Oat extract was purchased from the sincerity biotechnology company of Shaanxi, water-soluble extract, extraction ratio 10:1.
Centella asiatica extract is purchased from Waters biotechnology Co., ltd., lanzhou, water-soluble extract, extraction ratio 10:1.
The Opuntia ficus extract is purchased from Woltesi biotechnology Co., lanzhou, water-soluble extract, extraction ratio is 10:1.
The preparation method of the multi-effect moisturizing composition comprises the following steps:
step 1), adding 18kg of aloe extract, 63kg of oat extract, 8kg of centella asiatica extract and 3kg of Opuntia ficus-indica extract into 100kg of water, stirring at a rotating speed of 120r/min for 10min, and uniformly mixing to obtain an extract.
Step 2), concentrating the extract by rotary steaming, wherein the rotary steaming pressure is 0.01Mpa, the rotary steaming temperature is 62.5 ℃, concentrating to paste, spraying powder and drying to obtain the multi-effect moisturizing composition.
Experiment 1
Preparing a sample to be tested:
1g of the multi-effect moisturizing composition and 99g of deionized water are taken and uniformly mixed until the mixture is completely dissolved, and a sample to be tested is obtained.
Several volunteers, 30-35 year old females, were summoned and each 10 individuals were subjected to the experiment.
The volunteer firstly scrubs the face with a disposable face towel matched with clear water, then scrubs the face with a clean towel, then measures the skin moisture content, marks the skin moisture content after the face is washed, then does not smear any skin care product, moves freely for 1h, then measures the skin moisture content again, marks the skin moisture content as 1h (blank), then scrubs the face with a disposable face towel matched with clear water, scrubs the face with a clean towel, then takes 3ml of to-be-detected sample, evenly smears the face, smears the face until the to-be-detected sample is completely absorbed by skin, measures the skin moisture content again, marks the skin moisture content after the skin care, moves freely for 4h, 8h and 12h, respectively measures the skin moisture content again, marks the skin moisture content after the skin care for 4h, the skin moisture content after the skin care for 8h and the skin moisture content after the skin care for 12 h.
When the skin moisture content is detected, the skin moisture detector Corneometer CM825 is used for detecting the facial skin, and the higher the measured value is, the higher the skin moisture content is.

According to the comparison of the data of each example and the data of the comparative examples in Table 1, the skin moisture loss rates of the volunteers of each example and the comparative examples are similar when the skin care product is not used, the moisturizing effect of each example and the moisture retention effect of the comparative examples are similar within 4 hours after the skin care product is used, the moisturizing effect of each example is remarkably higher than that of each comparative example in the stage of 4-8 hours, the moisturizing effect of each example is basically not reduced, the moisturizing effect of each example is only slightly reduced in the stage of 8-12 hours, and the moisturizing effect of each comparative example is greatly reduced to a very dry skin state.
Therefore, the multi-effect moisturizing composition prepared by compounding the ophiopogon root extract, the spirulina maxima extract, the pseudo-ginseng extract and the bunge cherry seed extract can effectively activate skin activity, so that the water locking capacity of skin is greatly improved, and the obvious lasting moisturizing effect is realized.
