Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a fermentation composition and application thereof in preparing products with the effect of relaxing bowel.
Background
With the rapid development of social economy, the life rhythm of the whole society is gradually accelerated, and the working pressure of people is increased. The daily diet and work and rest time of office workers are extremely irregular, so that sub-health phenomena such as gastrointestinal dysfunction and the like are more and more common, and particularly functional constipation seriously affects the life quality of people. Constipation refers to a condition in which feces is retained in the intestines for too long, the defecation period is prolonged, or the period is not long, but the feces is dry and hard to discharge, or the feces is not hard, but the feces is not smooth although the feces is intentional. The long-term dryness can be accompanied with symptoms such as abdominal distention, dry mouth, debilitation, listlessness and the like, and can also cause hemorrhoids, anal fissure, intestinal bleeding and polyp, and severe rectal neoplasm can also be caused. Other diseases such as hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, etc. can also be aggravated by difficult defecation. Currently, the main medicine adopted by Western medicine for treating constipation is an external dredging medicine, and the medicine is multipurpose enema. Enema is glycerol with high osmotic pressure, which can permeate water in intestinal wall into intestinal cavity, and glycerol has lubricating effect, so that it can relieve constipation. However, the side effect is that the intestinal wall is dry, and habitual constipation is caused by frequent use. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating constipation in the market often contains purgative medicines such as rheum officinale, folium sennae, semen cassiae and the like, and as the medicines contain various anthraquinone glycoside components and tannin components, the anthraquinone glycoside components have purgative effects, and the tannin components have astringents and antidiarrheal effects, secondary constipation can be caused after long-term administration. Meanwhile, the medicine is bitter and cold, and can easily damage spleen and stomach after long-term administration, so that more side effects are caused, and diarrhea, abdominal pain, intestinal diseases and the like are even caused. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide a composition which can effectively improve constipation symptoms, does not cause dependency, and has little side effects.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a fermentation composition and its use in the preparation of a product having a bowel relaxing effect. The fermented composition has remarkable effect of relaxing bowel, can obviously improve constipation symptoms, can normally relieve constipation in a short time without dependence, and has small side effect.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

Koehne or Prunus armeniaca L. Has effects in lowering qi, relieving cough and asthma, and loosening bowel to relieve constipation. Can be used for treating cough, asthma, chest fullness, excessive phlegm, blood deficiency, fluid dryness, constipation, and intestinal dryness.
The semen Phaseoli is dry mature seed of semen Phaseoli Phaseolus calcaratus Roxb. Or semen Phaseoli Phaseolus angularisWight of Leguminosae. Sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Has effects in invigorating spleen, promoting diuresis, dispelling blood stasis, and removing toxic substances.
The semen oryzae sativae L is seeds of grass plant of Gramineae. The Tang Dynasty medicine Jia Suo Simiao emphasizes in Qian jin Fang and Yi Zhi, polished round-grained rice can nourish stomach qi and grow muscles; the food-grade herbal medicine written in Qing dynasty Chai Yi also considers that the polished round-grained rice has good effects of tonifying spleen and stomach, nourishing five viscera and strengthening strength. Japonica rice is sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Has effects in invigorating spleen and stomach, and relieving polydipsia. Modern researches have proved that the crude fiber molecules of the rice bran layer of the polished round-grained rice are helpful for gastrointestinal peristalsis and have good curative effects on stomach diseases, constipation, hemorrhoids and the like; semen oryzae Sativae can improve immunity, promote blood circulation, and reduce hypertension. In the invention, the polished round-grained rice is mainly produced in northeast China, and is also called northeast China rice.
Oat is the seed of the family Gramineae, oat (latin brand name: AVENA SATIVA l.). It is called brome and wild wheat in Ben Cao gang mu. Sweet and neutral in nature. Has effects in invigorating spleen, nourishing heart, and arresting sweating. The nutritional value is very high, and the water-soluble dietary fibers in oat are 4.7 times and 7.7 times that of wheat and corn respectively. The fat content is 4 times of that of rice, and the content of 8 amino acids and vitamin E required by human body is higher than that of rice and white flour. The nutritionist finds that oat is an ideal food for preventing atherosclerosis, hypertension and coronary heart disease. The health care food contains rich linoleic acid accounting for 35% -52% of total unsaturated fatty acid, has auxiliary curative effects on diabetes, fatty liver, constipation, edema, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like, and is beneficial to improving physical strength and prolonging life of middle-aged and elderly people.
