技术领域
本发明涉及主要用于皮肤的洗涤剂组合物,更具体而言是涉及一种洗涤后能提供舒适爽滑感觉的洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
传统的皮肤洗涤剂用于清洗由皮脂或汗液等产生的脏物。已开发出多种手段往洗涤剂组合物中添加各种组分以便在洗涤之后使皮肤光滑和湿润。曾提出用硅氧烷作为此类组分,它在洗涤剂组合物漂洗后可附着在皮肤上改进皮肤的光滑感。不过,保持分散的、不相容的硅氧烷材料悬浮和整个产品的稳定非常困难。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种稳定的洗涤剂组合物,它在洗涤后会令皮肤产生独特的舒适和爽滑感。
令人惊奇地发现一种包括甘油衍生物,硅氧烷和表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物在洗涤后令皮肤产生独特的舒适和爽滑感,并且贮存期间稳定而不会导致其中组分的分离。

此外,除了上述基本组分外,在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中还可加入各种传统的洗涤剂组分,此特殊组分的加入量对洗涤剂组合物的功效和性质不产生有害影响。这些传统的组分可以包括粘度调节剂,如阴离子型聚合物,非离子聚合物或阳离子聚合物;增湿剂如多元醇;发泡剂如酰胺或脂肪酸;防腐剂;抗氧剂;香料;和颜料。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可用于洗涤皮肤。一般地,在皮肤上直接施用适量的该组合物,任意性可有可无地用水预润湿。或者,通过中间施于手上、洗布上、海绵上或其它施用装置上而在皮肤上施用适量组合物。业已发现本发明的洗涤剂组合物在洗涤过程中与水混合后达到其最佳清洗效果。结束清洗过程时,用水将本发明的洗涤剂组合物从皮肤上彻底漂洗干净。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可用传统方法制备。尽管配方和性质如粘度或pH值没有特殊限制,但最好还是将该组合物配成液态或油膏形式。pH值通常调节为5到12,优选6到8,而粘度调至至少500厘泊,优选至少3000厘泊。

下述液态洗涤剂组合物通过混合下表所列(在表中bal.表示余量)成分来制备。
甘油单/双辛酸酯(甘油衍生物)对组合物的稳定化作用由以下方式评估。
将80ml各洗涤剂组合物在100ml玻璃瓶中于50℃存放20天。通过观察外观评价各组合物的稳定性并作如下标记。

根据本发明,不溶于水的硅氧烷可通过添加式(1)的甘油衍生物而在洗涤剂组合物中稳定地分散。本发明的洗涤剂组合物洗涤后令皮肤产生独特的舒适感和爽滑感。

Claims (7)

1.洗涤剂组合物,包括:
(A)下式(1)表示的甘油衍生物
其中,Z1和Z2中的一个表示R2-Y-,而另一个表示-OH,和其中R1和R2相同或不同且分别表示C3-C12直链烃基,和X及Y表示

(B)至少一种硅氧烷,其选自二甲基硅氧烷、环状二甲基硅氧烷、甲基氢硅氧烷、聚醚改性的硅氧烷;和
(C)至少一种选自阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的表面活性剂,
其中,组分(A)和组分(C)的重量比率为1∶1到1∶100,和其中组分(A)的含量为0.5-10wt%,组分(B)的含量为1-20wt%,和组分(C)的含量为10-50wt%,基于洗涤剂组合物的总量。
2.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(A)是下式(3)所示的1,3-二酰基甘油

其中R1和R2相同或不同且分别表示C3-C12直链烃基。
3.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含下式
(4)所示的甘油衍生物
其中,Z1和Z2中的一个是R2-Y-,而另一个是-OH,和其中式(4)的R1和R2相同或不同且分别表示C10-C20烃基而且R1和R2中至少一个包含支化脂族链。
4.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(C)是选自烷基磷酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、酰化氨基酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、N-酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、高级脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、烷基醚乙酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚乙酸盐、脂肪酸皂和这些化合物的盐的阴离子表面活性剂。
5.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物、其中组分(C)是选自碳内铵盐、酰氨内铵盐、硫代内铵盐、羟基硫代内铵盐、酰氨硫代内铵盐、磷酰内铵盐、咪唑鎓内铵盐和氧化胺的两性表面活性剂。
6.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(C)是选自聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯二醇的非离子表面活性剂。
7.一种清洗皮肤的方法,包括对皮肤施用权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物。
