"Zhang Lu" Zhang Shi Yitong "also describes: "gout-treating" means "Ling Pi" means "Equisetum wind", "su-Wen" means "Bi-syndrome", and "jin Kui" means "Ming Jie and" Ji Jie ", and" Ji Bai Hu Jie "means" for the later generation. While the etiology and pathogenesis of the Chinese medicinal composition are basically the same, the "disease is caused by wind-cold-dampness, deficiency and attack on the channels and collaterals and stagnation of qi and blood". The first method of the invention adopts the methods of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, relieving swelling and pain, nourishing blood and activating blood. Meanwhile, due to qi and blood deficiency arthralgia accompanied with yang deficiency, traditional Chinese medicines for warming channels to dispel cold and dredging and opening arthralgia are adopted to release congealing cold. The body's wei yang is not fixed, so that the striae and striae are empty and dredged, wind evil is in deficiency and enters fur, muscle and channels and collaterals, wind nature is in a series, and the wind evil is also in a yang evil, so that the channels are not communicated, qi and blood are blocked, joint pain occurs, and the movement is inconvenient, so that the effects of dispelling wind, dispelling cold and eliminating dampness are adopted. Because spleen and stomach are the acquired root, spleen and earth are strong to remove dampness, and the spleen is used for invigorating qi and strengthening spleen. The chronic disease has the defects of yang qi deficiency, weak superficial and defensive qi and easy invasion of exogenous evil, so the bone joint is painful, and the time is light and rapid; the long-term retention of pathogenic qi and blood failing to nourish, so that the joints are hard and deformed, the joints are painful, the waist is painful, and the tendons and bones are atrophic; waist is the house of kidney, knee is the house of tendons, soreness and weakness of waist and knee, even hunchback, and prolonged disease with liver and kidney deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency should be treated by warming and nourishing liver and kidney.
The invention adopts pseudo-ginseng, angelica and szechuan lovage rhizome for removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding, relieving swelling and pain, nourishing blood and activating blood, and the aconite root, mulberry twig and clematis root for dredging and removing arthralgia, and warming channel and dispelling cold, which are all monarch drugs; notopterygii rhizoma, ramulus Cinnamomi, and radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae for dispelling pathogenic wind, dispelling cold and eliminating dampness; astragalus root, ginseng and poria cocos are used as ministerial drugs for tonifying qi and strengthening spleen; herba Epimedii, rhizoma Cibotii, and Eucommiae cortex can warm and nourish liver and kidney; the musk is used as a guiding drug for warming the blood, and the musk is used as an external preparation for treating joint pain caused by qi and blood deficiency arthralgia, and the external preparation is prepared from the whole formula of pseudo-ginseng, angelica, ligusticum wallichii, aconite, mulberry twig, clematis root, notopterygium root, cassia twig, gentiana macrophylla, astragalus root, ginseng, poria cocos, epimedium, rhizoma cibotii, eucommia ulmoides and musk.

The corresponding ointments are respectively smeared on the mouse inflammatory auricles of the corresponding groups, the blank control group is smeared with normal saline, and the positive control group is smeared on the mouse inflammatory auricles after 0.5g of white vein ointment (produced by Tibet Qizhen Tibetan medicine Co., ltd.) is evenly mixed. After 3 hours, the cervical vertebrae of the mice were dislocation and death, two ears were cut off along the auricle base line, one ear piece was respectively punched out at the same position with a punch with a diameter of 7mm, immediately weighed on an analytical balance, the difference (Δmg) between the weights of the two ear pieces was calculated to reflect the swelling degree, and the swelling inhibition rate was calculated.
The results of ear swelling inhibition% = (average swelling degree of control group-average swelling degree of administration group)/average swelling degree of control group x 100% are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Effect of the invention on model of ear swelling due to mouse xylene
Group of n Swelling degree (mg) Swelling inhibition ratio (%)
Blank control group 20 7.28±3.12 ---
Positive control group 20 5.36±2.47 26.37
Example 1 group 20 3.49±2.18** 52.06
Example 2 group 20 4.12±2.43** 43.40
Example 3 group 20 3.76±2.67** 48.35
P <0.05, P <0.01 compared to the placebo group
From the above experiments, the ear swelling caused by the paraxylene in examples 1-3 has a remarkable inhibiting effect, which shows that the Chinese medicinal ointment has anti-swelling and anti-inflammatory effects, and the inhibiting rate is obviously higher than that of a positive control group.
