预热器中在垂直支柱和水平径向支梁之间。在组装这些构件时所面临的问题是在构件上用于枢轴的精确钻出的孔与连接装置难以对准,使得组装比较困难。
发明概述
一连接机构设置在两个构件之间,该连接机构包括一允许转动的枢轴连接并在锁定位置之前允许调节和对准。更具体说,该连接机构包括第一对带有枢轴所用孔的零件,所述第一对零件安装在其中一个构件上,第二对也带有枢轴所用孔的中间零件,所述第二对中间零件安装在另一构件的相对侧面上,和一个位于另一构件上的大尺寸孔,在将第一和第二对零件锁定至相应的构件之前所述大尺寸孔允许调节和组装。根据本发明的另一方面还允许构件相互倾斜。

附图中大致示出了根据本发明的安装在一起的两个构件。关于构件,它们包括柱、梁和地面或地板上基板或平台的各种组合。但它应限制在通过枢轴连接一个零件与另一个零件的连接。
图1示出了本发明,并涉及一个构件12与另一个构件14的连接,构件12可以是一垂直支柱,从俯视图可见为工字梁,构件14可以是一水平支梁,同样是带腹板16的工字梁。希望用一枢轴18将两个构件连接在一起,但不能总是准确地知道枢轴18所用的孔在工字梁14的腹板16上应在何处定位。所以,根据本发明,工字梁14的腹板16带有一个为枢轴18设置的大尺寸孔20。这里所用的“大尺寸孔”一词是指一个比枢轴18充分大的孔,以允许构件相对于枢轴移动到所需调节量要求的程度。为将两个构件12,14安装在一起,首先将枢轴18穿过腹板16上的大尺寸孔20。然后在枢轴18上设置两个中间件或板22,在腹板16的每一侧各设置一个,它们带有按枢轴尺寸加工的孔24。按枢轴尺寸加工的孔意味着恰好大到足以允许组件在枢轴上运动,但小到必须足以阻止运动。然后,再次将两个外侧件或板26设置在枢轴18上,在腹板16每一侧各设置一个,外侧件或板26带有按枢轴尺寸加工的孔28。由于枢轴18穿过腹板16上的大尺寸孔20,因此枢轴18、板22和板26组成的整个连接组件就可以相对于支梁14移动到适当位置,以便安装在支柱12上。
在将连接组件移动(水平地和/或垂直地)到适当位置之后,两个外侧件26通过例如焊接30安装在支柱12上。这样就将枢轴18相对于支柱12固定。然后,将中间板22通过例如焊接32安装在支梁14的腹板16上。这样就可转动地将支梁14相对于枢轴18固定。现在,就可转动地将支梁14通过枢轴18固定在支柱12上。如果必要,可通过焊接34将枢轴安装在外侧板26上,以便将枢轴保持在位。
图2示出了本发明的另一个实施例,该实施例涉及一支柱36和支梁38之间的连接,支柱36相对于待安装在支柱上的支梁38是歪斜的。通过枢轴18的中线40以及在支柱36底部的平行线42显示了支柱36的歪斜,因此给出了一歪斜角度θ。在该实施例中,除了在中间板22上的表面44被以角度θ斜削以容纳歪斜之外,采用了相同的零件,包括外侧板26,中间板22,枢轴18和支柱36腹板上的大尺寸孔20。
Claims (3)
1.一种第一和第二构件之间的连接机构,它允许所述构件相互之间转动,包括:
a.所述第一构件具有一个设有大尺寸通孔的部分;
b.一通过所述大尺寸孔延伸的圆柱状枢轴;
c.一第一对支承板,它们各具有按枢轴尺寸加工的通孔,在所述第一构件的所述部分的每一侧安装一个所述支承板,所述圆柱状枢轴穿过其上按枢轴尺寸加工的孔延伸,因此所述第一对支承板和所述第一构件可相对于所述圆柱状枢轴转动;和
d.一第二对支承板,它们各具有按枢轴尺寸加工的通孔,并且每个第二对支承板与所述每个第一对支承板相邻,所述圆柱状枢轴穿过其上按枢轴尺寸加工的孔延伸并安装在所述第二构件上,因此所述第一对支承板和所述第一构件可相对于所述第二对支承板和所述第二构件转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接机构,其特征在于所述圆柱状枢轴被固定在所述第二对支承板上。
3.在第一和第二构件之间组装一连接机构的方法,包括的步骤为:
a.在所述第一构件的一个部分上设置一大尺寸孔;
b.将一圆柱状枢轴穿过所述大尺寸孔;
c.将一对带有按枢轴尺寸加工之通孔的第一支承板设置在所述圆柱状枢轴上,并在所述第一构件的所述部分的每一侧各设置一个;
d.将一对带有按枢轴尺寸加工之通孔的第二支承板设置在所述圆柱状枢轴上,在所述第一构件的所述部分的每一侧设置一个第二支承板,并与相应的第一支承板相邻;
e.将所述第一和第二支承板和所述圆柱状枢轴移动到一选择好的适当支承位置;
f.将所述第一对支承板安装在所述第一构件上,并将所述第二对支承板安装在所述第二对构件上。
