Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of seed treatment suspending agents, in particular to a seed treatment suspending agent containing hymexazol, fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The seed treating suspending agent is one kind of pesticide preparation with filming property for treating crop or other plant seed and may be coated directly or after dilution to form one preparation with certain strength and permeability protecting film. The main purpose is to treat seeds before sowing so as to protect the seeds from being damaged by plant diseases and insect pests, improve the vitality and emergence rate of the seeds and further increase the yield and quality of crops.
The traditional seed treatment suspending agent mainly uses a single pesticide, and is used for preventing and controlling plant diseases and insect pests and guaranteeing the growth of crops. However, these pesticides often have high toxicity, high residue and other problems, and pose potential threats to the environment and human health. On one hand, with the increasing environmental awareness, the continuous progress of agricultural technology and the change of market demands, the seed treatment suspending agent in China is also continuously upgraded and improved, high-residue, high-toxicity and high-resistance pesticides are gradually eliminated, and novel low-toxicity, low-residue and high-efficiency pesticides are popularized and used as the seed treatment suspending agent. On the other hand, with intensive studies on the mechanism of plant diseases, it has been found that a single pesticidal ingredient is often difficult to cope with complex and varied disease environments. Therefore, the existing seed treatment suspending agent is more focused on the compound use of various pesticides, so that the control effect is improved, the pesticide dosage is reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
The introduction of the novel pesticides such as hymexazol, fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M and the like provides a new choice for the development of seed treatment suspending agents. The pesticides have good inhibiting and killing effects on various pathogenic bacteria. By compounding the pesticides, a more efficient and environment-friendly seed treatment suspending agent can be developed, and a more comprehensive and efficient protection means is provided for agricultural production.
However, despite the positive impact of the introduction of new pesticides and pesticide compounding techniques on the development of seed treatment suspending agents, challenges remain. For example, some seed treatment suspending agents have poor suspension properties, which results in precipitation or delamination of the active ingredient during storage or use, which not only affects the effectiveness of the treatment agent, but may also result in reduced efficacy or phytotoxicity. During the production, transportation and storage of seed treatment suspending agents, challenges may be faced with low or high temperature environments. If the low temperature stability of the seed treatment suspending agent is insufficient, the active ingredient may crystallize or precipitate, resulting in reduced or ineffective efficacy. If the thermal storage stability of the seed treatment suspension is insufficient, the active ingredient may be decomposed or deactivated at high temperature, resulting in degradation of its quality. These problems are not only related to the use of seed treatment suspending agents, but also directly affect the growth and yield of the crop.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a seed treatment suspending agent containing hymexazol, fludioxonil, metalaxyl with good suspension performance, low temperature stability and thermal storage stability.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the technical problems, a seed treatment suspending agent containing hymexazol, fludioxonil and mefenoxam, which has good suspension performance, low-temperature stability and thermal storage stability, is developed, and the application provides a seed treatment suspending agent containing hymexazol, fludioxonil and mefenoxam, and a preparation method and application thereof.
On one hand, the seed treatment suspending agent containing hymexazol, fludioxonil and metalaxyl-M provided by the application comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 14.5-16.4% of hymexazol, 1.2-1.7% of fludioxonil, 2.7-3.3% of metalaxyl-M, 5-10% of grape seed extract, 0.5-3% of glucomannan, 1-10% of film forming agent, 1-10% of wetting agent, 1-10% of dispersing agent, 1-5% of antifreeze agent, 0.5-2% of warning color and the balance of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the application adopts specific raw materials and proportions, and the prepared hymexazol-fludioxonil-metalaxyl-containing seed treatment suspending agent has good seed treatment effect, good suspension performance, and excellent low-temperature stability and heat storage stability. The seed treatment suspending agent prepared by the application can keep stability under the low-temperature condition, prevent freezing or sedimentation and ensure that the seed treatment suspending agent can still be effectively used in a cold environment. Can be kept stable under high temperature condition, avoids the decomposition or failure of active ingredients, and ensures long-term storage and use effects.
The application combines the hymexazol, fludioxonil and metalaxyl-M into three different bactericides, can provide more comprehensive seed protection, expand the bactericidal spectrum, resist various pathogenic bacteria, improve the disease resistance of seeds and protect the seeds from attack of diseases. Proper amount of wetting agent, dispersing agent and film forming agent are added to form uniform and stable suspension, ensure that the active ingredients are uniformly distributed on the surface of the seeds, and improve the treatment effect.
The grape seed extract and glucomannan are added, so that the stability of the seed treatment suspending agent can be improved, and the resistance can be enhanced.

By adopting the technical scheme, the film forming agent disclosed by the application can form a layer of protective film on the surface of the seed, so that the active ingredient can be kept released on the surface of the seed for a long time, and the resistance of the seed to the external environment can be improved. And the natural film forming agent has better biocompatibility and environmental protection, and has less influence on the safety of the environment and seeds.
Optionally, the wetting agent is selected from at least one of polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate;
The dispersing agent is at least one of sodium stearate, sodium lignin sulfonate, methyl amyl alcohol and glycerin monostearate;
The antifreeze agent is at least one selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, urea and glycerin.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wetting agent disclosed by the application can reduce the surface tension of liquid and improve the uniformity of the seed treatment suspending agent, so that the treatment effect is improved. The dispersing agent can prevent solid particles from agglomerating and precipitating in liquid, maintain uniformity and stability of the seed treatment suspending agent, and the selection of the dispersing agent is helpful for improving the suspension performance of the seed treatment suspending agent. The antifreeze agent of the application is helpful for improving the low-temperature stability of the seed treatment suspending agent.
Optionally, the alert color is selected from at least one of capsanthin, congo red, brilliant yellow, lemon yellow, and brilliant blue.
By adopting the technical scheme, the warning color is added to enable the seed treatment suspending agent to have a striking color, so that the seed treatment suspending agent is convenient for a user to quickly identify and apply. The warning color selected by the application has good stability and safety, and can keep the color stable in the use process of the seed treatment suspending agent.
Optionally, the pH value of the seed treatment suspending agent is 6.0-8.0.
By adopting the technical scheme, the pH value range of the seed treatment suspending agent can keep good compatibility and stability among the components, and ensure the long-term storage and use effect of the seed treatment suspending agent. The particular pH range also helps to protect the active ingredient from effects, while maintaining its biological activity and effectiveness. And the potential injury and stimulation to the seeds can be reduced, and the safety and the growth potential of the seeds in the treatment process are ensured.
