Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-saccharification composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The "glycation phenomenon" refers to the physiological reaction generated by the combination of proteins in our body and sugar ingested in the diet, and the excess glucose after the sugar metabolism of the body is the very cause of cell aging, and the glycation phenomenon pushes the value of unsaturated fat to the bottom of the grain, so as to trigger physiological aging factors, and cause reactions such as glycation, oxidation, inflammation and the like. Although anti-glycation cosmetics have been developed in recent years, they have drawbacks such as unsatisfactory anti-glycation effect and difficulty in exerting their effects as anti-glycation active ingredients. Therefore, it is urgently needed to research a cosmetic which is safe, non-irritant and has an obvious anti-saccharification effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-saccharification composition and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an anti-saccharification composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.61-13.1% of humectant, 0.02-0.1% of chelating agent, 0.3-0.6% of antioxidant and the balance of water; the anti-saccharification composition further comprises an anti-saccharification agent, wherein the anti-saccharification agent comprises 0.5-12% of ganoderma lucidum extract, 0.5-12% of osmanthus flower extract and 0.05-0.5% of carnosine in percentage by weight.
The ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide in the ganoderma lucidum extract has an up-regulation effect on gene expressions such as LIG1, PKL1 and ACTB of skin cell metabolism, can repair DNA damage, promote cell growth and has an effect of resisting cell aging. The ganoderan has certain scavenging ability for hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical; the osmanthus flower extract is a plant-derived plant produced from osmanthus flowers (asian tea olives) by extraction. Contains high-concentration active polyphenol, and provides strong antioxidant activity for environmental stress. Inhibiting the inflammatory effect of urban air pollution. Inhibiting glycosylation of skin proteins (collagen) and other important biomolecules. Skin cells (fibroblasts) are protected from the toxicity of age. Excellent stability of durable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The flavonoids substances contained in the sweet osmanthus can effectively remove free radicals and superoxide ions, inhibit in-vitro lipid peroxidation of mitochondria, reduce oxidative stress injury of skin cells, delay the aging process of cells and reduce fine wrinkles of the skin. Carnosine has been shown to have strong free radical scavenging, antioxidant, anti-aging effects, and also has excellent anti-glycosylation effects, and can protect collagen of skin.
