可乳化浓缩物本身通常是无水的,即不含水。作为替换,可乳化浓缩物可以包含水。在各实施方案中,可乳化浓缩物可包含小于5重量份、小于2.5重量份、小于1重量份、小于0.5重量份或小于0.1重量份/100重量份可乳化浓缩物的水。在其他实施方案中,可乳化浓缩物可以包含小于15重量份、14重量份、13重量份、12重量份、11重量份、10重量份、9重量份、8重量份、7重量份、6重量份、5重量份、4重量份、3重量份、2重量份或1重量份/100重量份可乳化浓缩物的水。最典型地,可乳化浓缩物是单一油状的(例如疏水的)不含水的相。当加入水或其他溶剂中时,可乳化浓缩物优选形成起霜的且几乎不具有至不具有相分离的乳白色农用乳液,如下文更详细地描述。
可乳化浓缩物通常包含单一相。换言之,可乳化浓缩物通常不包含不同的非极性相和不同的极性相,而是通常包含含有活性组分、烷基多苷和乳化剂组分的单一相。当然,应认识到,单相可以包含部分相分离,但通常不包含全相分离。在低温下,可能发生相分离。可乳化浓缩物可以描述为包含或者是上述乳化剂组分和农药(例如不含任选地溶剂)。
在各实施方案中,当与根据CIPAC MT18.1制备的WHO标准水组合时,液体农药组合物和/或可乳化浓缩物显示出比包含代替油酸的钙和/或镁盐的十二烷基苯磺酸钙(DDBSA)的对比可乳化浓缩物更少的相分离。换言之,本公开内容的液体农药组合物、含水农用液体农药组合物和/或可乳化浓缩物在硬水中显示出比本领域的典型对比例(例如使用DDBSA的那些)更少的相分离。在各实施方案中,当与根据CIPAC MT18.1制备的342ppm WHO标准水组合时,液体农药组合物和/或可乳化浓缩物在24小时后显现出小于1%的相分离。在其他实施方案中,当与根据CIPAC MT18.1制备的500ppm WHO标准水组合时,液体农药组合物和/或可乳化浓缩物在24小时后显现出小于1%的相分离。在其他实施方案中,当与根据CIPACMT18.1制备的1,026ppm WHO标准水组合时,液体农药组合物、含水农用液体农药组合物和/或可乳化浓缩物在24小时后显现出小于1%的相分离。
通常,通过每升蒸馏/反渗透水溶解0.91lg无水氯化钙+0.416g六水合氯化镁来制备1026ppm CaCO3等价水。通常通过每升蒸馏/反渗透水溶解0.304g无水氯化钙和0.139g六水合氯化镁,然后用盐酸/氢氧化钠调节体积和pH至pH6.0-7.0来制备342ppm CaCO3等价水(即CIPAC MT18.1标准水D)。通常通过每升蒸馏/反渗透水溶解0.44g无水氯化钙和0.203g六水合氯化镁,然后用盐酸/氢氧化钠调节体积和pH至pH 7.0-8.0来制备500ppm CaCO3等价水(即CIPAC MT18.1标准水C)。通常通过将40ml CIPAC标准水C(500ppm CaCO3等价水)转移到1000ml容量瓶中来制备20ppm CaCO3等价水(即CIPAC MT18.1标准水B)。然后加入0.168g碳酸氢钠,并用蒸馏/反渗透水调节体积。然后测量pH,且如果需要用盐酸/氢氧化钠调节至pH 8.0-9.0。
实施例
根据本公开内容形成一系列组合物以及一系列因为它们不包含C6-C22脂肪酸的碱土盐或胺盐,或者不包含烷基多苷等而不代表本公开内容的组合物。当与根据CIPACMT18.1制备的各种WHO标准水组合时,评估组合物以测定mL相分离。结果如下所述。

以上在实施例1-14中列出的数据显示,含有包含油酸盐和其他共乳化剂的乳化剂的丁硫克百威的可乳化浓缩物的配制剂如用CaDDBS乳化剂和共乳化剂(对比例1)配制的标准丁硫克百威EC在具有20ppm、342ppm和500ppm水硬度的WHO标准水中一样稳定性或相对于其显现出改进的稳定性。此外,实施例2、10、11、12和13通过列出不含芳族溶剂的EC来提供额外的配制剂改进。实施例2和10使用AMD 3L代替Aromatic 100,并且实施例2和10在WHO标准水中提供比用Aromatic 100配制的对比例1更好的稳定性。实施例11、12和13用甲酯溶剂(/>ME 1218)代替Aromatic 100溶剂,其在WHO标准水中的稳定性也比对比例1更好。这些实施例共同证明可以使用油酸盐代替CaDDBS以将丁硫克百威配制成可乳化浓缩物(EC),并且进一步证明用非芳族溶剂代替Aromatic 100以提供不含芳族溶剂的EC配制剂的改进。
