Abstract

Description

一种制造泵叶轮的 装置及方法
本发明涉及一种制造泵叶轮的装置及方法,特别是涉及一种通过旋转振动使叶轮本体与套壳连在一起的制造叶轮的装置及方法。
一个在系统中用于排放流体或使流体循环的泵1,如图1所示,通常具有用以容纳马达组件的马达外壳3和用以容纳水的泵外壳2。安装在马达外壳3内的马达组件包括定子8,转子7和压力插装于转子7中的转轴9。该转轴9由第一轴承5和第二轴承6支承。叶轮10组装在转轴9的末端,设置在泵外壳2中。
当马达组件通电时,转子7通过转子7和定子8之间产生的磁力转动,而转轴9和与转轴9组装在一起的叶轮10由转子7来转动。当叶轮10转动时,容纳在泵体2内的水被排出。一部分水经过第一轴承5流入马达组件,转子7和定子8因此而被冷却。
图2是图1中安装在泵中的叶轮的放大分解侧剖视图。马达组件带动叶轮10转动,把流入外壳中的水排出。该叶轮10包括本体11和套壳13。本体由多个叶片12(或翼板)和与马达组件的转轴9组装在一起的叶轮毂11a组成。套壳13与本体11的叶片12连接。当叶轮10转动时,在泵体中的水按照箭头所示的方向流经套壳13的开口,然后通过叶片12的侧部排出。
象这样的叶轮是由工程塑料或改性聚苯醚制成,并且,套壳13和本体11是通过超声波焊接或转动磨损热熔的方法连接的。
然而,虽然对于连接象叶轮10这样的圆形组件来说,超声波焊接是一种适当的方法,但是,能用超声波焊接连接的材料限于很少的几种,因此,存在的缺点是用以改进该叶轮10性能的材料在选择上受到限制。
此外,就转动磨损热熔方法来说,因为叶片12边缘狭窄,因此存在着在连接部分产生许多毛刺的技术问题。那是因为转动磨损热熔对于连接表面为平面的部件来说是一种适当的方法,而对于通过套壳13平表面和叶片12的边缘部分相连的方法制成的叶轮10来说,就不是一种合适的方法。如果产生毛刺,则需要额外的处理工艺来消除毛刺,致使制造叶轮10的工艺变得复杂。另外,如果毛边不能充分消除,它将妨碍通过马达组件循环的水流,马达组件的冷却效率会因此而下降,并使马达组件发生过热现象。
本发明为了克服上述现有技术中的问题而提出的。本发明的目的在于提供一种制造叶轮的装置,它在本体与套壳连接过程中产生的毛刺很少并且这种装置对不同材料制造的叶轮零件都适用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种制造叶轮的装置,该叶轮包括具有若干叶片的本体和与本体连接的套壳。所述的叶轮用以排出流入泵体的水,所述装置包括:一个夹紧所述本体的模板;一个在模板夹紧本体时的支承所述套壳与所述叶片接触的悬臂,所述悬臂用以增强传递到套壳的振动,一个向所述悬臂施加预定频率振动的扭矩马达;和一个向所述扭矩马达提供压力以使所述套壳和所述本体在彼此接触方向上受压的气压缸。
这里,所述扭矩马达包括一个转轴,和一个扭力杆,该扭力杆一端与所述转轴相连,而另一端固定在预定的位置。所述扭矩马达靠半波整流交流电驱动,交流电的频率在10HZ到1KHZ之间,扭矩马达旋转振动是通过所述转轴在外部电流作用下的转动以及在所述扭力杆扭力作用下的回转而产生的。
此外,最好的还包括一个通过控制所述扭力杆长度来控制该扭力杆的扭力常量的装置。这里,所述控制装置包括:一个与所述扭力杆连接的固定板,该固定板沿着所述扭力杆的纵向相对于所述扭力杆运动,并且沿所述扭力杆的旋转方向与扭力杆固接;和一个使固定板沿所述扭力杆纵向移动的装置。通过控制扭力常量控制所述扭力杆的扭力。因此,根据制造的叶轮的自然频率,可以选择最合适的扭力杆的扭力。