The peach blossom and the rose flower contain a large amount of volatile oil, flavone, coumarin, trefoil, various vitamins and other nutrient substances, and the bitter apricot seed contains oil and fat components, so that the three foods and medicines can stimulate gastrointestinal peristalsis, promote defecation, discharge toxin in the body, relax bowels and reduce swelling. The red bean contains a large amount of proteins, polypeptides, fats and amino acids; semen oryzae Sativae and oat rice contain starch, protein, fat, dietary fiber, and B vitamins; the three foods have effects in invigorating spleen and stomach, promoting diuresis, relieving polydipsia, and preventing diabetes, tinea pedis, senile plaque, constipation, etc. Peach blossom is cold in nature, and can not be taken for a long time, and spleen and stomach can be injured after long-term taking; the rose is warm in nature and can alleviate bitter and cold property when combined with peach blossom; the rice flour, the polished round-grained rice and the oat rice are sweet in taste and flat in nature, can benefit spleen and stomach, the polished round-grained rice and the oat rice can provide carbon sources and vitamins for hericium erinaceus, the red bean can provide nitrogen sources for the hericium erinaceus, and after six medicinal and edible homologous substances are combined, the hericium erinaceus is inoculated for biological conversion, and saccharifying enzyme is produced to hydrolyze starch into nutrient substances such as glucose, so that the balance of intestinal flora can be improved, and the fermented product of the composition is pleasant in fragrance, can effectively regulate the digestion function of a human body, and can prevent and treat intractable constipation.

1.4 Result determination
On the premise that the constipation model of the small intestine is established, the first grain of the mice in the test sample group has obviously shorter defecation time than the model control group, and the result of the index can be judged to be positive. The number of the black discharge excrement grains is obviously higher than that of a model control group within 6 hours, and the result of the index can be judged to be positive. The weight of the black stool discharged within 6 hours is obviously higher than that of a model control group, and the result of the index can be judged to be positive.
2. Results
As can be seen from table 2, the model control group had significantly longer first-grain urination time (P < 0.05) and significantly lower urination grain number and weight (P < 0.01) compared with the blank control group, indicating that the small intestine constipation model was established. Compared with the model control group, each administration group can obviously shorten the first granule of black stool discharging time and increase the number and weight of black stool discharging in 6 hours. Wherein, the first granule of the HF1 group has significant difference (P < 0.01) compared with the model control group, the black stool number and weight of the 6h group have significant difference (P < 0.05) compared with the model control group, and the ZH group has significant difference (P < 0.05) only in the first granule of the black stool number and weight of the HF2 group compared with the model control group. And judging that the results of the three indexes of the first black stool discharging time, the black stool discharging grain number and the black stool discharging weight are positive according to the result judging standard.
Table 2: influence of the composition on the first granule discharge time, the granule number and the weight of the black feces)
Note that: # was P <0.05 with significant difference compared to the blank, ## was P <0.01 with very significant difference.
* Is significant difference P <0.05 compared to model group; ** P <0.01 is very significant for the difference.
3. Conclusion(s)
The three administration groups of the composition, namely an HF1 group, an HF2 group and a ZH group, are administered to mice by intragastric administration once a day, the intragastric volume is 20mL/kgBW, and the same volume of distilled water is given to a blank control group and a model control group for 7 days. Under the experimental condition, the result of the index of the first granule of black stool discharging time is positive; the result of the index of the number of the black discharge particles is positive; the result of the index of the weight of the black stool is positive.
As can be seen from Table 2, composition 1 (HF 1 group) of the present invention significantly shortened the first-shot black stool time and significantly increased the 6-h black stool number and 6-h black stool weight, both with very significant differences (P < 0.01) compared to the model group. And compared with a model group, the composition 2 (HF 1 group) of the hericium erinaceus fermented lacking peach blossom and bitter apricot kernel has the advantages that the number of black discharge grains is increased remarkably only for 6 hours, the weight of black discharge grains is increased remarkably (P < 0.05), and the time for first grain black discharge is not obviously different (P > 0.05). The first granule of the composition 3 (ZH group) can significantly shorten the defecation time (P < 0.05), and the number of the 6h black stool particles and the weight of the 6h black stool are improved but have no significant difference (P > 0.05) compared with the model group. It is demonstrated that the cathartic effect of composition 1 of the present invention is significantly better than compositions 2 and 3.
From the results, the composition prepared by fermenting peach blossom, rose, bitter apricot kernel, red bean, polished round-grained rice and oat rice serving as raw materials through hericium erinaceus can obviously improve the propulsion rate of ink in intestinal tracts, obviously shorten the black stool time of first grains, and obviously increase the black stool grain number and the black stool weight of 6 hours. The composition has the advantages that the cathartic effect of the composition is obviously better than that of a hericium erinaceus fermented short formula composition 2 (compared with the raw materials of the invention, peach blossom and bitter apricot kernel are absent), and a hericium erinaceus fermented composition 3 (compared with the composition of the invention, the composition is not fermented), and the composition has reasonable compatibility of all components, generates good synergistic effect and is indispensable.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