以上在实施例15-25中列出的数据显示,含有包含油酸盐和其他共乳化剂的乳化剂的定草酯的可乳化浓缩物的配制剂显示出与用CaDDBS乳化剂和共乳化剂(对比例2)配制的标准定草酯EC在34ppm、342ppm和1000ppm水硬度的WHO标准水中相似的稳定性,并且是商业上可接受的配制剂。实施例18、20、22、23和24在不使用CaDDBS乳化剂下提供与对比例2等同的EC稳定性。此外,在实施例14-24中通过使用甲酯溶剂代替对比例2中使用的Aromatic100溶剂证实了额外的配制剂改进。这些实施例共同证明可以使用油酸盐代替CaDDBS以将定草酯配制成可乳化浓缩物(EC),并且进一步证明用非芳族溶剂代替Aromatic 100用于商业上可接受的配制剂的改进。

Claims (14)
1.一种液体农药组合物,包含:
A.乳化剂组分,其以3-35重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在,并包含:
(1)油酸的碱土盐;和
(2)烷基多苷,其以1-20重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在;
(3)任选地共乳化剂,其以0-20重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在;
B.农药,其以20-90重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在;和C.溶剂,其以0至50重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在;
所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基乳酰胺、甲酯、芳族溶剂(100、150)及其组合,
其中所述碱土盐选自油酸的钙盐和油酸的镁盐;
其中所述农药选自丁硫克百威、定草酯及其组合。
2.权利要求1的液体农药组合物,其中所述乳化剂组分包含油酸的钙盐。
3.权利要求1的液体农药组合物,其中所述乳化剂组分包含油酸的镁盐。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述油酸的所述碱土盐以0.25-25重量份/100重量份所述乳化剂组分的量存在于所述乳化剂组分中。
5.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述油酸的所述碱土盐以2-8重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在于所述液体农药组合物中。
6.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述油酸的所述碱土盐以15-75重量份/100重量份所述乳化剂组分的量存在于所述乳化剂组分中。
7.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述农药以20-60重量份/100重量份所述液体农药组合物的量存在。
8.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述任选地共乳化剂存在并且包含阴离子乳化剂。
9.权利要求8的液体农药组合物,其中所述阴离子乳化剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钙。
10.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述任选地共乳化剂存在并且包含非离子乳化剂。
11.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述烷基多苷进一步定义为C6-C18醇的烷基多苷。
12.权利要求1-3中任一项的液体农药组合物,其中所述烷基多苷包含C8-C10醇的烷基多苷、C12-C14醇的烷基多苷、C8-C16醇的烷基多苷或C9-C11醇的烷基多苷或其组合。
13.一种形成权利要求1-12中任一项的液体农药组合物的方法,包括将乳化剂组分、农药、溶剂和任选地共乳化剂混合的步骤。
14.一种农用乳液,包含水和权利要求1-12中任一项的所述液体农药组合物。
