本发明涉及一种低锡铅合金焊料及制作方法,其特征在于:焊料按重量百分比主要由下列成份组成:锡25.4%,锑1.86%,银0.013%,铋0.15%,铼-铈混合稀土0.04%,杂质0.01%-0.1%,电解铅余量,杂质由铜、铁、锌、铝组成。制作一种低锡铅合金焊料的制作方法,其特征在于:将部分锡、锑加温熔化,加入铼-铈混合稀土,去渣后在630℃-670℃下铸锭得锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待用,将电解铅加温至400℃熔化去渣,加入锑、锡、铋、银搅拌熔化,再加入锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待熔化后搅拌30分钟,在330℃-350下铸锭。本发明的优点是合金焊料在低温条件下具有良好的流动性及抗拉强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金焊料及制作方法,特别是一种低锡铅合金焊料及制作方法。
背景技术
目前一般的低锡合金焊料流动性及抗拉强度较差,特别是在用于水箱散热器薄壁上,流动性及抗拉强度较差的焊料就无法满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在低锡条件下具有良好流动性及抗拉强度的低锡铅合金焊料及制作方法。本发明的技术方案是设计一种低锡铅合金焊料,其特征在于:焊料按重量百分比主要由下列成份组成:
锡  25.4%,
锑  1.86%,
银  0.013%,
铋  0.15%,
铼-铈混合稀土  0.04%,
杂质0.01%——0.1%,
电解铅  余量,杂质由铜、铁、锌、铝组成。制作一种低锡铅合金焊料的制作方法,其特征在于:将部分锡、锑加温熔化,加入铼-铈混合稀土,去渣后在630℃-670℃下铸锭得锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待用,将电解铅加温至400℃熔化去渣,加入锑、锡、铋、银搅拌熔化,再加入锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待熔化后搅拌30分钟,在330℃-350下铸锭。本发明的优点是合金焊料在低温条件下具有良好的流动性及抗拉强度。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明,
具体实施方式
将1.6KG锡,0.36KG锑加温熔化后,加入0.04KG的混合稀土(铼-铈),去渣后在630℃-670℃下铸锭得锡锑混合稀土(铼-铈)中间合金待用,将72.5KG电解铅加温至400℃熔化去渣,加入23.8KG锡、1.5KG锑、0.15KG铋、0.013KG银搅拌熔化,再加入2KG锡锑混合稀土(铼-铈)中间合金待熔化后搅拌30分钟,在330℃-350下铸锭得到100KG的合金焊料,在合金焊料中含有杂质0.037KG。在此100KG的产品中用锡25.4KG,而普通的焊条需要锡40KG。

1、一种低锡铅合金焊料,其特征在于:焊料按重量百分比主要由下列成份组成:
锡25.4%,
锑1.86%,
银0.013%,
铋0.15%,
铼-铈混合稀土0.04%,
杂质0.01%——0.1%,
电解铅    余量,
杂质由铜、铁、锌、铝构成。
2、制作权利要求1所述的一种低锡铅合金焊料的制作方法,其特征在于:将部分锡、锑加温熔化,加入铼-铈混合稀土,去渣后在630℃-670℃下铸锭得锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待用,将电解铅加温至400℃熔化去渣,加入锑、锡、铋、银搅拌熔化,再加入锡锑铼-铈混合稀土中间合金待熔化后搅拌30分钟,在330℃-350下铸锭。
