Data and method
1. General data:
120 cases of phlegm-blood stasis interengaged pulmonary nodule patients, benign pulmonary nodules less than or equal to 8mm, are randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 people each, and are clinically studied for 3 months.
2. Clinical study method:
The four components are a control group, a treatment group 1, a treatment group 2 and a treatment group 3, wherein the treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 take decoction of the composition for resolving phlegm, activating blood and resolving masses orally three times a day, the dosage of each decoction is 100mL, and the control group is selected as the general basic treatment of the non-interfered benign lung nodule. The treatment periods of the control group, the treatment group 1, the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 3 are all three months, and the treatment period is over, and the symptoms are scored and the chest CT is subjected to flat scanning examination.
The treatment group 1 decoction and the treatment mode are as follows: putting 20g of turtle shell and 20g of oyster into a decoction pot, adding 1100mL of water for decoction, timing for 30min after boiling, then adding 5g of radix scutellariae, 10g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 5g of ginseng, 10g of white mustard seed, 10g of fritillary bulb, 10g of radix ranunculi ternati, 5g of spina gleditsiae, 5g of rhizoma curcumae, 10g of wild buckwheat rhizome and 5g of honey-fried licorice root, continuously decocting for 30min, and filtering to obtain 300mL of filtrate. The medicine is taken after three times of meals, namely, early, middle and late every day, 100mL of the medicine is taken every time, and people are prohibited to eat spicy and cold food, avoid wind cold, regulate emotion and care living.

The general basic treatments for the control group were mainly: patients in the control group do not need any intervention measures, and patients are instructed to avoid eating spicy and cold food, avoid wind cold, regulate emotion and care for living.

The results show that: compared with the control group, the treatment group not only can improve the clinical curative effect of the lung nodule, but also can maintain or reduce the size of benign lung nodule to a certain extent, and is mainly used for treating phlegm stagnation lung nodule.
In this example, the medicines used in the treatment groups are the same, but the dosages of the medicines are different, in the treatment group 1, the dosage of the medicines is larger, the five medicines mainly comprise rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, semen brassicae, thunberg fritillary bulb, radix ranunculi ternati and rhizoma fagopyri Dibotryis, the five medicines have the effects of eliminating phlegm and resolving masses, relieving stuffiness and dispersing masses, and lowering adverse qi and relieving vomiting, and are used for treating symptoms such as excessive phlegm cough, gomphosis scrofula, sore pain, globus hystericus, upward adverse rising of stomach qi, nausea and vomiting, chest stuffiness and chest stuffiness, tubers contain volatile oil, a small amount of fat, various amino acids, ephedrine, trigemine and alkaloids with similar pharmacological effects as that of the phellandrene, and pharmacological experiments show that the diluted alcohol or water extract of the rhizoma pinellinae praeparata has obvious inhibiting effect on experimental tumors of animals. The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition of phlegm-resolving, blood-activating and stagnation-resolving soup, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20g of turtle shell, 20g of oyster, 5g of baical skullcap root, 10g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 5g of ginseng, 10g of white mustard seed, 10g of fritillaria thunbergii, 10g of radix ranunculi ternati, 5g of spina gleditsiae, 5g of rhizoma curcumae, 10g of wild buckwheat rhizome and 5g of honey-fried licorice root.
Patient 1, female, age 26, had symptoms of cough, expectoration, debilitation, tiredness, pale tongue, watery, yellow and greasy coating, slippery pulse. The diagnosis is performed. For resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation, resolving masses and relieving symptoms, tonifying qi and strengthening body resistance (preferably resolving phlegm), the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment 1 is selected, firstly, the turtle shell and oyster are placed in a decoction pot, 1000mL of water is added for decoction for 30min, then the baikal skullcap root, the rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, the ginseng, the white mustard seed, the thunberg fritillary bulb, the catclaw, the spina gleditsiae, the rhizoma zedoariae, the wild buckwheat and the honey-fried licorice root are added for continuous decoction for 30min, filtering is carried out, and the filtrate is concentrated to 300mL, so that the decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for resolving masses, resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation is obtained, and is taken orally after three meals of 100mL each time after meals, and is forbidden to eat spicy, cool food, avoid wind cold, regulate emotion and take with cautions. After one treatment course (one treatment course is one month), the symptoms are improved (the evaluation criteria of the improvement of the symptoms are related comments on the evaluation of the improvement degree of the symptoms).
