在实施例中,混合轴轴线A可相对于竖直轴线V在非平行方向上延伸。例如,混合轴轴线A可相对于竖直轴线V以约45度到约55度的角度延伸。此外,混合轴轴线A可垂直于成角度的表面144延伸,使得碗350可沿着混合轴轴线A安装到上部壳体140。当将碗350组装到上部壳体140时,插入到盖400中的刀片300可附接到混合轴252。因此,手动地或经由接口142致动定位电机260和驱动电机244可使混合轴252和刀片300均围绕混合轴轴线A旋转以及使混合轴252和刀片300沿着混合轴轴线A定位以与碗350内部的食材接合。有利地,与其中将碗安装在竖直轴线V上的装置(图5B)相比,如图5A所示,安装角度可允许用户更容易查看以将碗350组装到微果泥机10。
图6示出用于将碗组装到微果泥机的过程600。过程600包括:将驱动电机定位在所述微果泥机的壳体的下部部分内(步骤602);使驱动电机沿着第一轴线延伸(步骤604);将混合轴联接到驱动电机(步骤606);将混合轴定位在壳体的上部部分内(步骤608);使混合轴沿着第二轴线延伸(步骤610);以及使碗相对于壳体的上部部分上的联接件旋转,其中使碗相对于联接件旋转会将碗锁定到联接件,使得碗沿着第二轴线延伸,并且其中第二轴线相对于第一轴线在非平行方向上延伸(步骤612)。其中混合轴相对于驱动电机在非平行方向上延伸的此类碗组装过程有助于用户更高效、可靠且方便地将碗搬运和/或组装到壳体,因为碗可更容易地由用户对齐和旋转以与上部壳体上的联接件接合。此外,与一些已知的微果泥系统相比,本文所述的碗组装过程的实施例仅使用容纳食材并组装到壳体的单个碗。此外,此类过程不包括如一些已知的微果泥系统中所要求的那样将碗固定到支撑底座或升高底座以将碗组装到壳体。
虽然本公开具体示出和描述了优选实施例,但所属领域的技术人员将理解,可以在不脱离如所附权利要求书限定的本申请的精神和范围的情况下,存在形式和细节的各种改变。本申请的范围意图涵盖此类变化。因此,本申请的实施例的前文描述并不意图限制所附权利要求书传达的全部范围。
Claims (20)
1.一种微果泥机,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,其具有下部部分和上部部分;
驱动电机,其定位于壳体的所述下部部分内,所述驱动电机沿着第一轴线延伸;
混合轴,其以操作方式联接到所述驱动电机并且定位在所述壳体的所述上部部分内,所述混合轴沿着第二轴线延伸;以及
碗,其能以可旋转方式组装到所述壳体的所述上部部分上的联接件,使得所述碗沿着所述第二轴线延伸;
其中所述第二轴线相对于所述第一轴线在非平行方向上延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述碗的外表面包括至少一个突出部,所述至少一个突出部用于在所述碗相对于所述联接件旋转时接合所述联接件的内表面上的凹口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述联接件限定至少一个槽口,所述至少一个槽口能与所述至少一个突出部接合以用于相对于所述凹口在预定定向上对齐所述碗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述联接件另外包括朝向所述微果泥机的底座延伸的背衬构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述背衬构件在平行于所述第二轴线的方向上从所述联接件延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述第二轴线相对于所述第一轴线以约45度的角度到约55度的角度延伸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,其另外包括能联接到所述混合轴以围绕所述第二轴线旋转的刀片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,其另外包括能联接到所述碗的盖,所述盖被配置成在其中接收所述刀片。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述上部部分包括成角度的表面,并且所述联接件位于所述成角度的表面上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述第二轴线垂直于所述成角度的表面延伸。
11.根据权利要求1所述的微果泥机,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述上部部分包括用于使所述混合轴沿着所述第二轴线轴向地移动的定位电机。
12.一种将碗组装到微果泥机的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
将驱动电机定位在所述微果泥机的壳体的下部部分内;
使所述驱动电机沿着第一轴线延伸;
将混合轴联接到所述驱动电机;
将所述混合轴定位在所述壳体的上部部分内;
使所述混合轴沿着第二轴线延伸;以及
使所述碗相对于所述壳体的所述上部部分上的联接件旋转,其中使所述碗相对于所述联接件旋转会将所述碗锁定到所述联接件以使得所述碗沿着所述第二轴线延伸,并且其中所述第二轴线相对于所述第一轴线在非平行方向上延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,其另外包括在所述碗相对于所述联接件旋转时将所述碗的外表面上的突出部与所述联接件的内表面上的对应凹口接合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联接件限定至少一个槽口,所述至少一个槽口能与所述突出部接合以用于相对于所述凹口在预定定向上对齐所述碗。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联接件另外包括朝向所述微果泥机的底座延伸的背衬构件。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二轴线相对于所述第一轴线以约45度的角度到约55度的角度延伸。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述下部部分在所述壳体的所述上部部分与底座之间延伸。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,其另外包括将刀片联接到所述混合轴以围绕所述第二轴线旋转。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,其另外包括将盖联接到所述碗,所述盖被配置成在其中接收所述刀片。
20.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述上部部分包括垂直于所述第二轴线的成角度的表面,并且所述联接件位于所述成角度的表面上。
