本发明涉及一种卸妆垫。

这些卸妆垫必须有2个主要特征：它们必须有吸收能力并且必须不剥落或起毛。
目前市场上可购买到的垫子通常是由粗梳制成，它们中不是全部都满足预期的要求。
US-5 230 119公开了一种可随意使用的叠层垫，由一层无纺布的基垫结合一层不透水的带有一个把的防护层构成。防护层的作用是避免使用者与待涂敷或擦除的流体接触。
JP-A-3-286 726公开了一种化妆擦布，由通常具有良好的油吸收速度和亲和性的聚烯烃无纺布层片构成。这种垫子用于含水的溶液不理想。
EP-A-0 441 667公开了一种卸妆垫由在二层同样厚度的吸收材料之间加一层防水层构成。这种垫子设计目的是允许同一垫子用于不同的流体。这种形式的垫子的吸收性能不理想。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有功能特性的卸妆垫，与市场出售的各种垫子的相比，其功能特性是最佳的和同样好或更好。
本发明的再一个目标是提供一种能够以常规设备和比较少的生产费用生产的卸妆垫。
这个目的、这些主题和其它在下文中将变得更明显，上述目的通过一种如所附权利要求规定的卸妆垫达到了。
进一步的特征和优点从对该卸妆垫借助在附图中的非限定性实施例的具体描述将会变得更明显，其中：

参考上述附图，用代码1总表示的根据本发明的卸妆垫，包括一层吸收材料制的中心体7，中心体处于至少二层支承层3和5之间。
中心体优选用粗梳棉(carded cotton)制成，而层3和5由无纺纤维构成，优选由棉构成。
层3和5优选的是采用压花法固定到中心体上，把二卷无纺纤维连接到紧邻的适合于生产中心体的片状棉上。这种体系是最优化而省料的，并且效率更高。
层3和5也可以粘结到中心体上。
优选的这种垫子的尺寸是直径6cm和厚度是2.5mm。
实际上，已经观察到本发明达到了欲求的目的和目标，本发明提供了一种更耐久并且不起毛的卸妆垫。
根据本发明的的卸妆垫不容易撕裂，在使用期间保持不变化并且有很强的吸收能力。
与传统的卸妆垫相比，根据本发明的垫子的强度有显著的提高，不论是在干燥还是在润湿状态(根据强度试验，比传统的垫子大2～10倍)。
无纺棉纤维与天然棉比较，实质上性质不同，即无纺棉纤维在干燥状态下，尤其是在湿的状态下具有更大的一致性。
因此根据本发明的垫子，特别适于在湿的条件下使用并且由于其吸收作用持久而具有更高的清洁能力。
由于一种良好的卸妆垫也必须吸收待除去的流体，因而当在该垫子上施加压力并且能够允许流体穿过外层时，这种内层，即中心体提供了一种充分的吸收作用。

Claims (6)

1、卸妆垫，其特征在于它含有一层由吸收材料制成的中心体(7)，该中心体与二层无纺纤维的支承层连接。
2、根据权利要求1的卸妆垫，其特征在于所述中心体是棉制的。
3、根据权利要求1的卸妆垫，其特征在于所述无纺纤维是由棉花制成的。
4、根据权利要求1的卸妆垫，其特征在于所述中心体是由粗梳棉制成的。
5、根据上述一个或多个权利要求所述的卸妆垫，其特征在于所述支承层通过压花法与所述的中心体相连接。
6、根据上述一个或多个权利要求所述的卸妆垫，其特征在于所述支承层粘结到所述的中心体上。