Example 5: clinical study
1. Clinical study subjects: 200 patients, 96 men and 104 women. Age 45-81 years, mean 61 years. The course of the disease ranges from 8 months to 20 years, and is on average 6.5 years, and all cases suffer from joint pain. The symptoms of the arthralgia are manifested by joint pain, mild and severe symptoms, severe symptoms of the arthralgia, or convulsions and jumping of the muscles and tendons. Pale complexion, heart beat, debilitation, short breath, spontaneous perspiration, lean muscle, anorexia, loose stool. A pale tongue with white or no coating and a soft or weak or fine pulse. The treatment effect on joint pain was observed by randomly dividing the ointment of the present invention (example 1) and the positive control ointment (white vein ointment (tibetan-Tibetan medicine Co., ltd.)). The white vein ointment contains turmeric, rhizoma nardostachyos, artificial musk and other components, has the effects of promoting blood circulation, relaxing tendons, activating collaterals, promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, eliminating dampness and detumescence, and can obviously improve local pain and swelling or symptoms such as skin bluish purple, limb joint flexion and extension discomfort and the like.
2. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the ointment is uniformly applied to the joint for 1 time a day and 15 days as a treatment course.
3. Standard of efficacy: is formulated according to the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic curative effect standard formulated by the national administration of medicine.
(1) And (3) healing: symptoms such as pain disappear, joint movement is normal, and main physical and chemical examination indexes are normal;
(2) Has obvious effect of relieving pain at joints within 1 week, and eliminating partial symptoms or main symptoms;
(3) The pain at the joint is relieved within 1 month, and the main symptoms are improved;
(4) It is ineffective that pain at the joint cannot be relieved, and the main symptoms and joint movement are not obviously improved.
4. The treatment results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 statistical table of clinical efficacy for each trial group
Group of Healing of the wound Has obvious effect Effective and effective Invalidation of Total effective rate (%)
Example 1 group 32 27 32 9 91
Positive control group 12 18 38 32 68
As can be seen from Table 2, after 15 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the ointment of the present invention for patients is 91% higher than that of the positive medicine, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine ointment of the present invention has better effect in treating osteoarthritis.
Typical cases: some men, 60 years old, had repeated episodes of general joint pain for 5 years, heavy limbs, morning stiffness, impaired flexion and extension of joints, and exacerbation with cold. Clinically, it is indicated for arthralgia due to deficiency of qi and blood, with symptoms of mild and severe symptoms, and with symptoms of muscle and tendon with symptoms of convulsion, pale complexion, heart beat, debilitation, short breath, spontaneous perspiration, lean muscle, anorexia, and loose stool. A pale tongue with white coating and a soft and weak pulse. The ointment of the embodiment 1 of the invention has no obvious effect for more than one year after taking the traditional Chinese medicine, and has the advantages of one treatment course, arthralgia, disappearance of symptoms of morning stiffness, recovery of functions, and continuous consolidation of the medicine for two treatment courses, and no recurrence after follow-up.
Somewhere left, women, age 48. The lower limb joint pain and swelling are aggravated in the case of overcast and rainy days, the disease is repeatedly caused, the clinical diagnosis is that the qi and blood deficiency is arthralgia, the symptoms are that the joint pain is light and heavy, the bending and stretching are very serious, the face is yellow and shiny, the heart is hypodynamia, short qi, spontaneous perspiration, lean muscle, poor appetite, loose stool, pale tongue, no fur and fine pulse, and the joint pain of a patient is relieved and the swelling disappears after the external ointment of the embodiment 1 of the invention is used for treating for one month later. With two courses of treatment, all symptoms disappear and the patient is cured.
