Abstract
本发明提供一种误操作可能性少,可在骑车者手边位置可靠地进行变速方式等转换的自行车用转换开关。此转换开关1设于车把的把手位置附近,包括可转动的旋转度盘2、可于旋转度盘2上若干旋转位置处发生扣合力的扣合机构12、23、通过旋转度盘2的转动可进行通/断转换的电接点22。
Description
本发明涉及自行车用变速方式的转换开关,该转换开关通过手边位置来转换自行车的手动变速、自动变速等变速方式。
已提出有这样的自行车,它们由电动机或致动器等进行变速操作,并采用自动变速装置,根据自行车的速度、曲轴上的附加转矩等检出数据来进行自动变速操作。上述自动变速装置的自动变速,最好具有在平坦路中的自动变速方式和在上坡中的自动变速方式等几种自动变速方式。由于行驶道路的倾斜程度和骑车人体力的不同,最佳的变速时刻各异。此外,即使是自动变速的自行车,也有必要能转换为手动变速方式。在这样一些变速方式的转换中,用到过杠杆式的转换开关。
现有的杠杆式转换开关,由于杠杆突出,有时会因误操作而致位置变动。特别在是凹凸严重的行驶路径中,常有可能与骑车者的愿望相反,因手碰触杠杆而产生操作失误。
本发明的目的在于提供一种自行车用转换开关,它被误操作的可能性少,骑车者能于手边位置可靠地进行变速方式等转换。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的自行车用转换开关设在车把的握持位置近傍处,其包括:可转动的旋转度盘、在旋转度盘的多个位置处发生扣合力的扣合机构、以及通过旋转度盘的转动而转换通/断的电接点。
在上述自行车用转换开关中,最好是由旋转度盘转换自行车的变速方式。
在上述自行车用转换开关中,最好具有显示文字的显示装置和手动变速钮。
在上述自行车用转换开关中,所述的变速方式最好包括手动变速方式、自动变速方式及驻轮方式。
在上述自行车用转换开关中,所述的变速方式最好包括第一自动变速方式与第二自动变速方式。
当本发明采用了上述结构后,可取得下述效果。
由于是由旋转式度盘进行转换操作,就没有杠杆类的突出部件,即使发生有错误的接触,误操作的可能性也少。同时,骑车者可于手边位置可靠地进行变速方式等转换。

图1示出了安装有本发明的自行车用转换开关的自行车的车把部。
图2是从图3中X-X方向观察的视图。
图3是从上观察的转换开关的剖视图。
附图中各标号的意义如下:
1为转换开关;2为旋转度盘;3为显示装置;4为换高档变速钮;5为换低档变速钮;8为车把;9为把手;11为上盖;12为棘轮机构凹部;13为基板;21为电刷台;22为电刷;23为弹性凸部。
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例。
图1示出安装有本发明的自行车用转换开关的自行车车把部分。转换开关1设在自行车车把8右手用把手9的邻近位置。转换开关1中设有可转动的旋转式度盘2。如图1所示,可用右手的姆指操作旋转度盘2的下部进行转换作业。为提高旋转式度盘2外周面的摩擦力,在此周面上形成了小的凹凸部。
旋转式度盘2的转换位置可分别转换手动变速方式[M]、第一自动变速方式[A1]、第二自动变速方式(A2)、驻轮方式[P]。使各种方式的文字与转换开关1上部的[V]标记对合即可。在各转换位置,会产生扣合感,能进行可靠的转换操作。在手动变速方式[M]下,不能进行自动变速,由换高档变速钮4和换低档变速钮5通过手动动作进行变速操作。
第一自动变速方式[A1]用在平坦路上进行自动变速操作。根据自行车的速度、曲轴上附加转矩等检出数据算出变速时刻,由电动机或致动器等自动地进行变速操作。同时,也可用换高档变速钮4和换低档变速钮5作手动变速操作。第二自动变速方式[A2]用于在上坡路上进行自动变速操作。这种变速方式中的变速操作可以换到比第一自动变速方式[A1]的低速侧。
驻轮方式[P]是使驱动轮固定不转的方式。在坡道或倾斜地轮子停转时,为使驱动轮固定保持稳定,可以进行驻轮操作。在自行车行驶中即驱动轮转动时,即使因错误操作旋转度盘2而设定了驻轮方式[P]时,也会有安全功能起作用使驱动轮固定不动。在转换开关1中设有显示装置3。显示装置3的左侧显示前变换齿轮装置的换档位置,左侧则显示后变换齿轮装置的换档位置。从显示装置3中对现下的换档状态一目了然。可把液晶显示板、发光二极管等用作显示装置3。
图2与3示出转换开关1的内部结构,因3是转换开关1从上面观察时的剖视图,图2是从图3中X-X方向观察的视图。旋转度盘2与电刷台21由小螺钉固定,成一体地转动。电刷台21上固定着由导电材料构成的电刷22,对应于旋转度盘2的转动位置,变换着与设于基板13上的电接点的电连接。
在电刷台21的一侧设有弹性凸部23。电刷台21和弹性凸部23由树脂形成一体。在同上盖11的弹性凸部23相对的位置处,设有与旋转度盘2的若干转换位置相对应的在若干位置上的扣合凹部12。通过使弹性凸部23落入扣合凹部12中,就可发生旋转度盘2的扣合力,将旋转度盘2导入转换位置,而可进行可靠的转换操作。
如上所述,由于可由旋转度盘进行转换操作,所以,可以不用杠杆之类突出部件,即使有时误触,错误操作的可能性也少。此外,骑车者可在手边位置可靠地进行变速方式等转换。
在上述实施形式中虽然是把转换开关用于变速方式的转换,但此转换开关也可用于照明灯的通/断和自行车用显示装置的方式转换等。此外,转换开关的显示装置中除显示换档位置之外,也可进行行驶速度与行驶距离等其它显示。在这样的情况下,最好设置可转换显示装置显示内容的显示转换钮。
Claims (5)
1.自行车用转换开关(1),它设于车把的把手位置附近,包括:
可转换的旋转度盘(2);
可于所述旋转式度盘(2)上若干旋转位置处发生扣合力的扣合机构(12,23);
通过所述旋转度盘(2)的转动可进行通/断转换的电接点(22)。
2.如权利要求1所述自行车用转换开关,其特征在于:所述转换开关可通过旋转度盘(2)转换自行车的变速方式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的自行车用转换开关,其特征在于:所述转换开关具有显示文字的显示装置(3)和手动变速钮(4,5)。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的自行车用转换开关,其特征在于:所述变速方式包括手动变速方式、自动变速方式与驻轮方式。
5.如权利要求4所述的自行车用转换开关,其特征在于:所述变速方式包括第一自动变速方式和第二自动变速方式。