下面,将参照附图详细描述本发明。现有技术中描述过的相同的部件用与图1和图2相同的标号。
图3是依据本发明的制造叶轮用的装置的主视图,图4是图3的侧视图。制造叶轮用的装置包括模板30,悬臂40,扭矩马达20和气压缸50。
模板30夹紧该叶轮10的轮毂11a以固定叶轮的本体11,并且悬臂40将套壳13支承在本体11的上侧。该悬臂40使扭矩马达20传递的振动增强。
扭矩马达20以预定频率向悬臂40施加振动。该扭矩马达20作为在超声波焊接方法中产生振动的高频率振动器的替代品使用。该扭矩马达能产生强旋转扭矩的振动。扭矩马达20包括容纳在本体21中并由于彼此之间的磁力产生旋转扭矩的永磁极22和一个衔铁24,一个由衔铁24转动的转轴23,一个一端与该转轴23连接,另一端固定在预定位置的扭力杆25。悬臂40固定在该转轴23上。
在扭力杆25的上面,设置了用于控制该扭力杆25长度的装置60。该控制装置60包括一个固定上述扭力杆另一端的板63和一个用于沿扭力杆25的纵向移动固定板63的控制缸61。该扭力杆25的外圆周上形成有如图6所示的花键,固定板63上形成有与该花键配合的通孔。因此,该扭力杆25在扭力杆25的旋转方向上与固定板63相固定,并可以沿它的纵向相对固定板63移动。扭力杆25的长度随着固定板63的垂直运动而变化。当扭力杆的长度变化时,确定扭力杆25扭力的扭力常量也发生变化,随之扭力杆的扭力发生变化。因此,根据叶轮11的自然频率,可以选择合适的扭力,从而能提高叶轮10的制造效率。
如果交变电流作用于衔铁24,衔铁24和永磁极22之间的磁力按照交变电流的频率交替变化。致使衔铁24的旋转方向交替变化。然而,在本发明中,应用了如图5所示的半波整流电流。借助于半波整流电流,在半波整流电流通过(ON)时,转轴23以微小的角度旋转,并且,扭力杆25以与转轴23一样的旋转角度旋转。在施加的半波整流电流断开(OFF)过程中,由于永磁极22与衔铁24之间不产生磁力,已经旋转的扭力杆25回到它的初始状态。于是,已经以微小角度旋转的转轴回到了初始位置。因此,当电流反复地通过/断开(ON/OFF)时,转轴23沿着旋转方向,以与所施加的交变电流的频率相同的频率振动。
作用于衔铁24的半波整流电流通过一个带二极管的整流电路或一个带固态继电器的转换电路可以很容易地获得。由于根据叶轮10的材料性能决定了交变电流的频率,该频率范围最好确定在10HZ到1KHZ之间。
气压缸50沿垂直方向移动扭矩马达20。当扭矩马达20由气压缸50移动时,该扭矩马达20的垂直运动是由多个导轨53定向的。
下面,将详细描述根据本发明的通过制造叶轮10的装置制造叶轮10的方法。
首先,分别模压具有叶片12和轮毂11a的本体11和套壳13。其次,本体11靠模板30夹紧,同时,套壳13由悬臂40支承。气压缸50将扭矩马达20向下移动,使套壳13和本体11压至相互连接。压力是依据振动频率和叶轮的材料性能等确定的。根据叶轮11的自然频率,通过控制装置60,将扭力杆25的扭力控制到最适合的程度。当半波整流交变电流作用到扭矩马达20时,产生了沿转轴23的转动方向振动的旋转振动。因旋转振动而磨损热熔,使叶片和套壳13相互连接。
在超声波焊接中,使用的超声波振动的频率通常在15KHZ到35KHZ之间,在转动磨损热熔中,转动速率通常在1700rpm到12000rpm之间,但是在本发明中,旋转振动的频率使用10HZ到1KHZ之间。叶轮10一般用高热阻力和刚性的晶状树脂制成。然而,晶状树脂不能靠超声波焊接办法保持强附着状态。但是,在本发明中,靠旋转振动磨损热熔的办法可以牢固地连接。更进一步,在旋转磨损热熔中产生的毛刺很少,因此,不需要消除毛刺的额外工艺。
如根据本发明上面所描述的那样,提供了制造叶轮的装置和方法,其中,无论材料如何,本体和套壳都能牢固地连接并产生很小的毛刺。
虽然本发明已经作出了详细描述和说明,但是很清楚,这里仅给出了图解及实例,并非是限定的,本发明的精神及范围只由权利要求书来限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种制造叶轮的装置,其叶轮包括具有多个叶片的本体和与所述本体相连的套壳,所述叶轮用以排出流入泵体内的水,所述装置包括:
一个夹紧所述本体的模板;
一个悬臂,用于支承所述套壳,在所述模板夹紧所述本体时,与所述叶片相连接,所述悬臂用以增强向套壳传递的振动;
一个向所述悬臂施加预定频率振动的扭矩马达;和
一个气压缸,所述气压缸向所述扭矩马达施加压力致使所述套壳和所述本体在彼此相接触的方向上受压。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于制造叶轮的装置,其中所述扭矩马达包括一个转轴,和一个一端与所述转轴连接,另一端固定在预定位置上的扭力杆,从而通过由外部电流作用使转轴转动和由扭力杆的扭力使转轴回转的办法使扭矩马达产生旋转振动。
3.如权利要求2所述用于制造叶轮的装置,其中所述扭矩马达是由半波整流交变电流驱动的。
