Experiment 1:
The formulations described in example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4 were tested for anti-hangover effect, and SD rat experiments were specifically as follows:

3. Experimental reagent
Festuca arundinacea (50 °), example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4.
4. Experimental grouping:
a first group: the blank control group, five rats (respectively marked as left ear, right ear, double ear, tail cutting and normal) and recording body weight;
Second group: a negative control group, five rats (labeled left ear, right ear, binaural, tail-cut, normal, respectively) and recording body weight;
Third group: SD rats of eating example 1 were a group, a+ wine group, fifteen (labeled left ear, right ear, binaural, tail-cut, normal, respectively) rats, divided into three groups, five A1, five A2, five A3, and body weights were recorded.

5. The experimental steps are as follows:
(1) Fasted overnight (no food in 12 h) before the experiment, and was free to drink water.
(2) Group a, weighing example 1:6g, dissolving with normal saline and fixing the volume to 100ml for later use; group B, weighing example 2:6g, dissolving with normal saline and fixing the volume to 100ml for later use; group C, weighing example 3:6g, dissolving with normal saline and fixing the volume to 100ml for later use;
(3) After the start of the experiment, group a: group A1 at 0.075ml/100g, group A2 at 0.1ml/100g, group A3 at 0.125ml/100g; group B: group B1 was irrigated with 0.075ml/100g, group B2 was irrigated with 0.1ml/100g, group B3 was irrigated with 0.125ml/100g, group C5, group C1 was irrigated with 0.075ml/100g, group C2 was irrigated with 0.1ml/100g, group C3 was irrigated with 0.125ml/100g, and the blank and model groups were irrigated with equal amounts of saline.
(4) After 30min, each group was perfused with festuca arundinacea at a dose of 0.05mL/10g, except for the blank group.
5. Experiment result statistics:
The rat is unstable in crawling, the back of the rat drags the ground, the loss time of the regular reflection is turned over (the back of the rat keeps 30 seconds downwards), and the rat is lazy to sleep as an index of drunk;
-restoring spirit to an awake (sober-up) index with free movement, flexible limbs, regular reflex recovery time; the time to intoxication and the time to sober (unit min, time to sober refers to the time from intoxication to sober-up) were recorded for each group of rats.

As can be seen from table 1, the results show that the solutions of the anti-hangover and liver-protecting compositions with different concentrations can prolong the time for the SD rats to be drunk and shorten the recovery time, wherein the recovery time is obviously shortened in the medium-dose and high-dose groups compared with the model group, and the recovery time is obviously different (P < 0.05). The high dose has a very significant difference (P < 0.01) compared to the model group, extending the time of onset of intoxication.
Compared with the negative model group, the SD rats in the example 1, the example 2 and the example 4 have longer drunk occurrence time and shorter recovery time, and the effect is obviously better than that of the comparison example group. Among them, in the examples 1 and 2, there was a significant difference (P < 0.05) in the average time to intoxication extension compared to the negative model group in the middle-and high-dose groups, and in the examples 1, 2 and 3, there was a significant difference (P < 0.05) in the average time to intoxication compared to the example 4 group.
Experiment 2:

4. Test protocol and procedure

As can be seen from table 2, the results show that the anti-hangover and liver-protecting compositions with different proportions can prolong the drunk time and shorten the recovery time of the volunteers, and play a role in relieving hangover and discomfort symptoms, wherein the example 4 has the least number of people with the effects of relieving hangover and discomfort after drunk on the volunteers.
Compared with the negative model group, the volunteer group of the example 1, the example 2 and the example 3 has longer drunk time, shorter recovery time and obviously better effect than the blank control group. The results of human body test feeding tests show that the anti-alcoholic composition preparation containing the plant Chinese herbal medicine exosomes can promote the rapid absorption and decomposition of alcohol in vivo, is beneficial to the rapid anti-alcoholic of alcohol ingesters and prevents hangover.

1) Cleaning plants with purified water to remove surface impurities for standby;

(1) Preparing raw materials and auxiliary materials: 20-22g of hovenia dulcis thunb exosome freeze-dried powder, 18-20g of radix puerariae exosome freeze-dried powder, 3-5g of rice bran fatty alkanol, 5-8g of L cysteine, 10.04-0.06g of vitamin B, 20.04-0.06g of vitamin B, 16-20g of sorbitol and 5-8g of microcrystalline cellulose;
(2) Premixing: uniformly mixing the raw materials and the auxiliary materials in the step (1), and adding the mixture into a mixer in 3 times of equal amount to obtain a premix;
(3) Preparing a soft material: dissolving 0.5-0.8g povidone in 10ml of 95% alcohol, adding the premix, and uniformly mixing to obtain a soft material;
(4) And (3) drying: filtering the soft material into a tray through a 14-mesh screen of a vibrating screen, uniformly spreading until the thickness is not more than 0.5cm, putting into a baking oven for baking, crushing, and filtering through a 20-mesh screen of the vibrating screen to obtain dry powder;
(5) Tabletting: adding 0.5-0.8g of magnesium stearate into the dry powder, uniformly mixing, adding into a mixer in 3 times of equal amount, tabletting by using a multifunctional tabletting machine after mixing, and immediately filling into a sealing bag after tabletting, thus obtaining the anti-alcohol liver-protecting special meal food containing exosomes.
